This hotel is located in the suburbs of Glasgow, with few restaurants or shopping options nearby. It's quite desolate. Its only upside is that it's close to the airport, about a 15-minute drive away, and there's free parking. The hotel's amenities are actually quite good, especially the powerful showers and spacious rooms. However, the front desk service was abysmal, with a seemingly indifferent attitude. They offered us a twin room, but they said they didn't have one, only a king-size bed. When I first tried to get a room card, I found someone already checked in. When I complained, they said they had twins. I was speechless...

Premier Inn spec , land lord gave great service . Can't knock the place really only negatives were cost. I spend approx 2 months a yr in hotels around the UK and abroad. Hotel should have been around the £70 mark really or deffinately included breakfast for the £227 for 2 nights ( reduced rate too ) . If it had been £70 a night I'd happily use it as a regular stop off.

A super good hotel for unexpected gains! ! ! The best hotel in the village! Super small and fresh! The decoration is very new and well maintained! The room is very warm! very quiet! Very comfortable to live! You can sleep very well! The hotel is very good to recognize, facing the town of Lomond Lake and Snow Mountain, the best hotel, the deer head sign is very good to recognize. The front desk is very good, the town signal is not good, I taught the wifi password when I went in, and the front desk received it soon after Trip.com booked on the spot, the experience is very good! Dinner and breakfast were great! The restaurant is simply fantastic in the holiday town!!! Scottish breakfast is so delicious! If you are passing by here to stay in Lomond Lake, don’t miss this hotel! Super good! It snowed overnight, and the town's silver wrapping was really beautiful! The most worth mentioning is the breakfast of the 🥐! It is made by the hotel restaurant itself, the family homemade! It's really delicious! It's better than any baking workshop in Europe! Missing this one really can't eat so delicious! highly recommended!

Had a very pleasant stay , thank you to the front desk for arranging our preferred room type with ease. Pleasant clean room with a bath tub and a quiet area to get a good sleep. We didn't have breakfast included but purchased at the hotel , the full Scottish breakfast was fantastic and very tasty . The location is perfect , there is a bus stop outside that can take you to various points of loch lomond and the buses take contact less too.

Would definitely stay here again. Staff were very welcoming. Food was good.

Was extremely dubious after reading previous reviews but was pleasantly surprised. Our room (8) was clean with a lovely refurbished bathroom (large walk in shower). Staff were extremely friendly and helpful and complimentary breakfast was fine. Tea/coffee and toast brought to us which is all I require in the mornings. There was also a selection of cereals and other items available. We were attending a party nearby and the hotel overall met our requirements perfectly.

The hotel is right next to Loch Lomond, and Luss is next to it. It is a pure holiday place, quiet and picturesque. The hotel rooms should all face the lake, but the facilities are obviously a bit old. However, overall it's okay. The hotel front desk couldn't find a rental car at the place where we were dropped off, it was so busy. They probably all came by car.
