Stockholm City Museum

Exhibits documenting and presenting the history of Stockholm. The museum site is currently located in the South Town Hall in Slussen, South Malms. It was inaugurated in 1685. The museum moved in in the 1930s and opened to the public in 1942. The museum collects 300,000 historical objects, 20,000 works of art and 3 million photos, making it the largest municipal museum in the country.
