Great place to stay to experience Macaé, great location and close to the beach. Although some staff speak English, many don’t, but without exception they are so willing to help. Loved the rooftop terrace, our room with an ocean view and the gym.

The team at the Comfort Suites Macaé is simply excellent. They maintain high standards to make your stay relaxing and easy. At one point, they managed to open the gym to suit my crazy schedule. Other highlights: the breakfast room on the top floor where you have the impression that you are hovering over the beach. Too cool. My room's view from the balcony was pretty magical too. For someone who is Nordic to gaze at a tropical beach every morning in March receives an extremely high score. In addition, the reception staff were a key to me feeling looked after as my Portuguese is rather at the naissant phase. :) They always had a friendly greeting for me.
