Hello. My hotel reservation was done by the company and sent to the hotel with PO on 2nd Nov 2022 for the period 4th Nov till 11th Nov. I came on the 4th for the check-in. The receptionnist told me that during the period 4th Nov till 11th Nov, there are days that there is no room for me. I was sad since they had at least two days to inform the company before I came. I asked to talk to the manager. The receptionnist spoke with him and they give me the room for this period. It is bad experience with the recpetion (For Azalai: Review your customer interface and interaction management). Second thing: during the breakfast, I asked if the hotel can serve ”Bissap Juice, a well known juice in Abidjan), the restaurant chief told me that they can bring it to me with non-friendly manner and that we can not accomodate all the cusotmer. I waited for the juice but without getting it. I can agree that we can accomodate all the customers, but the manner counts. The Restaurant staff should be well trained in Soft-Skills.

I chose this hotel because of the competitive price compared to a Villa I usually stay in Abidjan. My overall impression was great. The room I stayed had an interesting configuration. The bathroom and shower were I reheated into the bedroom. The shower waster pressure and temperature were great. The internet was fast enough to watch a streamed video. I wish they have more options for menus in the restaurant and for the room service. If I should stay in Plateau, I would go back.

We stayed at Lepic Villa for a week in January of 2019 and had an incredible experience. The rooms, the decor, the thought put into the hotel, and the history and architecture are stunning. The peacocks wandering around are beautiful, the food was delicious, and the pool and staff are lovely. The owners of the hotel, Yohannes and his family were impeccable hosts to our group and I couldn't have asked for a better trip. I would recommend this hotel 1000% and can't wait to visit again!

So, I visited ibis in July for 3 weeks with my husband for a short term getaway and was completely satisfied with the service they offered us. I recommend that everyone wanting to visit Abidjan comes to Ibis!! I was honestly so happy with my stay, the food, the layout of the rooms and the clean bedrooms. Upon arrival, I was very apprehensive as it was my stay in Africa, West Africa and didn’t know what to expect. This one employee in particular called Sabine Yebe made me feel less anxious upon arrival, talked to me throughout the day just to make sure I felt safe and informed me on the history of Ivory Coast, and also tourism favourite places. It’s so nice to have employees like Sabine Yebe to make people feel very safe and cared for. Thank you so much!

Very good experience and excellent customer service from Ms Kenza and Ms Elizabeth. They team made sure the accommodation and food were in line with my expectations. The breakfast was good as usual. I had dinner once at the hotel and it was excellent. The most amazing service was the extension of my check put period, because if my regular patronage. Movenpick Abidjan opened it's doors late December 2020; maybe not the most ideal moment for such an investment, but with quality service one definitely will get customers. As an early Valentine's surprise we went a night out in our own home town for the very first time. To be short : It was the perfect choice. Located in the heart of the Plateau area, business travelers might choose the hotel for convenience. The huge and secure parking garage (no charge) is a big plus in an area where you can need an hour to find a spot.. The Executive room on the 7th and top floor was of decent size, bedding perfect, amenities (including nespresso machine) good. TV was not working, we didn't bother, but honestly forgot to report it to reception next day (Room 720 Mr. manager in case you read this ;-) ). Not having a printed guide in the room, as the TV and App were not working, was problematic.. Check in at 14h took a bit of time, but went smooth in general. We started of with a drink on the outside terrace. Good seating but prices were overdone (3000 XOF for an espresso and 16000 XOF for a glass of wine are just way beyond Abidjan 5*price level). Movenpick should reconsider this, otherwise they will have thirsty guests, and these don't stay for a drink, but will find it in the area immediatly around the hotel. We then joined the Executive Lounge for Happy Hour.. The staff, service, drinks and food made us really smile again. We had to temper their enthousiasm as we planned to go out for dinner later that evening. Breakfast in the Executive lounge was just great, although some of the choices were not available. Check-out at noon was fast. All-in-all, a very pleasant stay, thanks to the friendly and helpful staff and nice decor. Go and check it out yourself! It is worth it!
