This is beautiful and surrounded by gorgeous buildings, but despite the photo above there was no water in it!

The fountain is quite unusual, on the "home" theme and is dedicated to the residents of the city. Everyone around it is photographed. We also photographed. The truth is January month and the fountain didn't work((
