The room was spacious and clean, with excellent amenities – it was especially comfortable to return to after a long day of furniture shopping. The hotel's location is super convenient, right above the Louvre International Furniture Exhibition Center, making furniture shopping a breeze. The food was delicious, and all the staff were very enthusiastic. This hotel offers great value for money, and I'll definitely choose it again on my next visit to Foshan!

The airport transfer service was very thoughtful; they made sure everyone was on board before departing! The in-room amenities were all high-quality, and they offered late-night snacks, plus breakfast was delicious. The only downside was the unavoidable noise from planes taking off and landing. Overall, it's still my top choice for catching a flight!

The pedestrian street is right downstairs, and it's within walking distance to the Temple of the Six Banyan Trees and the metro station, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing and dining. The rooms are clean and tidy, offering a quiet retreat in a bustling area. However, parking is extremely inconvenient. The front desk staff provides efficient and attentive service, and the amenities are comprehensive. Despite being in a prime location, it's surprisingly quiet, offering a one-stop solution for travel, sightseeing, and food exploration. It's perfect for those who enjoy strolling through the old city.

This is the best hotel in Chaozhou, located in the city's tallest building. **Pros:** It's conveniently located near attractions like the Thai Buddha Temple and Han Wengong Temple, all within walking distance. Upon check-in, the front desk agent kindly upgraded us to a river-view room for free and proactively informed us about the member benefits. She also asked if we needed extra toiletries and slippers, demonstrating excellent, proactive service. As soon as we entered the room, an attendant quickly brought the additional items. The room itself was spacious and clean, with a great view from the floor-to-ceiling windows. The layout of the room's amenities was well-thought-out and very convenient. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options. Although there was a minor issue, the management's attitude towards identifying, acknowledging, and resolving the problem was commendable. The Chinese restaurant on the third floor offers excellent value for money, a great option if you prefer not to dine out. **Cons:** Despite confirming a late 2 PM checkout multiple times and having it recorded in their system, the front desk called at 1:10 PM on the day of checkout, asking us to leave by 1:30 PM. This was a bit confusing and, while a minor incident, it made us feel rushed, which wasn't a great experience. Overall, the hotel is fantastic, and I would definitely choose Crowne Plaza again if I return to Chaozhou.

The hotel offers a complete range of dining options, from a buffet to dim sum, Western, and Chinese cuisine, so there's no need to worry about not finding good food during holidays or festivals. There was even a lion dance on the first day of the ***** New Year, which was great! The hotel's location is also excellent: it's at the start of Lover's Road, making it very convenient for trips to Macau and Hong Kong. It's also super close to the popular restaurant 'Jin Yue Xuan'.

This Chinese New Year, instead of joining the bustling crowds, I chose to stay at the Sofitel Guangzhou Sunrich for a peaceful, introspective getaway. I brought my family along to celebrate the New Year here. Outside, there might have been fireworks, but inside, it was just the quiet comfort of books and warm tea. In this non-stop world, sometimes being able to simply zone out for a bit, or slowly enjoy a cup of tea without rushing, is truly something to celebrate. The New Year doesn't have to be about hectic travel and exhaustion; it can be about finding peace within yourself, and in a warm space, hearing your inner 'Happy New Year.' This Spring Festival, staying at the Sofitel felt like stepping into a warm, open, and inviting hotel. The New Year activities in the lobby were a big hit with guests, and the free couplet writing was a really creative touch. Mia at the front desk was also incredibly, incredibly enthusiastic with her service.

The service was patient, the hygiene was great, and they even upgraded our room! 😄 We were given a high-floor room with a nice view. They also have a robot delivery service, which was pretty cool. It's only about a ten-minute drive to Guangji Bridge. I recommend parking at Fengcheng Park parking lot.
