Nice place, nice welcome, clean nothing to say. Maybe the spa could close a little later that would be nice. Some improvements: air conditioning in the room for the price? Contents of the room fridge included in the price? THANKS

Nicely located hotel complex. The rooms are very clean though the bathroom was very tiny. The food served in the restaurant was excellent also the menu in our arrangement was top, but the hotel bar could have been made much cosier, the tables in the bar used by previous customers are not cleaned immediately neither. So just a potential tip to do some small re-arrangements in that area. Most of the time all staff is standing behind or in front of the bar as well whilst there are 2 tables just in front of that bar as well which makes it a very busy area…

This time we booked a suite in the hotel and we have to say that we have never experienced such a bad suite or such bad staff in the information desk before. Below is our personal opinion. Positive: Large double bed Fairly quiet room Selection at the breakfast buffet normal for this day and age, nothing special Very large free car park Super large bathroom (too big for our taste, about 30% of the total space). There is a large car park with around 500 spaces, as well as 2-3 very wide parking spaces for the disabled, which are right in front of the reception entrance. The rooms and restaurants should not be a problem for wheelchair users The rooms can be reached easily using the elevator This suite has a large balcony with 2 plastic chairs. Negative: The receptionist seemed bored and had promised us a lot but never kept her word. The staff there also changes often. During our stay the rooms were always cleaned in the afternoon, so it was impossible to use the sauna until late afternoon 2 single duvets Very square room, approx. 50 m2 Sometimes the door slams very loudly The room is always cleaned in the late afternoon, so you cannot use the sauna until then. Breakfast buffet too expensive (25 euros per person per night) Sauna really small (okay for 2 people, there is no room in the lower part for 2 slightly plump people) The sauna only has one temperature, and that is 80° No scent for the sauna water, we were promised that this would be supplied later, but nothing happened The oval bathtub is much too high, making it difficult to get into No accompaniment to the suite No explanation of the sauna and TV (only 3 sentences on a piece of cardboard for using the sauna) The TV is attached to the right-hand wall as you enter the suite and obstructs passage if one person wants to watch TV and the other wants to go to the wardrobe, for example. The part of the cupboard where the safe is located has no light The shower is very special to use, we have never had anything like it before, so you need to use your imagination As regular customers we had to pay a deposit of 50% of the total price, which we find sad and not exactly trustworthy. The small fridge in the room cools down by around 2 °C in around 3 hours, so it is almost unusable if you want to stay 1 or 2 nights. In our opinion, the balcony is missing at least 1 table and maybe 1 or 2 sun loungers. The price-performance ratio is extremely poor and worth 3 stars at the most. 1 night for 2 people costs around 320 euros plus a breakfast buffet if you want one, which costs 25 euros per person per night. We will NEVER book the suite again or any other room in this hotel and cannot recommend it to anyone, but will now only book one

On a trip around in Europe, including a stay in an Ibis Budget, and this was the most disappointing. We paid over €20 extra for a 'comfort room'. It was a roof conversion. Boiling hot: No air-con and the only window was in the roof above the bed, which we couldn't open due to rain. Reception told us it had a 'garden view' - the only way to look out of the window was by standing on the bed. No mirror in the room, except the one on the bathroom ceiling. No shower curtain or screen, and nowhere in the bathroom to hang clothes or towels. TV is advertised as having Netflix and streaming services. It had neither. Mentioned all this to reception when checking out, but they simply thanked us for the feedback. On the plus side though, it is very clean and the staff and drinks in the Irish pub downstairs were lovely!
