Both of the telephones in the room just kept blinking and beeping all night. I called the front desk and they said they would send someone up to check… it was at around 3am. I couldn’t open my eyes and didn’t want to interact with anyone at that time, so I just had to plug them out and buried them deep inside my luggage that was left as far as possible from my hearing range. They kept beeping even after getting disconnected, amazing. So… room was clean and nice, location was great, but I couldn’t sleep after a tired flight. I would even give it a pass but hotel staff did not even mention this when I checked out. Absolutely disappointing service.

Huge hotel and lots of room to be chosen. Room is big, clean and tidy. Hotel arranged personal service manager to coordinate with during stays. Request being served at nice and fast manner which is highly appreciated. Lots of activities for kids. Just some activities need to be charged additionally and I will suggest hotel can offer discount for guests who stay in hotel. Plenty of choice of breakfast but when getting crazy when lots of guest going to have breakfast at the same time. Lack of food. Suggest hotel can assign some time slot for guests so divide guests into groups to avoid having breakfast at the same time. Due to hotel is large, lifts are provided at one side only. If i stay in the room far from the lift while I am going to the location downstairs just behind my room, I need to walk 10 mins to the lift and then another 10 mins to the location where i need to go.Highly suggest hotel can newly build some lifts in the other side of the building so guest (especially elderly need not walk long way).

I booked this hotel with high expectations after reading the reviews online. When I arrived at the hotel, I was very impressed with the hotel, from the service of the staff at reception, the convenience of the hotel location, and the spaciousness of the room. The decor is very Chinese, which I really love. This is definitely one of the best hotel I have ever stayed at. Will stay there again if I visit Shunde again. Oh, by the way, the restaurant opposite the hotel serves really good food. Wonderful experience!!!

I went to Pattra with my wife and my 2 children. The hotel emplacement is just amazing, the view on the mountains is extra from the balcony. We came late the first night, although the dinner buffet was about to close, the restaurant staff managed to provide various meals and desert before closing. The next day afternoon my children spent the whole time in the afternoon in the swimming pool, till 10 PM. The breakfast and the dinner buffet are really diversified and my children were able to find their favorite meals. The staff is really friendly and ready to assist despite the language barrier. We will definitely book another weekend soon in Pattra.

I recently visited the Hillview Golf Resort in Dongguan, and I must say it was a delightful experience. The rooms were spotlessly clean, the food was decent, and the staff members were incredibly kind and friendly. The swimming pool was refreshing and well-maintained, adding to the enjoyment of the visit. My family and I had a wonderful time, and we are already planning to return for more weekends here soon. Excellent stay at an excellent property. The breakfast is excellent. The dinner buffet at Poolside is worth the price. It even included lobster, shrimp and lamb chops. The chef showed us around and made suggestions. The best part was the large tub on the balcony. We will definitely return!

Overall satisfied. The room is spacious and elegant. The bathroom and toilet are well separated. It was just that the weather was freezing that day. It would be better if there was a heater in the bathroom. The resting position in the lobby is also good.
