The service here was top-notch. We did have a few problems though. The A/C doesn't allow you to go below 20C and there was no notice directing you not to do that. If you try to set the thermostat below, it just won't turn on. There was also a fake eyelash on the floor near the bed. Makes you question how clean the rest of the room is. Overall, it was a good experience and the customer service helped compensate for the other shortfalls.

My wife and I recently stayed at Wyndham Grand on 5/7-5/9 and would like to share our experiences and moments. We stayed at the Superior Lake View room and found the room very spacious and comfortable. The view from the balcony really worth the price. Swimming pool is magnificent. Also, we want to commend the front desk team, especially Miss Cara Yu for their outstanding service. From check-in to checkout, 小余 demonstrated remarkable professionalism and genuine warmth. She proactively provided personalized dining recommendations, sight seeing points marked on the map for us and reminded us about the weather change which was very heartfelt. From the front desk service to the room details, you could really feel the hotel's dedication. **Thoughtful Service**: The front desk staff upgraded our room and gifted us a bottle of red wine as a birthday surprise. Their service was warm and attentive, with a constant smile, and the check-in process was efficient and smooth. **Comfortable Room**: The room was clean and tidy. The indoor hot tub was a highlight, and enjoying a hot spring bath with red wine in the evening created a wonderful ambiance. The mountain view from the window was expansive, and waking up to lush greenery when drawing the curtains in the morning was incredibly relaxing. **Family-Friendly**: The kids' club had a rich variety of facilities, and our 5-year-old had a blast, especially loving the role-playing area and the slides. He was even reluctant to leave at check-out. **Great Value for Money**: Whether it was the service, the environment, or the dining, it was all well worth the price. The overall experience was very satisfying, and we would definitely consider staying here again.

I originally booked for one day to see how the stay experience was. If it was not good, I was going to change it. Now there are so many hotels, so I renewed the reservation on the day of check-in. The environment was great, and the attentive service of the housekeeper Laura made me decide to continue living here. It was a great experience, which added points to the vacation. I've stayed in many hotels, and it's rare to see one with such attention to detail. All the towels and bath towels had a faint scent of disinfectant, the sheets were clean, and they provided so many thoughtful little amenities that could really save you if you forgot something on your trip. They even proactively told us that the non-slip mats had been disinfected. There's a sign by the door showing the elevator direction (this is fantastic! I often forget which way the elevator is after leaving my room). We even received a fruit platter upon check-in and got a room upgrade. Absolutely superb!!!!

The front desk staff, particularly YY, was incredibly friendly! Even though I arrived late at night, they greeted me warmly. The check-in process was smooth and seamless, and they proactively informed me about the hotel's facilities and nearby business amenities. The hotel's location is excellent, making it easy to catch a taxi and access transportation. The breakfast was plentiful, and the service was thoughtful and thorough. Definitely five stars!

The hotel boasts an excellent location in the central area of Zhongshan, just a 10-minute walk from Sunwen West Road Pedestrian Street. It's conveniently located with easy access to transportation and numerous dining options nearby. The hotel's decor maintains Atour Hotels' consistent stylish and elegant design. The front desk staff were warm and attentive; upon realizing our reservation didn't include breakfast, they immediately offered us two complimentary breakfasts, which were varied and delicious. They also recommended some fantastic local restaurants, leading us to a delicious and affordable dinner. Our room was clean, tidy, and odor-free, with convenient smart devices. The hotel offers free parking, and there are plenty of spaces available.

The five-star quality lives up to its reputation. The overall environment is upscale and grand, with meticulous attention to detail. The thorough sanitization measures really put my mind at ease. The service team is professional and thoughtful, from check-in to responding to requests, everything was efficient and attentive. The配套 services are comprehensive, making for a truly excellent experience. It's perfect for both business trips and leisure vacations, definitely worth repeat visits!

Facilities: Fully equipped with both hardware and software. Hygiene: Clean and sanitary. Environment: Located in the city center, the lobby features a very tall and large Christmas tree, exuding a full festive atmosphere. There are buses to nearby cities, which is very convenient. There's also a shuttle bus to the China-Hong Kong border. Service: Enthusiastic, proactive, professional, and efficient. The concierge staff, especially Donnoe, is familiar with the surrounding area and is polite and enthusiastic. He provided useful suggestions for my travel and recommended nearby restaurants. When I checked out, he guided me through a quick check-out process and helped me store my luggage.

Coming to Foshan to buy furniture, Sofitel was a must! I originally planned to stay two days, but ended up extending my stay daily because the furniture malls in Foshan are truly enormous, and two days simply isn't enough to explore them all. My top choice for Sofitel was first and foremost its location – it's the official hotel of the Louvre Furniture Mall, with the mall directly on the first floor. You step out of the elevator and start shopping! Secondly, it's about a 10-minute drive to other surrounding furniture malls. Thirdly, the hotel is very clean, and the restaurant is also very spacious and spotless. Special thanks to manager Jia Cong for upgrading me to a French luxury room! Five-star rating!
