This is the third time I have stayed at the apartment hotel. After my first stay, this one left a very good and very deep impression on me. But since the last (second) stay, after I found some ”surprise” in the bathroom, I have some uneasy about this hotel. After all, I am very concerned about hygiene, especially the emergence of live animals, which is really unacceptable. This time, I experienced the e-sports room, and the following is about the experience of staying.
Environment: The environment has always been a major advantage of visiting apartment hotels. The hotel is located near Anshan Station, close to Vientiane Hui, the transportation is very convenient, and although the check-in place is small, it is very clean, these are worthy of recognition.
Hygiene: This time, to be honest, when I didn't arrive in the room, I was really worried, worried about the problem of the last time again. But this time, health is also a plus point, except for a melon seed skin behind the computer desk and some stains on the sheets (Figure 16), there is really no other bigger problem.
Services, facilities: Let's put these two points together this time, because the two are related, and they are all deducted points. First of all, this time I stayed in the room of A1623. The wifi in the room was not working well, and I couldn't surf the Internet normally after I connected it. In the evening, I contacted the hotel staff online, and the relevant personnel said that they would send someone over immediately. At least 25 minutes later, a room sweeper and a security guard came, and then after watching for a while, let me connect to the wifi in the next room. I think in this matter, the hotel's time limit for solving the problem is too long, and it should be not so busy at night, but it waited at least 25 minutes. At the same time, the solution to the problem was that I connected to the wifi next door and did not inform the reason why the wifi in room 1623 could not be used, so I think the staff still needs to be strengthened in the inspection of facilities and equipment. Second, it is the screen projection inside the room, which is also the most disappointing place for this stay, no one. The first two stays were attracted by the screen projection, and there was free membership on-demand rights. This is definitely a highlight and bonus item in the same price hotel. But this stay, the bonus item became a deduction item. The message on Ctrip shows that the projection of the e-sports room I live in also has free membership on-demand rights, but whenever I click on a program, I always say that I can try it out, and then I will pay the money after a while (picture 15). I have stayed twice before, and I have never had this situation. I feel that the projection membership in this room has reached the time limit. In short, the projection is useless this time. I feel very disappointed and unfortunately. If the hotel can see this feedback, I hope the hotel will hurry up and check the projection of the room. Don't let the highlights of your business become dim... Again, the computer, the computer finally eases the embarrassment of the facilities. The computer is curved, the screen is large, and the response is rapid, the game is not stuck, and the e-sports chair is also very comfortable to sit. This is worthy of praise. I also hope that the hotel can upgrade and maintain the computer system regularly.
Overall, this stay, the experience is general, although the health has been up, but the facilities can not be used normally, I really hope that next time if there is a chance to live here, I can see the transformation of the apartment hotel. I wrote a lot, but I hope the hotel can see this long comment and rectify the relevant issues.
