GGuest User: Choosing the Hampton by Hilton Jiujiang Xunyang for our study trip was such a smart move! The family room was spacious and spotless, with a fun, kid-friendly setup that my child loved the moment we walked in. It came with a children's tent, cartoon toiletries, and kids' slippers and bathrobes – all those little details were so thoughtful. The sofa bed was roomy enough for our family of three without feeling cramped. The bedding was soft and comfy, and the soundproofing was good, so my child slept soundly. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices, including options suitable for kids. The hotel's location is super convenient for visiting attractions like Xunyang Tower and Lushan Mountain. The staff were all warm and attentive. It's definitely our top pick when traveling with kids, and we'll choose it again next time we're in Jiujiang!

QQianxing1983: Not bad at all, the facilities are quite complete. The air conditioning works great, and there's even a drying rack. Hot water comes on instantly. The bedding is very new and comfortable; I slept soundly all night. The hotel is right by the road, so parking is very convenient. I was here for a business trip, and the front desk even upgraded my room for free. I'll definitely stay here again next time.

The historical Well of Waves (浪井) is even right next to the hotel. The reception is nice and friendly, in particular 小靜who helped me navigate Lu Shan. The room is clean and the river view is impeccable.

GGuest User: The stay was absolutely fantastic! The hotel's location is incredible, right by the river and a lake. Opening the window reveals breathtaking water views; watching the shimmering reflections on the river at dusk just melts all your stress away. The biggest surprise was the breakfast restaurant on the top floor. Enjoying a sumptuous breakfast while overlooking the entire river and lake scenery, with the morning sun sparkling on the water – every photo you take looks like a postcard. Eating breakfast here isn't just about the food, it's about the view and the mood. Highly recommend to anyone who loves peace and beautiful scenery!

AAnonymous User: Traveling to Lushan with my child, I chose to stay at this long-established hotel. During the holidays, rooms were tight. The room I originally booked was a bit small, so I was especially grateful to the hotel for upgrading my room when they learned I was traveling with a child. This is an old, local hotel, so the facilities do have a dated feel compared to newer hotels, but they are very well-maintained and not at all old, dirty, or messy. I must commend the service. From the front desk to housekeeping to the restaurant staff, everyone was gentle and polite. Communicating needs was smooth, problems were resolved quickly, and tasks were handled meticulously. I was very satisfied with the dining. The dishes were clean and hygienic, making me feel at ease. The room was well-cleaned, and the bedding was neat, providing a comfortable and reassuring stay. I've attached real photos. If service and hygiene are important to you, this is a good choice. Overall, the stay was excellent.

YYouzimolilongjing: Right across from Nanhu Park, just a few steps away, and Jiujiang Art Museum is hidden right inside the park! The hotel's soundproofing, cleanliness, and service are all top-notch. I was so lucky to book a hotel that felt like a 'soulmate' in Jiujiang, where I could sleep comfortably and then enjoy the breeze by Nanhu Lake. A few minutes' electric bike ride to Qingnian Road brings you to Four Sisters Pancakes, Yiqie Shao, and all sorts of delicious food – it's the best choice if you're traveling with kids!

GGuest User: This hotel choice was absolutely perfect! 👏 The room decor was incredibly cozy, with soft lighting and bedding so comfortable I didn't want to get out of bed 🛏️. The bathroom had a great wet/dry separation, and all the toiletries were from premium brands, which was very reassuring to use 🧴. The hotel service was also fantastic; the housekeeping auntie would tidy up the room immaculately every day and even left thoughtful little notes 📝. Transportation around the hotel was convenient too, close to both taxis and the subway. I had a super comfortable stay and definitely give it five stars! 🌟

Mount Emei: Low-Altitude Tranquility | One-Day Trip (September 11, 2026) Mount Emei is renowned for its beauty. You don't have to rush to the Golden Summit to see the sea of clouds; the dense low-altitude forests hide Mount Emei's quietest Zen atmosphere. This route is unhurried and relaxing, winding through ancient Phoebe forests, visiting temples along the stream, and listening to the mountain breeze and Buddhist chants—a slow, leisurely tour of Emei. 🕘 Itinerary Overview Route: Baoguo Temple → Fuhu Temple → Leiyin Temple → Chunyang Hall → Shenshui Pavilion → Zhongfeng Temple → Wuxiangang The total distance is about 9 km with a gradual elevation gain. Most of the path consists of shaded stone steps. Walk at your own pace with breaks; the whole trip takes about 6 hours and is beginner-friendly. In early autumn (September), the forests are lush and green, the temperature is cool, and there are no strong winds like at the summit, making it perfect for a peaceful retreat. 08. 30 | Baoguo Temple · The First Temple Arrive at Baoguo Temple, the gateway to Mount Emei, where red walls and ancient cypress trees set a Zen tone. Explore the halls, view the stone tablets, and feel the tranquility of this thousand-year-old temple. You can also visit the Mount Emei Museum across the way to quickly understand the geology and culture of Emei. ✅ Highlights: Puxian Hall, ancient camphor trees; if you have time, you can enjoy a bowl of vegetarian meal for CNY 10. 09. 30 | Fuhu Temple · Ancient Temple Hidden in the Forest Walk from Baoguo Temple to Fuhu Temple along the trail. The path is lined with towering Phoebe trees, and the dense canopy of the Bujin Forest blocks the sun, making it feel like walking into a natural oxygen bar. The most amazing part here is the Ligou Garden, where no fallen leaves accumulate on the roof year-round. The ancient temple is hidden in the forest, quiet and uncrowded—a must-visit spot in the low-altitude area. 11. 00 | Leiyin Temple (Jietuo Nunnery) Continue uphill along the mountain path, accompanied by a stream. Leiyin Temple was formerly known as Jietuo Nunnery. It was said that entering the mountain to this point frees you from worries, and leaving the mountain to this point frees you from dangers. The small courtyard is simple and rustic, perfect for stopping to meditate and listening to the birds in the forest and the sound of the mountain stream. 12. 00 | Chunyang Hall · Mountain Lunch Arrive at Chunyang Hall, an ancient stilt-style temple hanging over the cliff. Eat authentic tofu pudding rice at the farmhouse restaurant at the entrance. Tender tofu pudding served with dipping sauce and local pickles—simple and refreshing. It costs about CNY 20–30 per person, perfect for a simple mountain meal. 13. 30 | Shenshui Pavilion (Shengshui Zen Monastery) Shenshui Pavilion is famous for its mountain spring; legend has it that the Yuye Spring is clear and sweet. The courtyard is quiet, and spring water flows from the cracks in the rocks. You can wash your hands with the spring water and feel the refreshing touch of what the ancients called "divine water." 14. 30 | Zhongfeng Temple An ancient temple of Mount Emei and the birthplace of Emei martial arts. Surrounded by ancient trees, the atmosphere is serene and uncrowded, perfect for a quiet stroll to experience the Zen tranquility of the forest. 15. 30 | Wuxiangang · End of the Trip Arrive at Wuxiangang Tourist Center, the end of the hike. If you have energy left, you can take a short walk to Qingyin Pavilion to see the double bridges and flowing water. If you are tired, you can take the scenic sightseeing bus directly back to Baoguo Temple from here. 📌 Tickets & Transportation (2026) Transportation High-speed rail: Chengdu East → Emei Mountain Station. After exiting the station, take a 10-minute taxi ride directly to Baoguo Temple. Self-driving: Baoguo Temple parking lot, CNY 15/day. Tickets For this low-altitude hiking route, Baoguo Temple is CNY 8 and Fuhu Temple is CNY 6; other temples along the way are free. If you only hike the low-altitude area and do not go deep into the Qingyin Pavilion monkey area, you do not need to purchase the CNY 160 Mount Emei general admission ticket. Note: If you go to Qingyin Pavilion, you will need the general admission ticket. 🥗 Food Recommendations On the mountain: Chunyang Hall tofu pudding rice, wild vegetables, Emei Xue soda At the foot of the mountain: Tofu pudding, Qiaojiao beef, braised duck ⚠️ Travel Tips Wear non-slip sports shoes. The stone paths in the forest are damp year-round and can be slippery. Bring mosquito repellent, as there are many insects in the forest. Bring your own water bottle; you can refill it with spring water at Shenshui Pavilion. You can buy bamboo walking sticks at small shops along the way to reduce knee pressure. There are no wild monkey troops on this route, so you don't need to worry about your bags being snatched. The whole route is well-shaded, so you won't be exposed to the sun in September. Please keep quiet when visiting temples, do not take photos indiscriminately, and respect religious etiquette. For those with less stamina: You can shorten the itinerary and just do a round trip between Baoguo Temple and Fuhu Temple for an easy half-day tour. ✨ Social Media Copy Mount Emei: Low-Altitude Tranquility | September 11, 2026 Renowned for its beauty, but there's more than just the Golden Summit. Skip the high mountains and seek the quiet paths of the lowlands. Phoebe trees shade the sky, ancient temples line the stream, and stone steps wind ahead. The mountain breeze passes through the leaves, Buddhist chants hide in the clear stream, In the dense forests of Emei, find a moment of earthly peace.

In the evening, take sightseeing bus to Leidongping for accommodation, convenient for early next day rush to Golden Summit to watch sunrise Day 2 (Golden Summit) Get up early, walk from Leidongping to Jieyin Hall, take cable car up to Golden Summit, wait for sunrise, sea of clouds, Buddha’s light (more likely to see on clear mornings). After touring the Golden Summit, take cable car down, then sightseeing bus back to visitor center to end the trip Must-visit attractions 1. Golden Summit (3,079 meters): symbol of Emei Mountain, 48-meter Samantabhadra statue, Huazang Temple, She Shen Cliff; four wonders: sunrise, sea of clouds, Buddha’s light, sacred lamp 2. Qingyin Pavilion: double-bridge clear sound, mountain water streams, serene and elegant, great for photos 3. Leidongping (best for sunrise): guesthouses 300–500 CNY, closest to cable car, low temperature on the mountain, most rooms equipped with electric blankets 2. Golden Summit hotel: for those with sufficient budget, right at the viewing platform, higher price starting at 800 CNY 3. Baoguo Temple foot of the mountain: 80–180 CNY, convenient for food and lodging, but long sightseeing bus ride up the next day, not suitable for sunrise viewing Practical tips 1. Large temperature difference: short sleeves at the foot of the mountain in summer, Golden Summit is cold year-round, even in summer bring a light windbreaker or thin down jacket, mornings and evenings are cold, remember sun protection; high altitude slows movement, avoid intense running or jumping 2. Many winding mountain roads, prepare motion sickness medicine; prices on the mountain are high, bring some snacks and a thermos for hot water 3. Temples promote respectful incense burning, no need to buy expensive incense; avoid roadside unlicensed guides and low-price tour group sales 4. Sightseeing buses have operating hours, try to descend before evening to avoid missing the last bus

1. Group Travel: Stress-Free Taoist Temple Hopping with Buddies 🚌🎉 · Pros of Group Trips No planning headaches at all! Guides handle tickets, routes, and transport, so you just show up and soak in the ancient temple vibes 🎒. You’ll never face those cheeky Emei macaques alone—group safety makes monkey encounters way less scary 🐒. Shared meals of spicy Qiaojiao beef and local tofu pudding taste way better with a crew, and you’ll get detailed cultural stories about Wannian Temple’s thousand-year-old relics that you’d never find on a random sign 📜. · Cons of Group Trips Rigid schedules can yank you away from a quiet Taoist meditation spot before you’re ready to fully absorb the peace 🕒. You might get stuck waiting for slow group members at cable car queues, missing that perfect golden hour shot of the sea of clouds behind Huazang Temple ☁️. Hidden shopping stops on cheap tours can waste hours you could’ve spent exploring hidden mountain paths 🛍️. 2. Solo Trip: Your Own Taoist Soul Quest on Emei Mountain 🥾🧘 · Pros of Solo Trips You set every single pace! Wake up at 4:30 AM to catch the first cable car to the summit, linger for hours in a misty temple courtyard, or take a random detour to a hidden waterfall no group tour ever visits 🌫️. Deep spiritual moments hit different when you’re alone—you can sit in silent meditation at Baoguo Temple without chatty travel mates pulling you away 🧘. Total freedom to adjust your route, skip crowded spots, and chase that perfect sunrise view no one else is waiting for 🌅. · Cons of Solo Trips Navigating the Chinese-only WeChat ticket booking system is a total nightmare if you don’t read Mandarin, and missing the last cable car down could leave you hiking 4 hours in the dark 🌑. Carrying all your own gear up uneven stone steps will wreck your knees, and there’s no one to watch your bag while you snap that iconic temple photo 🎒. No one to split meal costs with, and solo mountain nights can feel eerie when the mist wraps around the old temple walls 🌙. 3. Which One Wins for Your Emei Taoist Temple Adventure? 🏆 If you hate planning, love shared laughs, and prioritize safety around wild monkeys, a 20-person small group tour is your perfect pick 🚌. If you crave unfiltered spiritual quiet, want to chase secret hidden spots, and don’t mind a little solo mountain grit, the solo trip will give you the Taoist soul journey you’re craving 🥾. Either way, Emei’s misty peaks and ancient temples will leave you with memories that stick forever ✨. #grouptourvssolotrip #travelhacks #travel2026 #travel #staycation #thingstodo #myitinerary #china #chinatravel #chinatrip #trip #tripcom #tripblazers #travelchina #chinatrip

They say Mount Emei is beautiful in every season, but I truly believe that late autumn is the best time of year to visit! No filters or editing needed—the mountainside covered in colorful forests paired with the rolling sea of clouds creates a soothing autumn landscape painting with every snapshot. By late October, Mount Emei has completely shed its summer greenery and donned a gorgeous autumn outfit. From the foot of the mountain to the Golden Summit, layers of autumn colors blanket the entire range. The maple leaves are passionately red, the ginkgo leaves are gently yellow, and they pair with the dark green of the evergreen firs. These three colors intertwine, painting the mountains and plains. Walking along the stone steps, every step feels like you're walking through autumn, with the atmosphere dialed all the way up. The most stunning sight is the sea of clouds at the summit. The golden hours for viewing the sea of clouds are just after the rain clears or in the early morning. Standing at the Golden Summit and looking out, a vast sea of clouds surges and rolls, with soft, white mist filling the valleys, sometimes flowing slowly, sometimes scattering with the wind. Sunlight pierces through the clouds, gilding the sea of clouds with a golden edge, creating an ethereal, misty atmosphere. The colorful forests halfway up the mountain appear and disappear in the mist. With the vibrant forests below and the ethereal sea of clouds above, seeing these two ultimate beauties in one frame is truly healing, courtesy of Mother Nature. As you head up, ancient temples hide within the colorful autumn scenery, and the breeze carries the fresh scent of the forest, washing away all the restlessness of the city. There are no crowded throngs of people, just the autumn scenery covering the mountains, the gentle sound of the wind, and the rolling sea of clouds—quiet and healing. I sincerely recommend that you don't miss Mount Emei's fleeting, limited-time autumn beauty! Take advantage of the crisp autumn air to keep your date with this fairyland mountain, see the colorful forests covering the hills, watch the sea of clouds roll by, and encounter the unique autumn romance that belongs only to Emei. Autumn on Mount Emei is short but absolutely stunning. The days when colorful forests and the sea of clouds coexist are so precious. If you have time, you must come and experience this autumn fairyland feast for yourself!

Perfect for those with only 3 days who want to see the foothill temples, valleys, and the Golden Summit without having to change hotels. Stay in the Baoguo Temple area for both nights so you don't have to move your luggage. Explore by zone: low mountain, mid-mountain, and high mountain. You'll save on high-mountain accommodation costs and the hassle of moving, though you'll still need to plan your transport within the scenic area accordingly. Book your accommodation near the Baoguo Temple area before you go so you can easily return to the same place each day. After arriving in Emeishan City or at Emeishan Station, arrange your transport to your accommodation based on the day's schedule. Please refer to official channels for scenic area shuttle and ticketing information. Day 1 | Foothill Temples In the morning, walk or take a vehicle from your accommodation to Baoguo Temple. Explore the temple and surrounding architecture to get familiar with the Buddhist culture at the foothills. You can explore this area on foot; there's no need to rush up the mountain as soon as you arrive. In the afternoon, head to Fuhu Temple to see the temple and its forest surroundings, then take a slow stroll along the foothill trails. If you arrive late, keep your sightseeing around Baoguo Temple and don't try to squeeze in distant attractions. In the evening, return to your accommodation in the Baoguo Temple area. Find a local restaurant nearby for dinner and try local snacks like Emei tofu pudding. Stay in the same place tonight and travel light to the mid-mountain area the next day. Day 2 | Qingyin Valley In the morning, take the scenic area shuttle from the Baoguo Temple Passenger Center to Wuxiangang, then walk to Qingyin Pavilion. The "Qingyin" double bridge and the mountain stream scenery are the highlights here, perfect for slowing down to enjoy the water and rest. In the afternoon, follow the trail from Qingyin Pavilion to Yixiantian and the Ecological Monkey Zone. Explore based on your energy levels and the current trail conditions. Follow on-site management instructions in the monkey zone and do not tease or feed the monkeys. Afterward, return to Wuxiangang and take the shuttle back to the Baoguo Temple area. Don't try to force deeper routes like Hongchunping into this day. In the evening, return to your base for dinner and rest. There are plenty of dining options nearby, so just eat wherever is convenient based on your location. For the next day's trip to the high-mountain area, bring warm clothing and water. Day 3 | Leidongping and the Golden Summit In the morning, take the scenic area shuttle from the Baoguo Temple Passenger Center to Leidongping. Then, depending on local transport and trail conditions, head to Jieyin Hall and take the Golden Summit Cableway to the Golden Summit. Allow plenty of time to explore the Golden Summit viewing platform and the area around Huazang Temple; don't add extra spots like Wanfo Summit. In the afternoon, head back down from the Golden Summit the same way you came, passing through Jieyin Hall to return to Leidongping. Take the shuttle back to the Baoguo Temple area to pick up your luggage, then head to the station for your departure. Since you need to return to your accommodation to pick up your luggage on your departure day, leave enough buffer time for the descent and transfers when booking your tickets. Depart in the evening according to your travel schedule. There have been recent construction and capacity adjustments at the Leidongping station and Golden Summit Cableway in the high-mountain area. Golden Summit admission tickets and scenic area shuttle tickets are subject to limits and timed reservations. Check the official Mount Emei scenic area announcements and ticketing information before you leave to decide whether to save the Golden Summit for the last day.

Travelers with only 2 or 3 days who want to minimize moving luggage can base themselves in the Baoguo Temple area and reserve a full day for the Golden Summit. Plan only light walks at the foot of the mountain, and avoid adding mid-mountain attractions or extra activities. This concentrates your main expenses on one high-altitude experience and saves the hassle of changing accommodations. Choose accommodation in the Baoguo Temple area for convenient access to the mountain and dining, and stay for 2 consecutive nights. Emeishan City has the Emeishan Station; upon arrival, take local transport to your accommodation. When booking, confirm luggage storage and check-in times to ensure you can set off light the next day. Day 1 | Settle in the Baoguo Temple area After arriving, check in, hydrate, and organize your belongings for the next day. Then, take a walk around the Baoguo Temple area to see the temples and archways at the foot of the mountain. Don't rush to enter the mountain on the first day, and don't purchase extra activities. For dinner, find a casual restaurant nearby to try Emei tofu pudding or Ye'erba, then get some rest early. Day 2 | Spend the whole day at the Golden Summit In the morning, take the scenic shuttle bus from the Baoguo Temple Tourist Transport Center to Leidongping, then follow the walking route to Jieyin Hall. Afterward, choose to take the cable car or continue walking to the Golden Summit based on your energy levels. The Huazang Temple, the Samantabhadra Golden Statue, and the high-altitude views at the Golden Summit are the highlights of the day. The weather at the summit changes quickly, so bring a warm outer layer and water. Choose non-slip shoes suitable for long-distance walking. To descend, return from the Golden Summit via Jieyin Hall and Leidongping by bus to your accommodation at the foot of the mountain. To keep transportation costs low, decide based on your energy levels whether to walk or take the cable car. If your fitness is average or the weather is unstable, focus your savings on not purchasing other area activities, and don't force yourself to hike. Reaching the Golden Summit of Mount Emei gives one a sense of sudden enlightenment. It was drizzling when we set off from the foot of the mountain, and the mountain path was wet, but the cable car ride up revealed a clear blue sky. Looking at the sea of clouds from the top was truly exhilarating.
小爱米Riding the Golden Summit Cableway, where over a hundred people share a giant cabin, you travel through the clouds with complete peace of mind! Thanks to human engineering technology, the arduous journey of traversing mountains and valleys is condensed into just a few minutes, allowing you to calmly watch the sea of clouds and mountains rush towards you, making it easier to appreciate the beautiful scenery!
helenGreat! Fun and delicious food! Long live Mount Emei! The cable car staff were attentive and helpful. The mountain was completely shrouded in fog, making it impossible to see the sunrise. It was quite nice though, as the sun didn't come out until noon. I saw the sun and each individual sun.
我是金手指I've visited Mount Emei three times, and each time the scenery has been unforgettable. Mount Emei holds special significance for me. This time, I stayed at Wannian Temple, a very peaceful temple with a wonderful atmosphere. I love the scenery and sea of clouds at Mount Emei.
M32***09Friends, I have to recommend this hot spring! The environment is fantastic, the hot spring pools are clean and plentiful, and there are different therapeutic options to choose from. The water temperature is just right, soaking in it is incredibly comfortable, and fatigue instantly disappears. The service is also very attentive, and the staff are warm and friendly. Snacks and drinks are constantly available, and the quality is good. It's excellent value for money, I'll definitely come back next time!
Anonymous userWe hired a car from the hotel to the zero-kilometer parking lot, which took about 50 minutes. From there, we transferred to a scenic area bus, which took about 50 minutes to reach the cable car station at the Golden Summit. The bus shook quite a bit, which could easily cause motion sickness.
Anonymous userA light drizzle shrouded Mount Emei, with white mist drifting through the mountains, creating a scene of ethereal beauty. Ancient trees and babbling brooks added to the serene tranquility amidst the rain. Winding stone steps disappeared into the sea of clouds, and the distant sound of temple bells echoed softly in the mist. Though the grandeur of a clear sky was absent, the misty, Zen-like atmosphere offered a unique and serene charm to Mount Emei.
Anonymous userMount Emei is very large, with a relative altitude of 2500 meters. Reaching the Golden Summit in one day requires both shuttle bus and cable car. During peak tourist season, long queues for buses and cable cars are common, so be sure to leave early in the morning to be among the first to arrive. Besides the Golden Summit, you can also visit Qingyin Pavilion to see monkeys, Baoguo Temple to burn incense and pray, and Emei Lake for panoramic mountain views. These attractions are all accessible by car, making them relatively easy to reach and suitable for family trips.
cycat20I recommend the old hot springs, it's true. There is also a Chiang Kai-shek here, don't worry about me. The hot spring tickets I bought separately, the hotel is too expensive, and it's not worth staying. Maybe it's because it's an old hot spring hotel. The room in the building is old. One building has been renovated, but you can imagine how expensive it will be after the renovation. But you can consider it. I didn't go to the other Lingxiu Hot Spring, so I don't know what its hot spring is like, but this Hongzhushan Forest Hot Spring is highly recommended and recommended. It is a real hot spring. Booked the City Convenience Hotel near the Hongzhushan Forest Hot Spring. After all, it is a chain economy hotel. Well, it's relatively reassuring and economical.
_M1***22The hot spring is well located, right at the foot of Mount Emei, with very convenient transportation and many bus routes passing by. The hotel is clean and sanitary. In addition to multiple hot spring pools, there is also a constant temperature swimming pool. The staff has a good service attitude and is very cost-effective. It is very comfortable to soak in a hot spring when you are tired of climbing.
