Its location is located in the southeast of the ancient city of Zhangye City, Gansu Province, Zhangye Second Middle School campus. According to the cultural relics department, the Minqin Assembly Hall was built in 1892 and 1921, and was renovated by Minqin Shangjia. The entire complex sits north to south, with a courtyard-style structure covering an area of 1593 square meters, which is a key cultural relics protection unit of the state.
