The buildings, also known as Sogin Tact Tsuruoka and Tsuruoka City Cultural Hall, have a futuristic shape that you can't think of in a small town like Tsuruoka City. The building opened in March 2018, and as the name suggests, the silver color is very distinctive. It has a unique design that looks like mountains are woven or waves are multiplied.

２０１７ Tsuruoka City Cultural Hall was opened as a base for art and cultural activities in the year, and the Shonai Bank acquired the naming rights and was nicknamed "Sogin Tact Tsuruoka". It has excellent sound maintenance with innovative design, and is used for concerts and rakugo events.
