We had a great 2 nights stay at Antara Genting. Rooms are clean. The bed and pillow are comfortable. The weather is so cold that we didn’t even need to switch on the fan or aircond throughout our stay. Took us about 16 mins walk/about 1235 steps from Antara Link Bridge to Sky Avenue. Will definitely be coming back again.

The studio was clean and tidy. The service was fast and very helpful. I'll definitely come back if I have the chance.

The location is quite close to Genting Resort. Exact location is right before Ria Apartment. New building with multiple facilities. They provide all the kitchen utensil, cutlery, knife, etc if you plan to do a simple cook. If you are driving down from Genting Resort, you can reach Antara by turning into the Chin Swee Temple. If you are driving back to KL, you will need to climb pass the Genting Resort. Few things that can be improved such as the dust on the room fan, water outlet slow-flow at shower area, dishwash detergent, etc. Overall, a definite good stay with the family.

Good thing about this apartment is, air cond is good, and it’s relatively clean.  I will write what I see,  the bedsheets and quilt cover is full of stains,  it’s really time to change new sets.  There is no separate air cond split unit inside small room with single bed.  The under sink pipe in dining area came off during our stay, good thing is management sent repairman within 30minutes.  Quite a number of eateries near the apartment, this is a plus point.  Beach access was good.

Quiet, clean, comfortable, safe, and very convenient, located next to the highway, making it easy to go anywhere. Check-in is simple, and there's a supermarket across the street, making shopping easy.

Location was fantastic as there is a beach right behind the building which is connected to the swimming pool. The unit was clean and looks as advertised(with refrigerator and washing machine), however - there were issues with the air conditioning. Whilst the management sent technician pretty quickly when we initially reported the issue, they were unable to resolve the issue completely (the aircon was not generating cold air consistently and majority of the time hot air was generated instead), which we didn’t realise the issue was not fully resolved given that we spent most of the management’s working hours outside of the unit and it was only until late at night we noticed the whole unit was fairly hot (as there was only one fan in the room with the single bed; as the other two queen beds relied filly on aircon only). We reported the issue again via WhatsApp and management offered air cooler - however we only booked for one night and was already checking out when this occurred

The beachfront Airbnb had a great view, right by the sea. The room's cleanliness was so-so, there was some hair. The hotel amenities, like the sheets, pillows, and duvet, felt very synthetic. The pillows were very thin, and the bedding wasn't all cotton. We arrived late at night and called them to arrange key pickup, which went very smoothly overall.

Clean and comfortable, cosy and equipped with everything we needed for our stay. There's water dispenser, microwave, hot water heater, aircond and fan. This unit can fit 4-5 comfortably. Host is attentive and responsive. The only down side is the parking - which can be confusing for those unfamiliar as the parking is shared between hotel and the individual airbnb units. Differentiated only by small signboards which some other guests might overlook or ignore. Will we stay here again? Yes definitely!

Swiss-Garden Residence by THM offers a comfortable and pleasant living environment with clean facilities and well-maintained units. The location is convenient, and the management is professional and responsive. Overall, it is a great place to stay with

It was a great place to stay for a short visit to Kuantan. The room was nice and cozy, but every time we leave the rook for a while, we would come back to cockroaches crawling on the floor/side of bed. Staff were all really nice and the check-in/check-out process was really smooth though.
