2-Star Hotels in Kedah, Malaysia

A comfortable hotel with basic amenities. I consider them as cheap among other hotels who have swimming pools. Plus, this hotel got a pool slide for kids.

Overall, it was good. My only minor complaint was that the AC unit was positioned quite far from the bed. The price was reasonable, and the room was average. However, parking was convenient and there's a supermarket nearby.

Hotel is located off the main road so a lot of parking is available and there are free. Room is very clean too. The downside is if you are booking for a room with windows and you are given a ground floor room, it is basically equalvalent to no window room because the window is overlooking the indoor parking lot at the back and you can't even open the curtain. Feels like you have been cheated by paying more for the window but it is useless.

It was a nice experience. The room was actually quite big. No toothbrush and toorhpaste peovides but that is okay. Everything stated in the amenities provides. Got a iron outside the room in the hallway. Coway also have. Parking area is big. Both motor and car can park. Can park infront and also at the back of the hotel Area is not busy at all during my trip on weekday. The staff also nice. Everyone can enjoy this hotel.

Great location.Friendly staff. Comfortable bed and Iron provided in the room. BUT, I booked 2 x King bed room. One of the room's toilet not clean and water flow out very slow like flooded in the bath area. Basin got stuck and water flow out very slow also. Already inform reception. Hope Hotel can take note of that and repair soon. Exhaust fan in the toilet very lound and disturb sleeping quality

There’s some areas need repainting, also smell of cigarette from previous occupants, no nearby food in same rows + point is friendly keepers that you can get water refills Good for business travellers and decent for the price and value for money

Hotel is in a good location. But it’s old and not very well maintained. Also service is quite bad. Bed container a lot of hairs, so they had to clean it again after our arrival. But getting them to do it took some convincing at the reception. The door to next room is very open (you can see the light) so you can hear everything in the other room. Elevators are very worn down. Breakfast is the same every day and not a lot of options. Tables were cleared slowly, so not many places to sit during the busiest hours. Our shower did not work. No hot water. And barely any water pressure. It took going to the reception 4 times over 2 days before we got someone to help us. Every time they said they will send an engineer, but he never came. The hot water was a unlabeled switch that needed to turn on. For the low water pressure they said we were just unlucky to be at the 4th floor. They said they could not do much about it. So I feel sorry for people on higher floors. In the end all our issues were fixed. But it took a lot of asking and convincing, thus a lot of time I could not spend with family or at the beach.

Room amenities can be further improved without incurring much expenses, such as facial tissues and extra pieces of glasses. TQ
