The tunnel is constructed using the new Austrian method and composite lining, overcoming rock explosion, large deformation, collapse slope accumulation, dark river, karst lot, and won the "Fourth Zhan Tianyou Civil Engineering Award" and the "Luban Award" of the National Building Quality Engineering in 2004.
