I'll start with the pros The room is lovely. We were upgraded to a swim up room. The have everything except a bottle opener. Food is a good standard. Cons MUSIC! From 10am till 12am. And not songs you know or could sing to just awful elevator music played very loudly. Even the club nights it's the same songs with the same beat. Very repetitive. Got to where it felt like torture. Speakers every 2 rooms outside round the pool. Beach is quieter in the morning. Service.....what service? If you want something you have to ask. After a whole week only got drinks served twice. It's self serve even at dinner. Views ruined by fencing. Breakfast, do not bother if your expecting a fry up. Most days they ran out of milk, bread, food. After 10am you generally get the dregs of what's left. Entertainment there isn't any just music/djs playing same playlist. Beach is too small. No shop near by. Steep hill to get out of resort straight onto busy road. No help from reception over excursions. Asked over boat trip. Yes they could organise one €1000 each for the day! Cabanas on the pier €200 a day. Alot of food/drinks are extra. Overall if you are Russian or a insta star with botox don't bother. We came for a party hotel and got a tik tok convention. Alot of reviews have been from guests paid to stay here. Tips get a taxi and go to torba for a romantic meal or bodrum for a livelier night.

Hotel staff are very attentive and friendly. This is the first time I've eaten meat in a hotel, it never tastes bland, all the flavors are very good. For a small hotel, the food varieties were sufficient and instead of tasteless food, there were sufficient but delicious meals.

I am writing to formally express my appreciation for the exceptional experience I recently enjoyed at Rixos Premium Bodrum in Turkey. My stay was marked by several noteworthy aspects: 1) The culinary offerings were truly exceptional, boasting a diverse array of delectable options available throughout the day. 2) I had the privilege of staying in one of the newly renovated rooms, which featured modern decor and offered breathtaking panoramic views of the surroundings. 3) The private beach, a veritable gem, left a lasting impression with its stunning beauty and the added convenience of bar service facilitated through QR codes. 4) The attentive and proficient staff, proficient in English, contributed significantly to the overall enjoyment of my stay. 5) While my experience was overwhelmingly positive, it is worth noting that the entertainment options, particularly the availability of live music, could benefit from improvement, as the only available entertainment occurred at 9:30 PM. In summation, I am delighted with my stay at Rixos Premium Bodrum and have every intention of returning in the future. The exceptional food, the newly renovated rooms, the captivating private beach, and the attentive staff all combined to make my stay truly memorable.

Not that positive expirience: 1. There are assistants at the reception - can wait instead of you for checki in, they also escort you to to your room… and probably some other purpose (not sure which one so i can’t say). Their english is not at such a high level. First day we reached out to one of them, to ask about hotel amenities - lady was really in some other “ important” task, seemed like she had to google something on her phone, at some point she was really close to react with eyeroll for basic questions like where is the pool, gym, spa, Candyland , kids zone.. 2. We have kids 3 and 5y old , so normally we paid a price for their age. In our room we didn’t had enough beds when we came and when we asked for one extra, cleaning lady insisted on giving us a crib 😁 eventhough, no kid can fit into one she kept insisting. The first extra bed they gave us, was broken and not safe, but eventually they replaced him. 3. The view was horrible - the fire escape stairs was just outside the room. If someone wanted without any effort he could enter our room from terrasse. Each morning we had noice from maintainance vehicles. The room was located near the part of the hotel where is a slight slope. So you need to add gas to climb the vehicle :) 4. Kids toilet adapter - it does not exists in whole Vogue hotel! Not one! We got potty. We didn’t belive it, so we reached out to the reception desk several times, answer was the same. They don’t have it in the hotel. 5. Hotel staff - i don’t know is it a hotel policy or what, but waiters at the restourant are really rushing to clean the table , to take out the plates no matter if you are still eating. My friend was literally cutting the last piece of meet and waiter was standing waiting to take it as soon as she puts it in her mouths. Towels are rapidly taken from sunbeds, jouices, waters… everything. If you sip your water, and go somewhere be sure it will not wait for you when you come back. At some point we made a comment they will throw us away together with drinks and towels😂 6. Kids shows, zone - kids were not interested in being there, events were nothing much. We went there several times and give up, we remained indifferent. 7. Dino park - it was closed :) by their words there was a plan to renovate during summer and that was the reason for closure. Park was open, dinos in very bad condition and not working. This was t One of the main reasons why we came here with 2 boys, but no one informed us up front. So dissapointment was huge. All in all not worth given money, we were in Antalya, Tekirova several times and expirience was at a much higher level with less invested money.

Here is my honest review: The hotel area is huge! Be prepared to do a lot of walking. Limited information on check in. We got a club room which was welcomed, as it was quieter than the bigger pool! Maybe management can think about making the club rooms adults only? Hotel itself and rooms are very clean! Although the toilets in the lobby areas can sometimes get dirty due to the high volume of use. Staff are fairly average. There was only one member of staff that really stood out, and that was the waiter down at the pavilions, (sorry forgot his name!) he was always smiling and gave us brilliant service! The pavillion is definitely worth booking. Relaxed private area with your own waiter. We could have booked this every day! Bar service is average. We were given a couple of glasses of dodgy wine….it was clearly cloudy and off but we were still served it by the staff. You’ll que for drinks at Starbucks, as there is only one member of staff operating an automated machine. Spa is really relaxing….we booked the honey package which was very nice! EVENING MEAL TIME: There is a lot of talk on this on previous reviews and here’s mine……chaos! There is nothing relaxing about evening meal times, in fact it’s stressful! Lots of people in one area and rude, ignorant and arrogant people skipping the que. Children running around bumping into you. Dirty tables. I asked the staff several times for drinks and they clearly forgot as the drinks never appeared….ended up getting them myself on numerous occasions. I asked a member of staff if he could bring me over a sugar dispenser as the one on our table was empty….he brought us over another empty sugar dispenser….needless to say I got another one myself. Food is good, although is fairly repetitive. Staff clearly work really hard producing that amount of hot food. Tables are hard to come by at the beginning of the night. We found ourselves wandering around looking for one, then one of us had to stay with the table whilst the other went and got food. We felt we didn’t eat with each very much in the evening. You que for the food stations too. Very noisy atmosphere, very loud plate trolleys being pushed around by staff, no dress code, people clearly go for dinner straight from the pools as they were still in swimwear etc. This was the biggest let down of our holiday. On our last day, we needed to get in sharp so we could eat and then go to the airport, there was already people queuing up at the doors, one person was even in the que with a plate already in his hands! A soon as the doors opened, people were flooding in from all sides! If you like a nice relaxing peaceful holiday….this place isn’t for you. Good for people with family’s, We won’t return here.
