The Tianhe gate of the Central District Upper Street group from the base to the arch is all built by bluestone, and the architect creatively designed the columns under the arch coupon into a pair of vases, carving characters and flower patterns in various parts of the vase. The arch coupon is handled with thick threaded feet, perfect for a combination of Roman style and Chinese traditional style.
