Me and my wife we stayed in this great hotel for 5 days , hotel is in good location closed to many tourists places . Great staff in front office , F & b as well nice team . House keeping is good in term keeping our room neat and tidy . The food is good and breakfast is nice set menu . The best coffee they have . I have tried the outlet on the roof it was nice ambiance and good welcoming team . Definitely I will visit again this hotel and I will recommend to all of my friends and families who want to visit Antananarivo in future . Thanks to Monsieur Jean and his team for his support and high level of hospitality . Hadi Al Mosfi

The rooms are clean and the hotel is well located, close to the business center. It made my travels easier. Several restaurants nearby. Thank you again for this superb stay. I particularly recommend it for your business trips to Tana.

Simply wonderful. The most comfortable bed and bedding we’ve had in our 5 weeks of travel. I actually bought one of the pillows for home. The blackout curtain is velcroed to the walls, which is a really thoughtful touch. The food is delicious! The staff are amazing. So friendly and helpful. Toiletries were included and there was a hairdryer. The WiFi is strong. They had a cocktail reception for long-stay guests. I thought that was a really nice touch. All in all, the staff goes above and beyond. Erick, one of the managers, actually went with me to buy food for the people living adjacent to the hotel, and brought a few other people to crowd manage when we handed it out. They are really committed to helping their “neighbors “. The pool could have been a few degrees warmer. It was fine for my 10 yo but a little chilly for me.

I have stayed 2 times so far. Although it is an old hotel, the location is good and you can be satisfied with the hotel services such as breakfast, sports gym and spa. However, at midnight, the hotel staff had invaded with the key. At 2:30 midnight from August 19th to 20th, 2023, a male hotel staff used the key to enter the room with a woman. When I yelled, they hurried out, and for a while they were quarreling in the hallway, and then the staff called, ”I'm sorry I opened it because I thought it was an empty room.” The next day I went to the front desk to complain, but it was not reported and it seemed to be erased among the staff. So far there is no official apology from the hotel. Those who stay should put chairs or suitcases in front of the door and be careful not to physically open the door. I have stayed here twice now. Although it is an older hotel, hotel services such as breakfast, gym, and spa are satisfactory. However, one time, the hotel staff used a duplicate key late at night to gain entry. On August 19-20, 2023, a male hotel staff member entered the room with a female using a duplicate key at 2:30 a.m. When I yelled at them, they left in a hurry and argued in the hallway for a while. Later, I received a phone call and stuff saying, ”I thought it was an empty room and opened it, I'm sorry.” The next day, Sunday morning I went to the front desk to complain, but it was not reported to reception and seemed to have been hushed among the staff. So far, there has been no formal apology from the hotel. Those who are staying at the hotel should be vigilant to make sure that the door cannot be physically opened by placing a chair or suitcase in front of the door.

As a rewards member I was offered the members rate - however, after several staff members tried to help me reset the password but failed due to a system error, they refused to charge me at the members rate. Same result with customer service when I returned home to try and fix - not willing to even give points - it's as if the trip never happened ! Customer service was incredibly frustrating there was no way of tracking my original issue and every time I chatted/emailed/spoke to a new member of staff I had to start again. I have stayed with Radisson on multiple occasions but it seems that if there aren't any issues it's all fine but if you have an issue they are not interested and of little to no help. Some of the members of the customer care team were excellent but still unable to help fix this even after admitting the issue was at their end. I think I will take my business elsewhere next time - I appreciate that issues arise but it is very much how an organisation deals with the issue - and Radisson failed in a very major way. I still remain frustrated and annoyed.
