Great location and comfortable stay. The space is clean and modern. The best experience is the comfort of the bed and pillows which provides a very good rest. The height of our room makes the space much bigger. The room design is great. We wondered about the need for separation of the toilet and shower though which made it a little inconvenient. Apart from that, the stay is great, quiet and restful, while just a few steps away from shopping and food.

The hotel is not bad, it’s not very close to metro, but it’s okay. Room is nice and big, but a bit dirty in some places. Unfortunately, there was no washing powder in the room, and I was told to go and buy it. The hotel provides breakfast, but it’s in the neighbourhood building and the breakfast itself was with quite a modest choice

The rooms at Xuzhou Suning Galaxy International Hotel are spacious and comfortable, and the service is thoughtful and meticulous. The breakfast offers a rich variety of delicious options. The fitness facilities are excellent, meeting all your workout needs. Overall, it's suitable for both business and leisure travel, though the price was quite high during the New Year. It's definitely worth visiting again when the price is right.

The room was filled with a subtle scent of tatami, and the natural wood furniture with minimalist lines exuded a 'wabi-sabi' aesthetic throughout. My favorite time was in the evening, sitting at the low table by the window, brewing a pot of tea, and gazing at the karesansui garden outside. All the inner turmoil gradually faded away. The rooms are modern, the cleaning is impeccable. Great conditions are created for work tasks: there is a convenient meeting place in the lobby, and there is a printer available. The staff creates an incredibly warm atmosphere. Everyone is friendly and ready to help 24/7. We would especially like to highlight Selena and Jin at the reception. The employees are always sincerely helpful. We don't speak Chinese, and they were always on hand: they helped us sort out issues with food delivery, communicated with couriers, and help solve all our unexpected problems. The hotel is conveniently located — everything you need is nearby. Breakfasts: hearty and tasty. We like everything. This hotel is ideal for work visits, but seeing how they take care of the guests here, we would gladly come here just to relax as well. We recommend the Hotel with all our hearts!

After checking online reviews before booking, I decided on this hotel. Upon checking in, it truly lived up to its reputation; the five-star ratings are absolutely spot on. From the welcoming staff to the lobby and even the cleaning crew, everyone was smiling and provided incredibly friendly service, making us feel right at home. We added our concierge, Xiao Z, on WeChat, and any requests we had were answered immediately, which made our trip much more convenient! The hotel's location is also excellent for getting around, with a bus stop just 100m from the entrance. It's super easy to get to Slender West Lake, Dongguan Street, the Grand Canal Museum, Vientiane City, and Impression City. This time, we opted not to have breakfast at the hotel, as there are so many fantastic local eateries nearby offering regional specialties. All in all, the top-notch service definitely deserves high praise. See you next time!

The location is convenient and the environment is quite good. There are plenty of dining options right outside, like the Huiwei Duck Blood Vermicelli Soup, and a lively 'Lele Street'. The KFC breakfast opening at 6 AM is perfect for those catching an early train. It's very close to the train station. Overall, it's pretty decent, and the price isn't expensive. It uses a password lock, and you can even control it remotely. I would consider staying here again.

Traveling with my family, I chose this hotel near Sanyang Plaza. It's super convenient – just two subway stops on Line 1 from Wuxi Station. Following the signs, we arrived at Exit 20B, and the hotel parking lot was right there. The hotel has excellent facilities; there's a swimming pool and fitness center on the 10th floor, the lobby is on the 43rd floor, and the breakfast buffet is on the 64th floor. Eating breakfast while overlooking the Wuxi city skyline was a fantastic experience...

Our stay at the Yangzhou Slender West Lake Hanjintang Hotel was absolutely perfect! The hotel's location is superb, right by the south gate of Slender West Lake, making sightseeing incredibly convenient. The front desk staff were exceptionally warm and attentive. Upon arrival, they proactively helped us with our luggage and escorted us to our room. They also gave us detailed recommendations for nearby attractions and local specialty foods, saving us a lot of planning hassle – perfect for a relaxing, 'lie-flat' style vacation. The room's amenities were outstanding, featuring a smart toilet, a Dyson hairdryer, and even a capsule coffee machine, which was a delightful surprise for coffee lovers. The room also came with a Xiao Du smart voice system, allowing us to control the lights and curtains from bed, offering a truly smart stay experience. Moreover, the room was meticulously cleaned, with every corner spotless, making our stay exceptionally comfortable. The hotel's facilities are also very comprehensive. On the first floor, there's a small children's play area, so traveling with kids isn't a problem for entertainment. There's also a gym, perfectly adequate for a simple workout, and a free laundry room, significantly enhancing the convenience of our stay. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with our stay; the experience was outstanding. We will definitely bring our family back to enjoy this comfort again!
