Where do I start…. Worst hotel ever!!! We booked this through ***********, note when booking that hotel only operates 14:00-16:00 check in which is complete load of crap given it’s 5 minutes from the airport, why would anyone stay there if not for early/late flight?! We arrived at 2:45 am (flight was late and queue at the airport was mad) just to find out that they have given away our room and so we ended up homeless in Ibiza at 3 am in pouring rain!! Receptionist didn’t speak a word of English nor invited us in or offered us a drink but left us standing in the rain while both of us, me and my partner were trying to call hotels and find an alternative! Receptionist didn’t even offered to help. We ended up in the other side of island, paid €600 just to sleep in for couple hours and €30 taxi there (and back again next day as we had to collect rental car from the airport) and OM Hotel refused to take any responsibility for causing us the stress and wasting so much money on some crap room, they didn’t even get back to me when I sent them an email with the complaint and not have responded when I’ve asked for compensation, they did wave no show fee (ha ha can you imagine?!). This is not a hotel and certainly not a hotel customer service, scammers if anything as I bet intention was to give the room away and then charge us no show fee but unfortunately for them we did show up! I don’t think I’ve ever experienced anything more traumatic than this, ruined our holiday and left bad taste in our mouths for the rest of vacation!
Apartamentos SAL Rossa

Just returned from a week at Sal Rossa and we were not dissapointed. Here are a few answers to questions you might have 1) Rooms...We had a superior sea view and if you can afford it, it is worth the extra. Very spacious and well equipped. Spotlessly clean. Housekeeping come and change towels daily, bedding every 3 You get the morning sun and a nice break from the sun in the evenings. 2) WiFi...There is good WiFi in both the rooms and resteraunt area. I had a bit of work to do and the resteraunt WiFi was strongest, but both worked well. Teenagers would approve! 3) Pool and Longers...pool is beautiful and as we were out of main season we didn't have an issue with loungers, but in July and August you might struggle. 4) Pool towels...are available for 10 euro deposit and 1 euro each swap 4) Beach...the beach in front of Sal Rossa and the big hotels is cleaned each morning by tractor. Further down there is plenty of seaweed, so you are in luck. 5) Food...one of the most reasonable places in de bossa. Menu del dai gazpacho and sea bass just 15 euro! If your more burgers and chips they have that too. The Nice burger is 15Euro with fries. My husband said it was amazing! 6) Staff...friendly, very hard working. Give them a blooming tip 10%. There is Pool drinks service. 7) Transfers...we took a cab circa 15 euros. There is a huge rank at the airport and another one almost opposite the apartments.

The hotel itself is clean as are the rooms although very basic. Breakfast OK, food cold most mornings. I felt the need to write a review as i was disappointed within the first hour of arriving here due to what i feel was a lack of care. Upon booking this hotel i was not given an option to pay or even request one of the sea view rooms (i would have chosen one if i'd had the option) So i emailed the hotel directly after booking and asked that we be considered for a sea view room as we were celebrating our 40th birthday along with our wedding anniversary. We have visited ibiza many times and i just felt this would really make our trip special. I was told we would be able to have one subject to availability which i was happy enough with and understood. When we arrived we did not have a sea view room so when i queried i was told I'd need to pay 27 euros extra per day. I showed the receptionist the email response I'd received and explained that it said subject to availability, not subject to an extra charge! He tried to say they had none available which was just untrue as shortly after a couple came down to pay the 27 euros and upgrade their room, there were ”plenty available”. So i felt that they just wanted the extra money, no consideration for our double celebration or the fact id emailed the hotel directly after bookign to check. It would have gone a long way to have been assigned a sea view room for our visit given that they did have some available and given our celebrations / prior contact with the hotel etc. It's a shame as i wouldnt stay here again because the customer service ******, but did like the location in the bay and felt it was fairly priced.

First of all my wife and I love this hotel, all of the staff are virtuous respectful and deliver excellent customer service. However while there having a room with a kitchenette we were very disappointed that there was no kettle available for our room and the hotel couldn’t provide us with one so we had to boil water in a pan which has its own risks. Doors have suffered water damage and need replacing. We did have a 60 inch smart tv which was an upgrade on the tv we had last year. The best thing about this hotel because it has young club going adults so sun beds are always available throughout the day so no stress here. Did spend time with the manager explaining that we wouldn’t return till these items were addressed

Okay apartment in an excellent location in Ibiza. Walking distance to major clubs which is great if that's what you're looking at doing however with that also comes constant noise - from 11am to 3am every day. But expected when in Ibiza. Apartment itself was okay. Large and spacious but definitely in need of upgrades. Air-conditioning was working but leaked after being in use for a few hours so we had to switch off. Shower did not drain well at all so you are constantly turning the tap on and off to avoid the whole bathroom flooding. Wifi did not work at all so please do not expect to be able to use it. Also mobile data service was terrible unless outside or on the balcony. Pool was amazing but also a little annoying that secutity were ok with guests using the pool at early hours of the morning after a night out (unnecessary noise on top of the loud club right in front of the apartment). Staff were helpful.
