Pas de climatisation en pleine période de canicule et difficulté à obtenir des ventilateurs, linge de lit non changé en cours de séjour, poubelles non vidées, parking payant pour le véhicule alors qu'il est véhiculé sur un parking de supermarché dont la barrière est à 80% ouverte et non surveillé.
L'aspirateur n'est jamais passé dans la chambre, donc le sol n'est pas nettoyé en cours de séjour.
Housekeping qui entre dans la chambre dès 8h00 et qui insiste jusqu'à ce qu'on leur laisse faire la chambre.
Possibilité de prendre un café et de l'emmener en chambre le premier jour. Prestation refusée le lendemain par la même personne.
Personnel d'accueil désagréable pour certains, voire agressif pour la personne qui s'occupe des déjeuners.
Chambres de deux personnes et une seule serviette fournie.
Hotel éloigné du centre ville, rien à proximité.
Une personne qui hurle la moitié de la nuit, aucun personnel de nuit n'est intervenu pour le faire taire.
En gros, je ne conseille pas cet hôtel. Et il ne mérite pas du tout ses étoiles.

Irgendwie lebt das Hotel von der Substanz. In allen Ecken wirkt es angeranzt, Flecken, nicht überpinselte Wände und Decken, Dinge, die nicht ersetzt wurden. Service ist ok, preis viel zu hoch. Renovierung wäre dringend nötig. Zimmer war noch ok.

Ich kann diesen Hotel nur empfehlen. Es ist Stadtnah,man kann von hier überallhin, ob mit dem Auto oder dem Zug.

Personal sehr nett. Aber sonst ….! Haben in dem Hotel öfter übernachtet und jedes Mal sagten wir uns nie wieder, aber diesmal sind wir nach 30 Min. gegangen! Siehe Fotos 145€ das Zimmer die wir vorab schon bezahlt haben , das geht nicht. Wer bewertet solch ein Hotel mit 4 Sternen ? Ich habe mich unwohl gefühlt und das Bad war optisch sauber aber auch Schimmel an der Badewanne. Der nette Mitarbeiter wollte uns ein anderes Zimmer geben , aber wir kennen das Hotel und einige Zimmer davon , haben abgelehnt. Solange das Hotel die vielen Schäden nicht korrigiert werden wir dort nicht mehr übernachten. Wir sind dann ins Hotel La Maison gefahren , kann nur sagen fantastisch. Der Tag war gerettet
