I’ve stayed a lot of places in this has by far been my worst experience in years. I think as far as the location and amenities and the cleanliness everything is fine. But I tried to cancel my booking they refuse because somebody is snoring so loudly I can’t sleep from 2 AM to 7 AM. It’s impossible for me to sleep. so then I finally get a few hours of sleep I’m awake and I am packing my stuff getting ready to leave and they promptly come right at 12 o’clock as I’m already leaving, the system they have in the checkout has them want to charge me. The front desk was pretty rude to me as I was leaving I told them this isn’t fair. Also, as I was leaving, there was a European guy there was working for the place. He was doing his daily activities and I was offering to clean the bathroom by taking out the trash that was overflowing and he freaked out at me and told me to put it back. let’s just say it was a horrible night and even worse but luckily the dumplings that were right outside put me in a better mood. I wasn’t going to leave a review, but I noticed that the Fun Inn (that was nothing but fine. I asked a few people if they were busy they were just sitting around on their phones and they all said they were) had already sent Trip.com a message that I had checked out a couple minutes late. Well, I just wanna let everybody know that this could stay anywhere else other than that place.

9min walk into the Ximending Station, very affordable price, very convenient theres a lot of restaurants nearby. Amazing Capsule hotel, very suitable for Solo travellers who like quiet surroundings, very aesthetic. I love the Pantry Area, where you could eat your ”baon”, Can also read some books etc.

The room is not big, but it is very convenient for just a short stay for one night. It is very close to the high-speed rail station (5-7 minutes walk). It takes about 15-20 minutes to Taoyuan Airport. The place is relatively biased. There is no convenience store around. It is recommended to buy food at the high-speed rail station and then go to the restaurant. The bathroom is shared, but it is very clean. WiFi signal is also full, staying for one night is very affordable

This is my second time in Taipei. This hotel makes my solo trip more fulfilling. Comfortable, clean, and the staff are friendly. The bed and sheets are comfortable. The shower room is clean and has hot water. If I come to Taipei again, I would like to stay at this hotel again.

On this particular day, my interaction with the awkward staff made me regret making another booking with this property. One of the front desk staff members is a little off. When I asked if the regular morning staff member was working later after him, he asked me ”What kind of business do you have with him? Instead of asking why. He also asked me ”Do you really not want me to be here?” The questions were odd and strange. Maybe he felt that I cannot communicate with him on a similar frequency. I am not sure if he should have a position to communicate with people, I always felt stress with this individual. And no it is not about a language barrier I have become friends who only speaks 3 words of English. It is about a communication or spectrum disorder.It was very difficult. 4 other staff members were not there. It was only him. Friday morning felt like a total nightmare.

For a very convenient stay very close to the Taoyuan airport , and the very useful Gloria Outlet. Along with walking distance to the High speed and MRT trains. This hotel offers everything.. Off street free Parking and a courteous staff who's able to assist you 24 hours a day. Private and semi private bathrooms to choose from.

Taipei Main station is very close if taking a bus or train. There is a convenience store downstairs. Unfortunately staff members are rather cold and unfriendly. You have to say hello and good morning to them ALL the time. And you will feel awkward because the staff will be surprised by the civil interaction you exhibited. Lack of English skills cannot be an excuse. There is something called ”smile” and EVERYONE knows how to say Good Morning or Hello. Even a 5-year old child knows it.

Hygiene: very good Service: Very good. Happy trip🧳It's very convenient to buy, eat and go shopping around. The room is small and beautiful with a sense of design and complete supplies. If I didn't have the original room to stay tomorrow, I really don't want to leave.

it was a great place to stay, relatively close to everything especially if you’re wanting to do a day trip to Jiufen. It was overall very clean and the staff were super friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again!

Reasonable price for a clean room, comfortable bed, strong water flow and smooth check IN/OUT. The only flaw is the sound proofing. Great location as it is near to Ximen Station. Around 5mins walk to Exit 5 (which is the meeting point of the Day Tour I booked) & 10 mins to Exit 6 (Ximending night markwr, Rainbow road, The Red House). A station away from Main station and the bus stop is just in front of the hotel. A lot of food choices, Xiao Longa Bao, Xing Fu Tang milk tea, Ay-Chung rice noodle, Popcorn Chicken King & the Starbucks with a very nice interior - wooden & old time feel.

If you do not have claustrophobia, this room is great for you. It just fit a bed and a dressing table. There isn't much space for a luggage, mostly good for backpacker. Down side, there is no double lock for the room itself.

Good choose if your are cycling through Taiwan counterclockwise, since you are at the edge of the city (perfect for setting out early) but it's still close to the city centre. Metro right around the corner, as well as a few shopping malls, etc. The room is clean, although I spent all my time sneezing in there for some reason. No windows. Toilets and showers are very clean and restocked. Very safe if you are a woman since you need a card to get anywhere. My bicycle was stored in the basement for free, although I was unable to get to it after reception closed.

Good location but advisement on website is kind of misleading. As all of the pictures showed a nice sea view but room given has no view. However location is great as it close to both Mrt and the new KLRT and amenities around have many convenient stalls and eateries and shopping malls.

Very comfy, have many facilities like laundry etc. but check in counter too high if you have big luggage you need to carry it up to check in at 3rd floor

I stayed in this hotel on my last day. The location of the hotel is very ideal. There is Suzuka Circuit Park next to it and there is an outlet... The children loved the breakfast. There is a place for homemade pancakes and a children's area. There is a small playhouse in the hotel, but there are no other facilities except this. Because it is very close to the airport, the room rate is relatively expensive, and children over 3 years old need to pay a surcharge.

Room was clean, water pressure for shower was great, provided hairdryer upon request. hotel staff was helpful- when she saw me with a small water bottle, she offered me a free bottle of mineral water even though I’d already checked out from the hotel and wasn’t their hotel guest anymore. They have a pantry which provides hot water and mocha/tea for you as drink. Overall satisfied with what the hotel had offered

This place is very clean filled with lots of coffee food and the Roof top cafe is very nice. you could save a lot in food if you stayed here the free fruits are all worth

Pros: Location is very good, just 2 mins walking distance from exit 11 Formosa Boulevard Station. Liuhe Night Market just outside the hotel. Room is big enough for 3 persons, clean, but the bed not very comfortable. It’s more like an Inn than hotel. Cons: Exit 11 Formosa Boulevard Station, there’s only have staircase, no escalator or elevator. You need to go slightly further to take elevator. It’s very difficult to locate the building as the hotel shared the building with other hotel and some offices I guess. We couldn’t find the hotel English name from outside the building, even until we go to the lobby, they never show “Kaohsiung I Hi Hotel” This hotel is at level 7 and 10 only, the lobby is at level 10.

Overall it was a decent budget hotel. I really like the location it’s easy to access and a lot of Halal eateries around there. I recommend booking this hotel if you are in Kaohsiung!

From the １１ exit of Meili Station, there is a Liuhe Sightseeing Night Market, and there is Watasons (drug store) on the street of the night market, where you can see the signboard immediately. (Since there are only stairs at the exit of Meili Island Station １１, if you have luggage such as suitcases, go up the escalator at the exit １ and go to the right to find the night market. The building is old, but It was cleaned cleanly. The staff was also new and polite. . The motor sound and the outer walls of the refrigerator are thin. Even if you close the window, it's quite noisy until midnight. (At my time, it's from midnight ０ to １, and there is breakfast nearby, so I can hear shutter sounds and motorcycles from around ４-５ in the morning.) Location and accommodation costs are cheap, so If you don't mind the sound at all, I think I can recommend it. The staff is from around ８-９ in the morning, so the people before that were locked at the front desk.

The buffet breakfast is very convenient, but there are not many types of dishes and the seasoning is on the light side. The room is small but very comfortable. I will choose to stay here again next time I travel to Kaohsiung! ! !

When checking in 8/20, the service staff first arranged in room B03. When checking in, they found that the air conditioner had been turned on and the remote control was set to 16 degrees, but the air conditioner detection showed that the temperature in the room was 27 degrees. After half an hour of observation, they found that the air conditioner only sent out the normal temperature wind, no cold wind came out. (Photos are attached to this review to view) So the first time I responded to the service staff, I was asked to send someone to the engine room to check the repairs. Later, I waited for another 10 minutes. The second time I reflected to the service staff, the response was ”the machine room is located inside a room, the room is occupied so there is no way to overhaul the air-conditioning outdoor machine”. I asked if I could help change the room. The room staff replied ”Yes”. Then the staff began to tidy up the next room B04. When the service staff is sorting out room B04, I follow the staff into room B04 to check the condition together. The staff knows that I care if the air conditioner is normal, so turn on the air conditioner and ask if I can accept it. I am sure the cold air has started to be delivered. and agreed to change to this room. But the service staff also told me that the faucet on the bathroom sink in Room B04 was inconvenient to use because the fixer fell off. I asked if I could not accept it. I wanted to say that I had already trouble the other party to help me change the room. The faucet was a small matter, so I responded acceptable. Then the staff began to tidy up the B04 room. After about 10 minutes, I changed my room card to room B04 with my friends and colleagues. On the same night, close to 23:50, when I returned to my room, I found that the abnormal low water pressure caused the shower head to have less water and no hot water, and found that the toilet did not contain water, so I reluctantly washed the cold water with lower water pressure.

The staff is really nice and helpful, they gave me good recommandations for Tainan and my next trips as well, I cancelled my last nights because I changed my plans and they gave me a refund. There are workshops every evening (learning how to make coffee, cocktails,...) in a friendly atmosphere so it's easier to meet people from Taiwan and travelers from other countries alike. The hostel is really well located, just next to the train station so it's very convenient. The hostel entrance is located inside the Family Mart. There are several showers, toilets and the washing machine is free, so as the breakfast. Highly recommend!!! :)

I want to go to Tainan during a short holiday and found this hotel. The price is affordable and not far from the downtown area. If you drive there by yourself, there is a parking space at the door. However, if you have a long car, you cannot park because it will exceed the red line. If the parking space is full, you can park. It is a short walk from the hotel to the nearby Minsheng parking lot, but it will be a bit inconvenient if you need to go out all the time. The parking fee will be refunded after you give the parking invoice to the counter when checking out. The hotel is very considerate. They turned on the air conditioner in the room before checking in. The room is very clean and comfortable, and the space is not too small. The hair dryer provided is a large one. Women with long hair don't have to worry about drying their hair. There is no desk in the room. A mirror is provided, but it is a bit inconvenient that it cannot be used as a dressing table. It is recommended to provide a mirror. The sound insulation is not very good, but fortunately the quality of other passengers that day was very good. No noise was heard late at night. The breakfast is buffet style and the variety is quite good. Rich. The overall experience after staying for one night was very good. I felt that it was run with care and the staff were very kind and friendly. It is highly recommended!

After checking in, I found that the photo looked that the number of pings was not small. The actual double room was about the size of the single room. The room I stayed in was faulty. There was a problem with the shower head. When I opened the water column, the water pressure of the shower head was insufficient. It took a long time to take a bath. The friend's room only has a dim yellow light, even returning to the room to watch TV is very difficult! The door of the hotel room is only wooden door, the room is very small, the bed is too close to the door, the sound insulation effect is equal to 0, the next door neighbor is saying everything clearly, the friend is noisy by the next room until two or three in the middle of the night to fall asleep, the next morning was attacked by the smell of smoke, It is really difficult for people to accept ⋯ When checking out, I met a small housekeeper and reported to the other party. Although the housekeeper immediately went upstairs to check if there was a smell of smoke, there was time for the early morning check-out at 11 o'clock, the room was open and the smell was long gone. In fact, we just want the hotel to apologize or tell us that we will strengthen the non-smoking label of the room space after we tell us, instead of the other way around, you didn't smell the smoke ⋯⋯ Is the taste of the morning a fantasy? The problem of the shower head failure also said that we can immediately reflect and will help change the room, but the bath time is already late at night, and no one will check all the equipment immediately. Do the guests have to drag their tired bodies before going to bed and change the room? Did the last tenant not clean the bathroom floor after checking out, so did not notice that the bathroom faucet was wrong? Moreover, there is only one or two toilet paper in the two rooms. Since it is packed in the noodle carton, it is found that there is no paper when using it. Although you can get a supplementary package downstairs, it shows that the little housekeeper is completely indifferent to the details. The password informed when you check in, When we went back, we could not use it due to machine and equipment problems. Although we arrived early to store our luggage, the housekeeper should inform us immediately if the equipment malfunctioned. We returned to rest at 4 pm for a while during the prescribed stay. There was no way to open the door. If it weren't for the cleaning staff still there, no one would help open the door. ⋯ The housekeeper called us after the check-in time to inform us that the password lock was changed. ⋯ Overall, this homestay is an unqualified accommodation experience. I will not consider returning to Tainan next time.

The location of the hotel is about 1.5 kilometers from Yongkang Exchange Road. Since it is a 3-day business trip to Nanke, I temporarily choose to stay for 2 nights. The drive from the hotel to Nanke is about 20-30 minutes. This kind of driving time has been calculated. The peak car tide for work has been included, the room is clean and comfortable, In addition to the basic Chinese and Western buffet for breakfast, there are 3 choices of staple food meals every day that need to be ordered with the kitchen. Overall, this hotel is very suitable for business trips. Next time you come to Tainan for business trips, you will choose this hotel.

Because it was all the way to play down the south, it was already 10 o'clock when it arrived. Fortunately, there was an appointment for the night light bird service, so that we did not have the pressure of check-in time. The overall layout is exquisite and cute. The location is very convenient next to Hai'an Road. After playing with friends in Tainan all night, you don't want to go too far. Eat and stroll around, return to the hostel also has wireless wifi, the bed is very comfortable, friends slip and fall asleep.

The hostel was great. The staff was very helpful, kind, and accommodating. It’s probably one of the cleanest hostels I have stayed at here in Taiwan. The beds are big and comfortable, there is a blind to pull down for privacy. The room is a decent size and a decent size locker. The only thing is that the location is a bit far from downtown, but you can still take the bus, bike, or Uber to places. I definitely will stay here again when I come back to Tainan.

This time I was in a hurry and decided to book this hotel after simply reading the reviews. Because I was not familiar with Tainan, I just wanted to be close to the Dadong Night Market and decided to book it. Fortunately, I didn’t make the wrong choice. Overall, it was very good. Well, the different staff at the front desk were also very kind and courteous. Except for finding long threads of dust floating on the ceiling above the pillow on the bed, everyone else was very satisfied.

房間如同照片一樣是個讓小孩很開心的地方, 除了房間還有很多對小孩友善的設施, 像溫奶器烘瓶器等, 也有室內的遊玩區跟玩沙區.對於帶小小孩的父母很方便. 由於是親子友善的民宿所以其實看的出來對於隔音方面已經盡量做到最好了. 比較可惜沒有小廚房可以切洗東西. 裡面的員工很友善總是可以提供很多的意見, 交通也算很方便, 並有提供停車位 下次有去會想試試不同的房型

This B&B really feels like a treasure, the CP value is very high! It's neat and tidy, and you can feel that the team is very attentive. The host responded almost instantly and answered all my questions. The recommended nearby restaurants were really delicious! There was a little hiccup in the middle, and the landlord helped us solve it immediately. His positive attitude was really appreciated! Although the location is a little far from the train station, it is much cheaper than other hotels or B&Bs with similar reviews close to the station. You can use the remaining money to take a taxi (about 100 to Tainan Station, and take a direct ride to Shigu The cultural park is only 230), and there is a large 7-11 opposite, which is convenient for hailing a taxi; and nearby attractions such as Chikan Tower can actually be reached on foot. Next time I come to Taiwan, I will stay here again!
