When you are almost there, you can see the huge plaque of 'The First Mountain in Wuzhong', the first place marked with a star🌟 on the map. Here you can see the Tiger Hill Tower on the top of the mountain, and the scenic parking lot is on the right, 6 yuan per hour. 2️⃣When walking from the parking lot to the main gate, you can pass a river. The buildings on both sides here are Jiangnan architecture, different from the pure scenic river in the park, so you can include the Jiangnan water town in the picture frame. 3️⃣After entering the main gate of Tiger Hill Scenic Area, you can see two rows of ginkgo trees, which start to turn yellow in mid-November, and the fallen leaves cover the ground, which is very romantic. 4️⃣Go inside, straight ahead (yellow dashed line) is the walking uphill, which is more free and can be played randomly. But it is strongly recommended to turn right to the place marked with a star🌟 to take a boat. The river here in autumn is like a painting, very suitable for drifting in it. The boat is 100rmb/boat, which can carry four people. From the entrance of the park, follow the small river in the scenic area all the way upstream to the back of the mountain, about 15 minutes. The river water of Tiger Hill is the greenest I have ever seen. It is very worthwhile to appreciate the autumn on the boat, as if in a painting. 5️⃣When you arrive, you can see a bridge. Here you can take pictures of the bridge, mountain, and the Tiger Hill Tower behind. Then go up the mountain along the steps, it takes about ten minutes to reach the main tower. Follow the direction marked by my red line, the scenery along the way is very beautiful, gardens, temples, pagodas, ancient trees, very watchable. It takes about 10 minutes to walk down the mountain to the entrance. You can also meet many cute kittens~ If you want to stroll around, you can explore along the right route~ 🧩🧩🧩 Small tips: For photos, you can choose colorful clothes to echo autumn, or you can wear Hanfu, which is very compatible here. The most amazing thing about it is that it is 'leaning but not falling', and it has become famous for its 'leaning'. It is the most famous leaning tower in China and the second most leaning ancient tower in the world. Its history is even longer than that of the Leaning Tower of Pisa, the world's most leaning tower. ⭐Duanliang Hall The Duanliang Hall, as its name suggests, does not have a straight main beam, but uses two pieces of wood to disperse the force of the main beam to the brackets using the principle of leverage. This makes the main beam much lighter. Although the Duanliang Hall looks simple from the outside, it has a special feature: the entire building was built without any metal parts for reinforcement, using the traditional craft of 'bamboo and wood tenon'. It was built during the Yuan Dynasty and is still intact, which is a miracle. It is praised as the 'Duanliang Hall that has not fallen for a thousand years'. ⭐Yongcui Villa As a city of gardens, Suzhou has hundreds of large and small classical gardens. It is normal for the Tiger Hill Scenic Area to have garden landscapes. However, Yongcui Villa is very different from traditional Jiangnan classical gardens. It is said that water is the soul of classical gardens, but Yongcui Villa was built according to the terrain of Tiger Hill, so it is the only garden in Suzhou without water. Its unique layout makes it stand out among many gardens. ⭐Shenggong Lecture Platform The Shenggong Lecture Platform is where famous monks in ancient times traveled around and came to Tiger Hill to preach scriptures to believers. It is said that a stone understood and jumped up to nod to the monk, as if to say, 'I understand'. ⭐Sword Pool It is said that after King Helu of Wu was injured and died in the battle of Wu and Yue, he was buried in Tiger Hill, and the Sword Pool buried the treasure swords he collected in his lifetime, said to be more than 3,000, each of which is a unique treasure sword. It is said that both Emperor Qin Shihuang and Sun Quan led troops to dig here, but in the end, the entire mountain was almost dug up, but nothing was found. ⭐Tiger Hill has a history of more than 2,500 years and has experienced the development of all dynasties. The entire Tiger Hill scenic area is similar to a square, not very large, with each side measuring about 500 meters, and the hill itself is only about thirty meters high. Visitors can easily explore the area on foot. The scenic area is mainly divided into three parts: Qianshan, Qianren Stone, and the mountaintop. Each part has many scenic and cultural spots worth seeing. In addition to the Yunyan Temple Pagoda, other highlights include the Sword Pond and Qianren Stone.
