I was incredibly satisfied with my stay! The hotel environment was excellent, and the room was clean and comfortable. But what really impressed me the most was the front desk staff – they were so warm and attentive! From check-in to check-out, they always had a smile on their faces and answered all my questions with such patience. It made me feel really welcomed. Thank you for your wonderful service! I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit and recommend it to my friends. ✨

This is a standardized hostel, with every detail meticulously thought out – a very mature commercial product. However, the quality of guests is hard to control. Even though it's off-season, the restrooms weren't very clean, and there was trash and an unpleasant smell (understandable for a commercial building with less ventilation) throughout the common areas. Plus, I noticed a girl smoking in the restroom (the innermost stall reeked of smoke). On the bright side, the blankets and shower rooms were quite warm, even better than a 3-star hotel I stayed in later. It also has a strong social atmosphere, making it suitable for young travelers on a budget.

The new branch is really good with clean room, enough space for 4 people. It is near the center and close to train station. It is equipped with towels, kettle, ... To sum up, this is a good hotel and worth the money.

The owner was very kind and had a great attitude. However, the facilities are a bit old, probably because it's been open for a few years. The room was a bit cold, but there was an electric blanket, so it was fine once I was in bed. The price was cheap though, so it wasn't a big deal, and the location was excellent.

We took the high-speed rail from Jingzhou, Hubei to the hotel where we stayed on the first night in Huashan, preparing to climb Huashan the next morning. The hotel is very close to Yuquanyuan, the starting point of the hiking trip, about a five-minute walk away. The shop owner was very enthusiastic and took the initiative to introduce the precautions for mountain climbing and told me where to have a cheap breakfast.

Nice hotel with very friendly, helpful staff that were very attentive to our messages on WeChat. They helped us plan our visits to the Terracotta Army site (can get there by metro and bus 613) and Mount Hua (high speed train from Xianbei). Nice room with good facilities. Shower head was a little faulty and some water leaked out of the shower/toilet basin area into the main room, but otherwise no issues. Free self service laundry provided, and free bottled water available at reception. Good heating, comfortable beds. There was a large window but no view. Good location, a short walk from the metro. It is a little hidden down an alleyway when you first arrive but the hotel provides clear instructions on how to find it and there are lots of signs to point you in the right direction.

The room was big and nice in general, with a comfy mattress and spacious. The bathroom -toilet area definitely needs a big renovation as it was almost broken, with mold,... The location was perfect and very convenient to visit the city, the surrounding streets where the most beautiful and convenient ones we found in the city. The entrance for the city wall is just a few metres from there. The staff was super nice and helpful, we had our flight delayed so we were checking in at 3.00 am so we told them as soon as we knew it. With a poor English they gave us all kind of facilities so we could rest in our room and do the proper check-in next morning. That was really nice from them. They also have 4 young cats at the reception that made me feel a bit sad as they are almost constantly trapped in a small aesthetic cage. A woman used to let the play and roam free around the reception area (which seemed to be owner or something similar) and she was super nice with them. So if you go there feel free to open them the cage and let them be kittens for a while

This hotel is absolutely perfect. This is my fourth time staying here, and every single time it feels like coming back home. The staff are incredibly kind and welcoming — from the receptionist to the cleaning lady, everyone is always friendly, helpful, and respectful. The place is spotless, very clean, and has such a chill, peaceful atmosphere that makes it easy to relax. Everything is well taken care of, and you can really feel the attention to detail. I always have a great experience here and will definitely keep coming back. The problem is just the cleanliness, the toilet is really messy and nasty, but the rooms are nice, clean bed sheets , no stinky smell on the pillows or anything which makes a balance with the poor hygiene, the boss was really helpful, he's on alert whenever you need something, there is no noise or anything that bothers at night besides the smoke smell in some spots close to the rooms because they secretly smoke.the motel is in a good location, not so far from muslim street and stuff and ofc it was worth the experience especially if you're staying just for a night or two , i don't recommend more

The location is absolutely fantastic. A subway station is right outside the door, making it incredibly convenient for reaching popular spots like Xiaozhai and the City Wall. There's also a lively night market nearby. The hygiene couldn't be faulted. The bedding felt wonderfully soft, and the washroom area was spotlessly clean—even the mirror was free of any water stains. Hand soap and tissues were thoughtfully provided. The common area features large, comfortable sofas, perfect for watching movies on a projector or just listening to music. In the evenings, everyone would gather to play games, and there were even occasional small social activities. I met so many interesting people there! A few small, but thoughtful, details really stood out: each bed had a charging port and a night light, and the bed curtains were excellent at blocking light, ensuring privacy and not disturbing others. The lockers required a key card for access, making them very secure for storing valuables.
