I was very surprised by the number of exhibits in this free to enter museum. Definitely worth a visit. I learned a lot about the original people and the sugar industry.
It is an easy hours worth of local history that I found to be a good base to understand the island. It is located conveniently in St. John - an easy walk from the docks.
The museum's house is a beautiful one of the most beautiful places I have seen in the city, and the museum is just a few minutes walk from the cruise port.
