The hotel facilities are not new, but the sanitation is still very clean. The best thing is the service. The front desk restaurant, the security room, and the airport pick-up driver are very good at communicating in English and have a good attitude. The hotel is on a small hill in the direction of the Himalayas from the urban area. The room has a direct view of the mountains. The sheep and chickens raised by the neighbor next door to the hotel entrance are very cute. Surrounded by local people's residences, very quiet. The food in the hotel restaurant is good and tastes good. The massage lady is very good.

This family run hotel was a great find for relaxing a few days after our trek. It is easy walking distance to the lakeside but far enough away that you don't hear the nightclubs when you want to sleep at night. The beds are comfortable and the room is well designed. There are many thoughtful touches: the table attached to the wall by the door let's you have luggage underneath, the fridge is for you to use and not crammed full of mini bar stuff, there is even a beer mug provided. The full hot breakfast has eggs, chicken sausage, potatoes, toast, fresh fruit, juice, and coffee, we were plenty well fed. You can choose to sit out in the garden area for breakfast if you like. The owner and his family were very friendly and helpful with the owner speaking really good English.

This hotel was everything we'd hoped for: clean, comfortable, spectacular views and a warm welcome from Maya and her family. It's clear that much love and attention has gone into Pristine Himalaya, as it really lives up to its name. The food was delicious (Maya being an excellent cook) and the location is unbelievable, with a clear view over Pokhara, the lake and even mountain peaks from our bedroom window. The room was modern and comfortable, with hot showers and a comfortable bed. We got all we could have wanted from that visit, so much so that we extended our 2 day visit to 4 days. Absolutely worth it, as it was possibly one of the nicest guesthouses we stayed in! Thank you so much to Maya and the family for accommodating us! We will undoubtedly return when we next visit Pokhara!

THE ROOM WAS LIKE 5 star ⭐️ hotel room washroom was soo big with hygiene ROOM US ALSO VERY BIG WTH ALMARI ALL THE FLOOR OF HOTEL WAS VERY NEAT AND CLEAN , its WAS MORE CLEAN THAN PICTURE. All THE STAFF WAS SOO KIND AND POLITE SPECIFICALLY (BIPLOV). THERE IS MILLIONS OF HOTEL IN POKHARA BUT IF YOU WANT TO SEE THE BEST VIEW OF ANNAPURNA MOUNTAIN ⛰️ PLZZ GO FOR THIS BEAUTIFUL HOTEL SNOW PEAK HOTEL THERE HAVE EVEYTHING , which the big 5 star hotel have . there is nothing to dislike

We love this hotel. The rooms were good and clean, The hotel itself was nice with warm hospitality from the staff, they found us a hospital in no time, arranged free shuttle for us to go to the cable car, and even hanged our clothings for us in the balcony. I have to emphasize on their breakfast, the chef purposely made a swam out from an apple to me , and different cute creatures to my otherr family members, and the food was lovely. The location is so convenient that we could walk to the lakeside within minutes where activities were all over there. I will surely come back the next time I visit Nepal!

It’s the best resort in Nepal I found … it’s in perfect place everything is near from hotel … hotel staff are amazing in both dinner and in breakfast I enjoy my time there .. I forget the name of the guy who was there when we check in I think he is in night shift he is very friendly and attractive 🙈 I really like him… hope can visit this property again in future.

The hotel is one kilometre away from the Tourist bus stop. It's also around 15 minutes away from the lake if you go on foot. The location is pretty convenient. The room ia well-equipped and has a table, two chairs, a TV set, a kettle, an AC, bottled water, and tea. It also has hot (not just warm) water, which was my first time to see in Nepal 😅 I had a nice breakfast, even prepacked one on the day I was leaving too early to have it in. The main drawback for me was roosters waking each other up starting from 3 am somewhere nearby. Other than that, great indeed.

It’s a nice pretty hotel fronting the Phewa Lake . The breakfast was superb , they do the muesli really well , the granola & fruits etc , the Harbor restaurant serves wonderful dishes , much better than overpriced Moon Dance down the road . The room fronting the lake can be noisy because it’s facing the main road and the traffic so choose ur room wisely , the view comes with some noise pollution at night . Water pressure is rather bad, waiting for the heater to work can take 10 mins so be patient if you are gonna stay at Glacier . Enjoy

Loved the design and the view. Every room has a balcony. Overall it’s a nice hotel but we came during the low season so probably hence the lack of amenities. The wifi didn’t work even though the owner tried hard to solve it, for the breakfast I got a small cup of instant coffee watered down beyond belief, the pillows if you take of the pillowcase are so dirty that I was about to throw up. And it’s not that we usually stay at fancy hotels but we weren’t lucky with this one.
