Service: The male receptionist was very enthusiastic and professional. The female staff member who took over after midnight was also very welcoming, though perhaps new, as her operations were a bit unfamiliar. However, her attitude was excellent, and she showed great emotional intelligence. Facilities: The amenities were well-suited for business travel, comprehensive and convenient. Hygiene: Excellent. Attention to detail was evident, and the room was cleaned very well even during an extended stay.

The service was absolutely amazing! They offered a free airport pick-up and even complimentary shuttle service to the subway station. Communication was super efficient, all done through WeChat. Plus, they gave us a thoughtful little gift. So considerate!

Fantastic location, right downstairs from Beijing Road Pedestrian Street. The window offers a view of the Grand Buddha Temple. There are tons of great restaurants and old-school eateries nearby, more than you can try! The room isn't huge, but it's very clean and has a smart toilet.

We arrived at the hotel before 1300 and the room was not ready. The lady at the counter then offered us a free upgrade and free access to the executive lounge for happy hours. Amazing. The room is a standard hotel room with a king sized bed. The TV only has 10 local channels and none of them is English channel. The bathroom is a big plus and it comes with all basic items (comb, brush, shaver, etc). It has a shower area and a bathtub area. Quite spacious for this kind of standard hotel room. We were at 19/F and the view was also great! Highly recommended!

The environment is peaceful yet central, just a five-minute walk from Beijing Road Pedestrian Street, and right next to the Nanyue Palace. The rooftop offers an unobstructed panoramic view, including the Canton Tower! Service: The front desk staff were very friendly. We received welcome fruit in the afternoon, and on our last day, even though we checked out late, they didn't rush us. Facilities: The facilities are quite new, and the room was clean! Definitely recommend for families traveling with children! 🤔

Back in Guangzhou, and staying at the White Swan Hotel again! The front desk staff were professional and friendly, and they proactively upgraded my room. The view was amazing, the location unbeatable, and the facilities were very comfortable. They helped me book a table at Hongtu Restaurant, but unfortunately, we were a bit late and couldn't get a window seat. Still, the food was delicious! The coffee at the Jade Rabbit Bar was great, but the cake was quite bad – hopefully, they can improve that. Exploring the hotel itself was lovely; it's a beautiful place.

I stayed at this hotel based on a relative's recommendation. It has an underground parking lot and is located right across from the ancient city, with plenty of shared electric bikes downstairs, making getting around very convenient. The staff were all very friendly. Areas for improvement: 1. My room was located along a hallway, and I was woken up by the noise of tour groups passing by. 2. The room has a tea-making area (Figure 5). I was leisurely eating takeout in my room and thought about going for a stroll. When I walked to the stairs behind my room, I found that even with the window screen, I could clearly see into my room. I hope they can improve privacy. 3. There were a lot of mosquitoes! I barely slept the whole night. Although an electric mosquito repellent was provided, it wasn't very effective. 4. The hotel doesn't have robots, which is a bit inconvenient for those who frequently order takeout. Things to praise: 1. The hotel's location is indeed very convenient; everything is quite close by. 2. The staff were very friendly and polite from check-in to check-out. Even without delivery robots, the front desk was willing to help bring takeout up to the room. 3. The toilet and shower are separate (wet and dry areas), and the vanity is also separate, which is something I rarely experience in other hotels.

The stay experience is very satisfactory, the hotel service attitude is very good, the front desk is polite and welcoming, there is a need for feedback in a timely manner, there are many shared electric cars nearby, taxis are also very convenient, parking is very convenient, there are charging piles nearby, parking charges are not clear because I am all taxis. Room The facilities in the house are very complete, clean and tidy, daily necessities are all available, disposable bath towels, mineral water, etc., and they also take the initiative to introduce hotel facilities and surrounding strategies. The hotel staff is very intimate, because the time to arrive at the hotel is too early and the room is not cleaned. While waiting in the lobby, the front desk clerk was very enthusiastic and sent a bottle of mineral water and patiently answered doubts! There is a convenience store downstairs.

An absolutely delightful stay! The Wyndham Zhaoqing boasts a superb location directly facing the stunning Qixingyan (Seven Star Crags) scenery, offering breathtaking views. The room was spacious, spotless, and well-equipped, with exceptional cleanliness. The complimentary breakfast had a wide variety of fresh options, and accessing it with the room card was very convenient. Special thanks to Winnie for her warm and attentive service throughout; the entire experience was flawless and offered incredible value for money. This will be my top choice for any future holidays in Zhaoqing, and I definitely plan to return!

This is my second time staying at Kande Hotel. I typically stay for about 14 days each trip, so I have had plenty of time to really settle in and appreciate the experience. The location is incredibly convenient, right in the heart of Dongguan and close to everything you might need. What surprised me, though, is how quiet the rooms are despite being in the city center. There is no traffic noise or street disturbance, which makes a real difference when you are traveling for work and need to rest. The staff are excellent. They are friendly and professional, but what stands out is that they actually remember my preferences from my previous stay. Those small touches go a long way when you are there for an extended period. I also appreciate the pillow menu. I personally cannot sleep without a memory foam pillow, so having that option is a real plus. They also have a robot delivery service for food and parcels. It sounds like a small thing, but it is surprisingly convenient and adds a nice modern touch. The view from the room is beautiful, and breakfast is another highlight. There is always a good variety, but my go to is the 烧鹅濑粉. It is honestly the best I have ever had. Looking forward to my next stay.
