The staff were absolutely fantastic to deal with right from the get go. We booked accommodation here six months ago for a music festival which then got rescheduled. I had to change the booking dates for our stay and it was no trouble at all for the staff. They were always kind and courteous and helpful. The park itself is so well maintained and beautiful to look around in. The cabin was very clean. It was 34 degrees during our stay and the air conditioner and ceiling fan kept us cool and comfortable. It was an added bonus that the tv had YouTube and netflix.

Could have been 5 Star however after 4 nights with a wonderful experience it went to hell! Lovely ensuite site and great camp kitchen in a lovely park for 5 nights. Then a large group ( over 100) moved in with no caravan park etiquette. We had a great ensuite site on the creek, lovely and clean and the camp kitchen was magnificent. However a large group arrived on Friday afternoon and took over, drinking and eating and leaving rubbish in the playground opposite. The adults rode bikes and scooters and walked through our site and took over the playground drinking and eating pizza and leaving rubbish everywhere. Contacted the reception and they said we could do nothing until 10. Never in 40 years of caravanning have we ever had such a bad experience. Won’t be back!
