I chose this hotel for my recent trip, and the experience far exceeded my expectations – definitely a five-star rating! While the hotel's location is a bit off the beaten path, it didn't hinder my travels at all. Taxis were readily available, pick-up was quick, and getting to any destination didn't take long. The hotel's service was impeccable; from the moment I stepped inside, I felt the staff's warmth and professionalism. The service from the concierge, Ili, was particularly outstanding. My room was exquisitely decorated, spotlessly clean, and fully equipped. The bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The breakfast spread was extensive and delicious, catering to various tastes. The absolute highlight was the sea of clouds view from my window – it felt like being in a fairyland, a truly stunning visual experience! The stay was fantastic, and I highly recommend it to everyone; you won't regret staying here. All in all, this hotel offers incredible value for money, and I'll definitely choose it again on my next visit.

The room matched the pictures provided by the host exactly. It was super clean, and all the disposable amenities were well-stocked, even a toilet seat cover. The room was spacious, and the price was very reasonable (perhaps because it was the off-season, as I came in late October). The front desk staff and the owner were incredibly attentive, and my stay was fantastic. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I visit Yining! This is my first time writing such a detailed review, and I just have to give this place a shout-out, even though my photos are pretty mediocre. I was in Altay for a business trip, and I wasn't thrilled with the hotel my partner booked. So I switched to this one, and I definitely made the right choice. I absolutely loved the hotel's vibe. It seemed like a lot of ski enthusiasts were staying here. It's quite new, and the layout is exactly to my liking. The breakfast was truly excellent. They had rice noodles, which I, a 'southern big potato,' love, and also regular noodles. The laundry room wasn't crowded, and there was a lovely lady in the lobby – she was so beautiful! It seems attractive people gravitate towards attractive hotels. They also have their own coffee bar, and the in-room capsule coffee machine was my absolute favorite. The location is super convenient, right on the main street in the city center, with snowy landscapes on both sides. There are various restaurants right outside the main entrance. The room was spacious enough to fit most ski equipment. It's clear they really understand the ski market. They also offer airport pickup, which is a huge plus. I'll definitely bring my family here next time, and I want to stay in a duplex!

This hotel is quite close to the airport. They offer a complimentary private car pickup service, which requires a reservation, and they were right on time and very professional. The room decor was lovely, and there was a nice view outside the window. The hotel's breakfast buffet was very rich and varied. There's a small supermarket downstairs, which is very convenient for shopping. Next door, there's a Hunan restaurant with delicious food. It's not far from the city center, about a 15-minute walk, and very convenient for visiting the Altay Museum. Highly recommended!

The most unforgettable experience of my trip to Kashgar was the Hanging Gardens B&B. The unique round bed, the beautiful Hanging Gardens Woodcarving Museum, and the exquisite architecture all left a lasting impression. Even more unforgettable was the warm, attentive, and dedicated service provided by the two handsome waiters, Aikebaier and Yimamu! Under the guidance of the manager, they made us feel right at home. I'll definitely be back next time to experience the beautiful Hanging Gardens and its refreshing Western charm.

As the most expensive hotel in Kashgar, the environment and facilities are first-class. However, the service and hygiene could be improved. The value for money is better than staying at the East Gate of the Old City, which is more convenient for watching the opening ceremony.

The staff were incredibly attentive, patient and helpful, whether checking in or asking questions. The room was bright and clean, with fresh bedding and bathroom fixtures. The breakfast was also substantial, with a full selection of hot and cold dishes, staples, and fruits, ensuring you'll be satisfied with whatever you choose.

I came to Xinjiang on a business trip, and I didn't expect to live in such a good hotel in this small city. The decoration is stylish and very comfortable. The room facilities are all marble countertops and leather furniture, which gives people a very high-end and clean feeling. I personally fear the dirty wooden fabric sofa. The bedding is very comfortable. You can see that the mattress, pillow and four-piece set are all made of very good things. I rested very well. The facilities are complete, the environment is good, the staff has a very good service attitude, warm and polite, and the waitresses are all very beautiful. It is worth mentioning that the breakfast is very rich. I slept in and got up at more than ten o'clock and there was still breakfast. It is highly recommended. I will definitely choose this hotel next time I come on a business trip.

We were checked in by Mr Kadeer, who informed us that the room I booked is located in the basement. He kindly offered to show us the room to ensure that we like it. The room was huge with a little courtyard for hanging your laundry. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good too. When we were there, a few weddings took place. There was a public lotus lake outside the hotel but sad to say it was very much neglected otherwise it would have boosted the hotel’s location. If you happened to be there on a weekend, take a right turn from the hotel entrance and walk to the end of the road. Across the road you can find a busy street of eateries with gatherings of families and friends.
