The location in the mangroves and huts at the river are beautiful. However, for this price, we really expected a different level of service. Everything was very slow, upon check-in there was no toilet paper nor coffee in our room, the trash wasn't emptied a single time during our stay. The tours as described on the website are not offered at the moment - only when we insisted, they organised an alternative tour.
The biggest disappointment was the food, extremely expensive for small portions of mediocre quality. If there was a little more effort taken, it could be such a nice place.

We were there only for 1 night after our entry into Cambodia. Very OK for that type of purpose. Took the bus very nearby the next day to go to Sihanookcity. The restaurant independant from but within the hotel is very good. Staff is nice. Not much english understood or spoken.
