There is a good site of an ancient monastery in the inn thatched grass on the island. It is recommended to go in summer. There are wild flowers and seagulls in a bay on one side, and sailing boats in the distance. Seabirds are not as many and so flocks as Langoyene Island. There are few tourists and there are not many people who may know. There is a direct bus boat, after the island, tourists quickly disappeared, but every time the departure time did not know where to come out of the dock gathered.

The largest island on the Oslo fjord. The island is lush and scenic in summer. The island also contains ruins of the 11th-century Cistercian monastery. Since it was once part of the Oslo defense system, there are also ancient military buildings and facilities to be seen.
It is a big block, many tall buildings, some beautiful scenery can be seen in the distance, the weather is a bit cold.
A beautiful island, surrounded by mountains and rivers, lush vegetation.
Walk here at will on a sunny day, you can only see the scenery everywhere, beautiful, worth a walk! The air is fresh and a good place to wash your lungs!
