The hotel was changed before departure. The son thinks it is the best hotel in the whole journey. The breakfast room overlooks the Tuscan landscape, the most important is the swimming pool, and it takes up the entire pool in the morning!

The first photos and records seemed to be very careful and satisfactory, and a gentle upgrade of the room at the arrival. Certain points would certainly be to be clarified: - structure inside the city without a dressing and indications about how to reach the location not very clear (with surprise when we arrived because we had followed the most torturous path: Walls climbed with baggage and walked to the room when there was a very short road without climbing to the walls) - room (the 1948) on the street floor where there were neither grass nor shovels in the windows (particularly at a window below the road level); no box or sufficient support for 2 bags. - the dinner at the restaurant of the structure served by a series of servers who have made a bit confused and in particular one who turned with extreme sgarb because after 40 minutes we gave up the sweet (In the meantime, another servant told us that the order had not been passed). - breakfast is served in the same restaurant (ahemè) and perhaps the unfortunateness has followed us by offering us the courtesy of the room staff and very long time without bringing the required; we have waited for a tea well over half an hour. It was a pity because at first sight everything seemed very pleasant and cure, but the nodes are coming to the skin.

Incredible views of the Val d'Orcia area; room was a really good size with a large terrace. Comfortable bed; great buffet breakfast. Enjoyed the Etruscan spa. Short walk to into town. Would stay here again. Highly recommend. Plenty of parking if you have a car.
