Great location and friendly staff. Booking through trip.com made it a simple process. The “room with a view” turned out to be a view of the people queuing up for a group tour all throughout the day just outside... Gotta use the curtains for privacy, and for keeping the heat in. Breakfast is very subpar, however. The only decent restaurant available during my stay (Chinese New Year) was the KFC.

Convenient location, easy parking, and thoughtful service. It is very close to the scenic spot and can be reached in a short drive. The house is clean and tidy, and you can have a good rest and recover from the fatigue brought by the journey. Novotel Huashan is the right choice!

The owner / manager Shi and her family members were extremely friendly and helpful, they did their best to help us, independent foreign toursits traveling to China for the first time, to have successful and unforgettable experiences with our hike to Mt Huashan. Everything is perfect for us: location, facilities of the hotel, free service of picking up, dropping off at train station, Huashan visitor Center, buying online in advance for us all necessary tickets for our hike to Mt Huashan next day,… Certainly I would strongly recommend this hotel to my friends when they travel to Huashan.

There is a large artificial lake in front of the hotel. The environment is very good. You can see the Huashan Mountain Range from the hotel. It is very close to Huashan. It is very convenient to stay here for self-driving tours. The children like the room here very much.

Location is just right benneath mount hua. The owner will drives you to the mountain base or the tourist center, whichever you prefer. In addition, pickup and dropoff service between the station and hostel are free. Room is clean and has a zen look. If you have enquires, you can ask the owner and he or she will answer you patiently. I'm planning to hike mount hua the second time, and would definitely choose to stay with them again

The camp is just opposite the visitor center, and you can walk up the mountain in five minutes. The camp is mainly RVs, with single-family villas and townhouses. Be sure to book in advance because the rooms are very popular, including breakfast. Hygiene: The cabins are very clean and tidy. The sheets are all new, and there are no water stains on the floor and bathroom. There are green belts in front and behind, and each building is far apart. Service: Satisfied. When we went down the mountain, it snowed, and the front desk butler asked us about our return time. He helped to turn on the air conditioner and heater in advance. The hot water is the best among the hotels I have stayed in this time. The water is large and hot to dissipate the cold. Facilities: The camp is operated by Hualu Group, and the butlers are of high quality. Luggage is delivered to the room by car, the air conditioner is turned on in advance, and an umbrella is provided when it rains. Free parking is provided. I will book this hotel next time I have the opportunity to go to Huashan.

There is a free pick-up and drop-off station, and you can also pick up and drop off at scenic spots for free. The service is very good. When we were picked up at the station, the car just left (a five-seater private car picked us up back and forth), and we were asked to take a taxi to the hotel to reimburse the fare. The front desk answered all questions and the service was great. The facilities are average, guest house standards, but fortunately it's quite clean.
