Ezhou Travel Guide

Ezhou is a prefecture-level city under the administration of Hubei Province. It is famous for being the place of origin of the Wuchang Bream and the birthplace of China's Pure Land Buddhism. Ezhou’s long history and gorgeous natural scenery mean that it abounds in tourist attractions. West Mountain, Liangzi Lake, and the Honglian Lake Resort Area (红莲湖度假区) are iconic natural attractions, and sites of cultural interest include the Wu Kingdom Capital, the Guanyin Temple Park, and the Jiuqu Pavilion.
