Quezangsi

It is located about 20 kilometers north of Huzhu Tu Autonomous County, Qinghai Province. The monastery is surrounded by two mountains from east to west, green pines and cypresses on the mountain, thousands of acres of fertile land in front of the temple, a piece of green. Choezang Temple was built in the sixth year of Shunzhi in the Qing Dynasty (1649). Emperor Daoguang once instructed to build a brick carving "Nine Dragon Wall" in front of the Thousand Buddha Hall here. The style is similar to the Nine Dragon Wall in Beihai Park in Beijing. The Nine Dragon Wall was built with the permission of the emperor. It's a pity that compared to the glory of the past, what we can see today is only a remnant of the temple, because most of the buildings here were destroyed in 1958. Among the reconstructions at present, the most spectacular is the three-storey Qianfo Temple rebuilt from 1985 to 1987. There is a panoramic photo of the temple before 1958 in front of the temple gate. Comparing the current situation, it is not difficult to see the great changes between the past and the present.
