The facilities were well-maintained. The bedding was comfortable, and the bathroom amenities were excellent. The service was prompt, and the location was convenient for getting around. ZZailushangdeLynnThe hotel is right next to Central Park, and about 3km from malls like CoCo Park and MixC. You can basically get there by car within 15 minutes, which is super convenient for dining and shopping.
The room layout is very stylish, with lush greenery nearby and city buildings in the distance, offering both a natural and urban feel. There's also a bathtub in the room, perfect for a relaxing soak in the evening.

GGuest UserArrived a little early, and the front desk upgraded us directly to a deluxe suite. The room was very spacious, and there was a pleasant tea aroma as soon as we entered. We stayed in the Bihai Tower, and it was very quiet at night. Upon check-out, they even gave us Mid-Autumn Festival mooncakes, which was a pleasant surprise! The Baiyun Tower seems to host more conferences, so for a quiet stay, Bihai Tower is probably better.
The only regret was that I specifically booked a room with breakfast for two at Guangzhou Yingbin Hotel for this trip to Guangzhou, hoping to enjoy authentic Cantonese dim sum breakfast. However, when we went to the restaurant the next morning, we found it was a very ordinary breakfast restaurant on the second floor, not the Hongmian Hall on the first floor where they serve dim sum. This was truly disappointing, and I'd advise fellow travelers to take note~

GGuest UserThe hotel's hygiene was excellent. It has a gym and laundry room, and the in-room drying rack was very convenient. The location is super convenient, not far from Shamian Island, Sacred Heart Cathedral, and Huacheng Square, and also very close to Guangzhou East Railway Station.

Ambiance: The hotel lobby smelled wonderful, and the attention to detail was impressive.
Service: I mentioned there was no milk for my coffee, and the front desk staff very enthusiastically provided some warmed milk for free. The service was incredibly thoughtful.
Facilities: Even a bathroom scale was provided; the amenities are very comprehensive, completely up to star-rated hotel standards.
I'll definitely be back!

service was excellent. Even housekeeping was very helpful and kind. The grounds are well kept. I had a pleasant walk. I stayed at this property two or three years ago; I did, however, notice on this stay that there needs to be some deep cleaning done in the rooms- specifically the vents for the air conditioner and the sliding doors separating the restroom. Overall cleanliness was fine, and I would stay again.

MMeikaka【Location】Right off the highway, about a 40-50 minute drive from Shenzhen, very convenient.
【Environment】The environment is lovely, with mountains and water. There are outdoor hot spring pools, various hot spring pools suitable for both children and adults, a beach, a water park, and even bubble games.
【Entertainment】There were many activities during our stay. The water world is a must-visit, and there's a free children's playground as well as a paid one. It's very large, and kids could easily spend a whole day there. Plus, it wasn't crowded. In the evening, the big lawn also had many entertainment options. I saw tennis courts and go-karts too, which I assume require separate booking and payment.
【Service】Overall, the service was quite good. Whether in the restaurant, housekeeping, or at various venues, the staff were friendly, patient, and responsive.
【Facilities】It's clear this is an older hotel. Especially our room, the decor felt 20 years old. It was advertised as a garden view room, but it was really more of a building view, with nothing to see. The room didn't really cater to family needs; for instance, all the cabinet corners were sharp. The minibar was supposedly free, but it was empty when we opened it. The toiletries were Kappa, which are good quality, but there was only hand soap in the shower, no shower gel. I'm not sure if that was intentional or a mistake. However, a big plus were the heated towel rail and underfloor heating – definitely worth a commendation!
【Dining】Our package included breakfast and dinner for two. Since we visited during the Mid-Autumn Festival holiday, the buffet was incredibly crowded; it felt like we had to fight for food. Overall, the taste was good, and the soups were excellent. I had 5 bowls of soup in one evening, and the ingredients were plentiful. Breakfast was just as crowded, but replenishment was quite quick.
Overall, the kids had a great time, and we would definitely go back.

GGuest UserThis Japanese-style hotel offers excellent service. I had a bit of trouble finding my room, but a staff member kindly escorted me all the way to the elevator. The breakfast was plentiful, delicious, and well-balanced nutritionally. They also provide complimentary coffee vouchers, and there's Japanese ramen available late at night, which was perfect for unwinding after a long day!

Seven years ago, when I came to Shunde to have dim sum at Xiangyunxuan, I told myself that if I ever came back, I'd have to stay at the Xiangyunsha Hotel. The hotel service is excellent, and the location is incredibly convenient for getting around. Plus, during your stay, you get a 10% discount on the dim sum breakfast at the 4th-floor restaurant! Since it's an older hotel, the facilities aren't as smart or modern as some others. My only suggestion would be to re-adjust the lighting in the vanity area – no one doing their makeup likes that 'dead' overhead light!
