Originally planned to visit Lu Xun's hometown to experience the charm of the Jiangnan water towns, but it was overcrowded even on non-holidays😅, and we couldn't even squeeze into the great writer's former residence!! Later, a local taxi driver recommended us to visit East Lake, which was less crowded and had a more impressive scenery!! It was raining when we visited, but that did not affect the ambiance at all! The black-awning boat can seat 4 people.
