Premier Inn Bracknell Central

Hotel was as expect for Premier Inn. The meal in the restaurant was excellent value and as a lone traveller it was great to be welcomed by the lovely friendly Jess who clearly took pride in ensuring all the customers were looked after. There was a great atmosphere in the place I think due to the staff communicating well and looking after the customers ... Thank you Jess you made it for me!

Please dont fall into the same trap as we did! We are both recently OAP's and just travelled over 3 hours hoping to check in early (if available). They state it is available from 11am just ask at reception, you cannot pre book like Travel Lodge allow you to. So arrived after Midday to be told cannot check in early, ok we'll go to the attached pub as we were desperate for the loo and wait there. No cannot do that as the pub is shut until 5pm! OK can we just use the toilet? No there are none go to a supermarket or find a pub we were told, unbelievable. We didnt know the area but found a pub about 15 mins away and arrived back about 1pm to be told you can now enter the building and check in but its an extra £10, we had no choice but to pay or wait in the car another 2 hours. The duty reception lady said that it was not possible to waiver the £10 fee even if you check in 15 minutes early. Once we had checked in we went to the attached pub which had been closed for 6 hours and it was filthy, tables not wiped in days it looked like and so much food debris on the floor, disgusting! Do yourself a big favour DO NOT GO TO PRMIER INN BRACKNELL (TWIN BRIDGES) or their attached pub.

This place is trying to be everything; and it is missing the mark. Had to check ourselves in, which didn't phase us as we are quite tech savvy. But we had booked as a Legoland package so we found someone to ask for the goody bag and the lady looked at us like we were inconveniencing her. Asked same lady about food and was told we would need to book as it gets busy - booked for 6pm. Went to the local swim park - came back (starving 5 year old in tow) only to be told there was no reservation for us. Luckily the lovely lady on the door managed to find us somewhere. Kind of wish she hadn't bothered. Food wasn't great - husband actually wouldn't eat his main. Took ages to come. Becky (I think that was her name - short bob, brown hair) was the only thing that stopped us making a proper complaint. She was brilliant, despite being rushed off her feet!! Got to the room - only one toilet roll, not even full. Used it - went to ring reception for more, no phone. There was a QR code to scan to start a chat with the reception team. Very long winded. Did it - heard nothing back. Next day put the ”Come in” sign on the door hoping they would replenish - they didn't. Breakfast was CHAOS. All crammed into a small area - absolutely no flow at all. Bread ran out twice - guests had to ask for it to be replenished. Glasses for juice were still hot from coming out of the dish washer. The food was decent - much better than the evening meal we had. If you are looking for a basic stay, this will be adequate. Comfy bed. Clean(ish - there was a boot mark on the shower floor) But customer service (apart from Becky) was non-existent. Gym. Hotel. Sports bar....... doing a lot, but doing none of them particularly well.

The hotel has an elevator, the environment is quiet and comfortable, the room space is good, there is an open-air garden, and you can eat in the shed in the garden. The service staff is very positive and actively meets the needs of customers. It is close to Windsor Castle, and reservations are tight on weekends and the price is high. There is no hotel next to the hotel Shops and restaurants, eat in the hotel restaurant, the food in the restaurant is typical British food
