This was my first solo trip. At first it was lovely the staff were great and then a few hours later I came back, there was ants crawling in the bath, around the bath, some on the floor and on the walls it was disgusting. I complained to the manager and she just said there was no rooms available after I'd asked to move, because of course it wasn't clean to me. All she could do was bring me up a insect plug. Then I asked well can someone come and clean this because there's dead ants in the bath. She goes I can see, but we don't have cleaners scheduled for this time (it was in the evening) So she proceeds to grab the ants on the wall and the side of the bath with tissue. Then has the audacity to say ”They are not dangerous”. I said I know they aren't dangerous, but it's not very nice and I've got to have a shower in here. Then she rinsed the bath out with water and that's it. I went down later on and asked for some cleaning stuff, because it needed cleaning there's no way I was going to have a shower in there after what had been in there. She had the nerve to say to me ”What kinda cleaning products do you want? It's clean”. I was shocked. Of course to her it doesn't matter because she's not using the bathroom. It was very bad customer service from the MANAGER. She never arranged a new room for me and I had to stay in the room the whole time I was there, but luckily only had to deal with the ants 2/3 days. Avoid room 110. It seems like it only affected my room, no one elses... So yeah avoid room 110. There was one gentleman there who was lovely, checked me in and made me feel very welcome. He explained where to have my breakfast and where to go for my dinner as I had Half board. He showed me on the map, how to get to a certain part for an excursion I had planned which was the glass boat tour in Cala Gran. Overall the holiday was amazing, the beaches which were about 10mins walk were beautiful, there was also a variety of excursions to do like the glass boat tour where I saw dolphins which was great. It was just that bathroom situation and how it was handled by the manager that put a bit of a downer on the trip. I had to stay in the room and use my OWN insect spray to kill them, which worked and killed the ants thank god. So yeah on that note, I won't be returning to this specific hotel

Where to start, what a beautiful destination, hotel cleaned very well. Staffing was very good in all areas. Beach lovely, shared with others not just hotel, snorkelling was great, plenty of fish even more if you sneak bread in with you. Adult only seemed odd for us at first but got used it as it was our first adult only holiday. Entertainment ’team’ were good however Aleesia (hope it’s spelt correctly) was bloody fantastic!! Always engaging with everyone and in their home language. Food area was always kept immaculate by the chef’s 100% of the time, waiting staff were very officiant Oumi in the dinning area was spot on! We always arrived when if opened at lunch and dinner (13:00 & 18:30) once she knew where we sat by end of the week she’d even put our drinks on our table whilst we were choosing our meals. (Very appreciative) We hired a car for two full days for €134 which was great to visit different areas when weather was hit and miss. We went to Drach caves £17 each if you take yourself or €58 each with hotel. Rooms weren’t cleaned daily, we didn’t need to put a card in to turn on power of room so air con could be left on to get the instant relief when entering your room. Our flight is in the evening (tonight) , room was handed over at 12:00, baggage left in secure area with tag on then back to use pool/beach/snack bar/restaurant when it’s time to leave reception staff give you clean towels to use the spa to get ready for your travels home/airport. Husbands point of view- Gym, needs upgrading or improvements with maintenance (all outside) to make sure there’s enough equipment for all as some guests are using a local gym

Great value hotel, including breakfast and dinner, are buffet, very delicious! The room was very clean, I chose a room facing the sea, I woke up every day in the beautiful scenery of the sunrise on the sea, and I was in a good mood all day. The hotel has its own four swimming pools, one of which is on the shore rock, and it is especially convenient to swim in the sea and rest on the shore. In the evening, the hotel also has a bar singing, and the atmosphere is very good. And this hotel has 16 years old and above to live, so all leisure areas are very quiet, no children are noisy. In addition, we went at the end of October, it was already the end of the tourist season, so there were not many people and it was not crowded anywhere.

Fabulous hotel, very spacious rooms, view from the balcony was one of best I've ever had abroad, plenty of different things to eat even, liked the idea of having to purchase a token to get your own plastic cup to use daily (€1) makes the pool area look tidy without empty plastic cups, after 7pm they will serve drinks in glasses, entertainment staff were fantastic throughout the day and evening, rooms cleaned daily, all staff very friendly, only a couple of minutes walk to shops and a further 15 to the stunning marina, there is a spar out the back gate of the hotel next to the football pitch turn right and follow it round.

My boys and I had 5 days/nights at this hotel and after reading some of the reviews we were very skeptical - there was no need to be and we really couldn't fault it one bit. Arrived at about 11 in the evening was quickly checked in and told that there was food in the restaurant if we were hungry, given it was only continental cold bits and bread but still a nice touch. Room was nice enough, spacious, clean enough (abit of sand on the floor) air con worked well. We found if you put any kind of card in the holder and leave it in then it pretty much stays on all day and night. Shower a little salty but nice enough. cleaners came in daily to make beds and put in fresh towels. We didn't bother with the safe but locked everything away in our case. Food really good, for all inclusive yes it does get very samey but there was plenty of choice and it was fresh and tasty, there was themed nights and show cooking (eggs, pancakes, chicken, fish etc) We never struggled to find something we liked. The only little down side in the restaurant was that there was one toaster which you'd have to queue up to use for breakfast but we managed it and I wouldn't down rate it for that! Throughout the day the snack bar was open for burgers, hot dogs and crepes and fruit and pastries, drinks were good enough for us - help your self to beer, water on tap, hot drinks machine, juices and fizzy pops. Entertainment around the pool was also very good, the team did water aerobics and various other things through out the day and then put on shows in the evening, again all very good. The only thing I would say is that the hotel caters for the French, there is alot of French spoken by the staff however they also said most things in English and Spanish, there were a few English families and none of us felt left out or that it was a problem. Its a big hotel and was quite busy but you never struggled to find a table to sit at for your meals and there was always plenty of sunbeds and seating around the pools. The pools were lovely, there are shops and a couple of bars outside and a beach 5 mins one way and another 10 mins the other way. The internet that you can pay for is abit hit and miss in places, as the hotels big we couldn't get it in our room but the kids just hot spotted from mine. Personally I would say pay the extra on your phone bill if you can rather that paying their price for it if you want to be on the internet alot. On check out day we had to check out by 12 but we checked out after breakfast, the AI band stayed on and we put our cases inside a little room for safe keeping and enjoyed the rest of the day around the pool, You can still use all facilities until you leave and they even gave us a key to a spare room to shower and get ready before we left. All in all the staff work had and the hotel its self is really nice for a 3star we really couldn't complain about anything and would happily go back!

My wife and I spent 4 nights here towards the end of October. The hotel was lovely-spotlessly clean, and very well located. Our room had a side sea view which was excellent, but the orientation meant that the sun disappeared from the large balcony early in the afternoon.Breakfast was very good-lots of choice, particularly the wonderful pastries.Having said all that ,there was a definite end of season feel to the hotel, and we were disappointed that the restaurant closed for dinner the night after we arrived. There was no mention of this on the website when we booked.Sun beds were being stacked away on our last day ( to be fair it was raining a bit) and it was clear that they were getting ready to close. We had booked direct, which was a bonus, not only on price, but we got early check in and late check out,and an upgraded room,so I would recommend this. We would definitely stay here again, especially as it is adults only-one of the reasons we chose it.A lovely place to stay.
