We originally stayed for one night, but because we wanted to see the confluence of the Yellow River estuary and the sea, we renewed our reservation for another night. In the first day's review, for the sake of subsequent guests, we reviewed it based on actual experience. But today's review is mainly for Xiao Yang, the concierge of the hotel. On the second night of the extended stay, I felt that the breakfast was quite satisfactory, and the experience of using the moisturizer in the room was very unpleasant (see picture). I had to take it together with the hand sanitizer to use it 😇. Even though there were still some dissatisfactions, Xiao Yang, the concierge, asked me to give the hotel a full 5 points: his service and answering questions were very patient.
1. I was originally a member of InterContinental Hotel. Due to the epidemic and other reasons, I didn't stay for a long time and forgot my password. He patiently helped me retrieve my password.
2. In particular, he patiently explained the process and precautions for going to the Yellow River estuary, and also thoughtfully found someone to send two tickets to the scenic spot. Xiao Yang's sincere treatment is like his appearance, handsome and generous, polite and decent. With such employees, the hotel business will get better and better.
Next time I come here, I will consider staying here for Xiao Yang.
