When we got the room code we put down our suitcases to go eat quickly we had not noticed the state of the room. It is at bedtime we see lots of black marks on the wall on the ceiling (we will understand later that they are crushed spider webs). We turn off the light and my daughter starts to scream. We turn on the light and it is horrible. Huge spiders are on the ceiling running. My husband crushes 2, at first it is funny. Except that a big one of 10cm comes out of my daughter's cushion. After another one comes out of the mattress (I think from under the bed) my husband opens the curtains wide they are all hidden behind. From there we see cobwebs everywhere in the room, in the corners of the room in the children's bunk beds.... For them it is impossible to go back to sleep seeing that. Through the window we see outside a multitude of spiders and a conduit connecting our room to the same exterior, a royal passage for these ladies. Of course no one at reception to change rooms. We fled and slept in a parking lot in the car. Given the spider webs the housework must not have been done for over a year!!! We have never seen that in a hotel and yet we travel a lot. It is a disgrace!!!!

Wonderful rooms. Quiet, clean, and comfortable. Bed was great as was the selection of pillows. Great shower. The staff was friendly and professional. So why did I rate it average? This hotel is a fair distance from restaurants. If you don’t have a car(which we didn’t) the only choice is the hotel restaurant. Here is my big complaint: both nights of our stay the hotel bar and restaurant were not available for guests. They had booked private parties. Since there is no room service, the first night we had to find a taxi. The second night we found the situation too late and just did without. We were never informed of the situation when we booked the rooms. This is inexcusable, the first time I’ve encountered this inconvenience. Had we known, we probably would have stayed elsewhere. Beware!

This hotel was reasonably priced and had a good range of rooms for our group. We had secure car parking beneath the hotel, which was important for us. Great staff, Excellent rooms, and a good breakfast. When we asked for advice about the local area, the manager was very helpful and her advice was good.

The location is super to relax, work and start strengthened in the new day. Whoever likes something more action is probably centrally better lifted. However, what I very much liked at this hotel was just this quiet. It's got something to sleep with open window. The bed and breakfast next morning was wonderful too. Conclude: Thanks again!

Stayed 3 nights. The rooms are OK. AC is working. Shower a bit low, if you are normal height. Only German channels on the TV. Rooms are not serviced during the stay. Was here for a business meeting, so with meeting room. The main reason was to have a meeting room airconditioned, since it was July. However this was not turned on, the room was way too hot. Same with the breakfast room. And the worst experience ever: we had booked dinner for 40 people, but they could not deliver as promised when we arrived. We even had to leave and find a restaurant in a hurry, that could provide for that many people.

Es ist sehr selten, dass man sich als Gast im eigentlichen Sinne und nicht nur als zahlender Kunde fühlt. Die Zimmer sind schön und sauber. Das Frühstücksbüffet ist sehr üppig und es wird auch - problemlos und gerne - auf Sonderwünsche oder -bedürfnisse eingegangen. So ist es auch möglich, dass man spontan glutenfreie Backwaren bekommen kann. Das Hotel liegt mitten in einer Wohngegend, sodass es sehr ruhig und entspannt ist. Zu empfehlen ist auch das Restaurant mit einer übersichtlichen und zufriedenstellenden Karte. Dabei fällt auf, dass viele Besucher aus der näheren Umgebung zu kommen scheinen. Dies trägt zu einem gewissen Lokalkolorit bei und spricht gleichzeitig für die Küche und das ausgesprochen freundliche Personal.
