This places is quaint. The rooms are small and cozy, clean, friendly, shared bathroom is very clean and well disinfected , has shampoo and conditioner 1 night and other night was private bathroom. Very hot water, bed firm and cozy . Price is right. Water and coffee in common room. Saw and Orca on our boat tour in Seward too.

We arrived shortly before midnight and checked in. My youngest daughter reported that the shower faucet was broken. We reported to the front desk about the issue about 7:30 am and were told that it would be repaired by the time we got back from the Portage Lake excursion. Requested another room , none available according to the front desk We got back at 3pm and the issue was not corrected. Had the front desk call the manager about issue and she said they could not get a repair on the weekend. It seems to me that you would have someone on retainer for the weekends for this popular motel.. Manager would not authorize more than 1 day refund (we were to stay for 3 nights) instead of refunding 2 nights with a late checkout fee. The room was useless w/o shower. We left for another location. Talked to the manager about the issue. She was a real Karen. She was constantly over talking my wife who was requesting something to make it right. We will contest the whole bill with Discover card.

Was a good stay. The room was a bit to warm for me when I got checked in, but was able to lower the room temperature. Good clean room with a nice firm bed. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Being next to McDonalds and the Breeze In are also very good options

Ingra House Hotel WAS a great place to stay.... BUT, since the covid-19 pandemic started, Ingra House has since become infested with bed bugs, drug addicted bums, and some of the staff are freaking out because of the pandemic and taking out their anger on innocent guests (like Mike the owner- who screamed about how he's ”losing money because of covid-19). Also, the main manager, ”Max” Sweeney seemed like a kind man at first- but it turned out Max is very two-faced, and he has prejudice against people with disabilities (ableism and sanism are his main choices of bigotry, which is discrimination towards people with disabilities). Max was often nice and friendly to my face, but would badmouth me behind my back. I know this because some of the other guests told me he did this. I also observed Max behaving the same way towards other hotel residents- friendly to their face, then talking crap about them behind their back to other guests and staff. I get it- everyone is freaking out over covid-19 and losing money. BUT, that doesn't make it alright for Max and Mike the owner to take out their anger on guests who have nothing to do with any of that. Max treats his cat, Smokey, with more kindness than he treats people with disabilities- he treats people with disabilities like they're wild animals that he threatens with police brutality when they don't bend the knee to him and take his verbal abuse in silence. Despite the bed bugs, drug addicts, etc. I would have enjoyed my stay at Ingra House- if it wasn't for the bigotry and ableist discrimination and two-faced behavior that I had to endure from Mike the owner and Max the manager. Max is the type of guy who let's the power of authority go to his head and he brags about using police violence to remove unwanted guests from ”his property”. Edward ”Max” is like Eric Cartman from South Park- ”Respect my authoritah!”. Well, no! I do not respect your ”authority” nor do I care for your bigotry, Max. And since Max and Mike the owner are white and there are almost no Black guests at Ingra House, I suspect Mike/Max to be a little racist on top of the ableism. Mike and Max both disrespect the Assistant manager, Mike (a black man), and they both talk down to him like he is an indentured servant. You know what ”Max” and Mike? Black Lives Matter. Trans Lives Matter. Disabled Lives Matter. Understand, you white men who have let power and greed go to their heads? Good luck with the bed bug infestation... the next place I rent from, I will make sure they are bed bug free before plunking down $1,000 to live in a place where I get bitten in my sleep. In light of ALL THAT- I have sadly had to change my original reviews from 5 stars to 1 star. It's too bad... Smokey the cat is an awesome kitty and he deserves to have an owner who isn't two-faced or a raging bigot. I am sending good vibes and positive energy to both Smokey and Mike, the assistant owner who still has to endure those two-faced bosse

I feel that this is the best hotel in this trip. It is characterized by a small kitchen in the room, a cookware tableware, and only a kilometer away from Wal-Mart. It is a very economical hotel in the local area. Others are generally around 200 US dollars. This hotel is about 100 US dollars. Let’s start at what you have on the internet and compare that to reality: Hotel Description Be sure to enjoy recreational amenities including an indoor pool and a fitness center. Additional features at this hotel include complimentary wireless internet access, barbecue grills, and a vending machine. A complimentary on-the-go breakfast is served daily from 6 AM to 9:30 AM. I was not able to enjoy the indoor pool. It has not been functional for a very long time. The fitness center was lacking important fitness options. Wireless was too slow for it to be usable, and you wanted to charge for an upgrade. I only found soda vending machines, not a snack one or even an ICE machine. The complimentary breakfast was nowhere to be found one day. An empty box of donuts the next day was available (picture for reference is attached). Today, there was 2 packets of oatmeal with a stack of dirty bowls. Not very inviting and a good reason to go somewhere else for breakfast. Get this off your descriptions of the hotel! Based on other things I have found you may want to add the following amenities: Drug ******* hanging around the front of the building smoking up under the front awning. Broken elevator at the beginning of my stay Funny smell in the hallway Lumpy Mattresses Door Keys that won’t stay programmed. Front desk people that don’t seem to like their job. Hoping someone is sitting by the front desk to let you in to register as the doors are locked 24/7 or you will be standing there for a while. I really hope you don’t run all your hotels this way. The positives were as follows: I could easily walk there from the airport. (This is something you and your employees didn’t do anything about) I am sure it is possible to run a budget hotel and make it a nice place to stay, you and your team don’t seem to be able to do that. While I am only visiting Juneau for work purposes maybe 3-4 weeks out of the year, I don’t think I will choose to stay here again.

First time in Fairbanks and came during a very busy weekend (Summer Solstice). Booked this hotel because of very reasonable rates. Very impressed with clean room and lots of towels (thicker and fluffier that a major top chain that we had just stayed at). Great continental breakfast every morning and front desk personnel gave us lots of tips on places to visit and restaurants to try out. Stayed 3 nights.

The hotel is great. The facilities are new, clean and quiet. The room has a coffee machine, refrigerator, microwave, induction cooker, toaster, dishwasher, kitchenware, plates, cutlery, etc. There is a self-service washing machine and dryer on the first floor, and coffee, hot water and ice cubes are provided in the lobby. Within 800 meters of the hotel there are Wal-Mart Supermarket, FredMeyer Supermarket, McDonald's, Subway, Starbucks, Cold Stone Ice Cream Shop and other restaurants. The staff is very welcoming and the front desk can make reservations to the Shuttle Bus next to the Holiday Inn (the meeting point for most tours). The only thing I didn't feel used to was the room on the 4th floor where we lived. There were no curtains, only a layer of curtain.

The hotel itself needs a lot of improvements. However, the front desk staff, Travis, and the property manager, Jazmynd, were very helpful. They lacked housekeeping staff at the time that I stayed there, but both Travis and Jazmynd made every effort to compensate for this as best they could. Though the property needs improvement, most of the staff, including the property manager, go out of their way to care for the guests.

Hotel location is good, very quiet, close to the entrepreneur's park, clean, good swimming pool. The waiter also told me that there was aurora at night and the service was good.

It's fairbank's not bad, there is a socket in the parking lot, not afraid of the next day. Very clean and very friendly, will tell you in advance when the aurora is.
