We had a very nice evening with very polite staff. All courses had a lot of detail and there were surprisingly many (11) courses. It was hence quite opulent. A real food journey. There was a clear Japanese flavor theme in most courses. Many dishes also featured fruity/ fermentation acidity, which felt a bit much at times. The cigar smoke flavored dessert was unique.

The overall atmosphere is very good, people feel very comfortable, although there are many people, but it is not noisy at all.

We enjoyed our food in a relaxed atmosphere on the terrace with views to the beautiful garden. The map is varied and the dishes are always very delicious.

Service was perfect, Food quality also. Only the mixture of all tastes in the desert was too much for us.

Everything was amazing.  The food was creative and tasted wonderful, the staff were knowledgable and very friendly and the dining room itself was very elegant.  The wines offered in the wine pairing were excellent.  Thank you all at Louis for a lovely evening.

Wir waren zu viert zum ersten mal im Louis. Der Service das Ambiente und die Speisen waren ausgezeichnet. Das Gesamtkonzept in Verbindung mit dem K&uuml;chenteam sehr gut gelungen. Die Getr&auml;nkebegleitung sowohl alkoholisch als auch ohne Alkohol war sehr gut und teilweise auch spannend. Ich war schon h&auml;ufig in der Spitzengastronomie unterwegs und muss sagen, dass ich noch nie so wenig auf dem Teller hatte. Geschmacklich super, aber leider zu wenig.Vom Konzept her verstehe ich dass, aber es war f&uuml;r uns alle zu wenig auf dem Teller.Vielleicht k&ouml;nnte man hier bei den Hauptg&auml;ngen nacharbeiten und ausgefallene Beilagen zaubern.
