This is a wonderful Suzhou-style garden hotel, directly connected to the Pan Gate ancient scenic area. You could easily spend half a day exploring both the hotel grounds and the scenic area, as the views are stunning both day and night. The interior is spacious and grand, with a stylish Chinese design and decor. Chinese culture, including ancient paintings and other artworks, is beautifully integrated throughout the common areas, hallways, restaurants, and guest rooms. The views from the windows are picturesque. The hotel boasts comprehensive facilities, including a swimming pool, gym, spa, and children's play area, as well as both Chinese and Western restaurants. The property itself is vast, featuring a classic Suzhou garden with pavilions, terraces, and quaint bridges scattered throughout. Everything is meticulously maintained, clean, and bright. From the front desk to the cafe and room staff, everyone is polite, warm, and highly professional, making you feel right at home! The breakfast buffet offers a wide selection. This is my second stay here, and I highly recommend it! Thank you to the hotel for your excellent service. I wish you continued success and many more guests!

Couples photoshoot (including 5 retouched digital photos): The photographer from Xiaowan Travel Photography is a master at capturing moments! The photos are full of emotion, with accurate color reproduction – every single one is profile-picture worthy, highly recommend! Regarding the room facilities, I stayed in Building No. 1, Shoufang Garden, a villa that has hosted presidents and leaders. I thought that even though it opened in 2016, the facilities would still be decent. However, I was disappointed. The shower drain in my room barely worked, leaving a pool of water on the floor after showering, which felt uncomfortable. Also, the toilet seat was quite uncomfortable; my bottom started to ache a bit. 🥲 I hope they make improvements. After all, the deluxe king room I booked in Building No. 1 cost over 800 yuan, a price where luxury chain hotels would offer far superior facilities. However, the service and environment were absolutely top-notch, which is definitely worth praising. It is the famous Ying賓館, after all, haha! Every step in the garden reveals a beautiful scene, and the complimentary shuttle service makes getting around very convenient. We also visited the complimentary Hongqiao Fang Hot Springs ♨️ with my parents, my mother-in-law, my daughter, and my husband. Only my husband could really handle it, haha, it was just too hot inside! Even Shanghai's Tangliande isn't this intense. 😱 You feel like you're going to faint from the heat! Then, as soon as you enter, you have to change shoes. 😂 While it's the correct procedure, it gets a bit smelly when there are many people, haha 😂😂😂😂😂. Plus, aside from the bathing area, it's not very big and doesn't offer as much to do as Shanghai's Tangliande.

I requested a quiet, non-smoking room, and the hotel accommodated it perfectly. It was mostly convenient, except for having to switch elevators to pick up takeout, which was a bit of a hassle. They provided a children's playpen and toiletries for kids. The view was absolutely amazing and unbeatable.

This established five-star hotel truly lives up to its reputation! The location is super convenient; it's a 30-minute subway ride on Line 1 from Nanjing South Station, and a short walk from Exit 6 to the hotel. Right outside, you'll find the Xinjiekou twin subway station, making it easy to get anywhere. We received a complimentary upgrade to a room in the Asia Pacific Tower, directly facing Deji Plaza, and the night view with all the neon lights was absolutely stunning and great for photos. The breakfast spread was incredibly rich, with a wide selection of Chinese Qinhuai snacks, as well as Western cold cuts and hot dishes, all tasting great. The service was warm and attentive throughout our stay – the bellhop proactively helped with our luggage, and the front desk staff patiently answered all our questions. Next time I'm in Nanjing, I'll definitely stay here again!

This was my first time visiting Suzhou, and after a lot of comparison, I chose this hotel. It exceeded my expectations! The subway station is right outside the entrance, making it super convenient to get around. Humble Administrator's Garden is also just a kilometer away, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. They help with luggage, and the fully automated smart features are very impressive. The robot food delivery also made me feel quite secure. Service attitude was top-notch, and the housekeeping staff were very diligent. When I returned, I found the room spotless, everything that needed changing was changed, and the floor was even mopped. Any issues were promptly resolved, leaving me with a truly great impression. I've already saved this hotel on Ctrip, and I'll definitely choose it again next time I'm in Suzhou! On a side note, the steamed bun shop by the entrance is incredibly delicious. I really loved their buns, and the lady who runs it is also super nice! 🥰

For a trip to Suzhou, choosing the Crowne Plaza Suzhou was absolutely the right decision. The hotel has a unique exterior and beautiful surroundings, offering unobstructed views of Jinji Lake, which is stunning both day and night. The room was spacious and bright, with modern decor and fully functional amenities; the air conditioning, bathroom facilities, and TV all worked perfectly. The service was warm and attentive; the front desk staff patiently answered all our questions. When my child left their water bottle in the restaurant, Jessie promptly helped us find it and ensured a smooth handover, delivering it right on time. The hygiene was top-notch, with even the corners being spotless. The hotel's facilities are comprehensive, catering to all leisure and entertainment needs. Nearby attractions and shopping malls are also easily accessible, making getting around very convenient. Overall, the experience was excellent and very comfortable. I'd definitely recommend it to friends.

I chose the InterContinental, Nanjing's most luxurious hotel, for this booking. Initially, I had some doubts about the service attitude, but from check-in to check-out, I have to say their service was genuinely excellent. Tony, the concierge, was very enthusiastic and professional in providing Nanjing tour routes. He helped with luggage during check-in and even sent complimentary welcome fruits and drink vouchers before our check-out. Even when he wasn't on duty, he promptly replied to messages and arranged relevant matters – very responsible! The room was well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, and the hygiene was excellent, clean and tidy. The surrounding environment was also great, offering views of Nanjing city and Xuanwu Lake. Very nice! I'd also like to commend Luanne for her arrangements. She contacted me a day in advance to arrange all four rooms on the same floor, and despite our early arrival, we were able to check in smoothly. She also provided several Nanjing travel guides, and on multiple occasions, arranged for our takeout orders to be delivered to our room. Very thoughtful! If I come to Nanjing again, I will definitely choose this hotel.

Everything was top tier. From the check-in where I was upgraded to a river view room, the clean, spacious and inviting room to the service and superb breakfast. The view from the restaurant was amazing. This was my pre birthday trip and the Hyatt made it so special. I even got a slice to birthday cake. The lady at the front desk who checked me in spoke really good English and was so kind and caring and she’s also a Gemini 😁🎉 I would 100% recommend and come back here.

1110286****Traveling with my in-laws and child for New Year's Day, I had requested connecting rooms online in advance. The hotel thoughtfully upgraded one of our rooms to meet our needs. The hotel boasts an elegant environment and excellent service. They even called us before our arrival, worried we might have trouble finding the place. We stayed for two nights, and they even refilled the mini-bar drinks for free – truly impressive! I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Nanjing!

MMD2024This time, I stayed at Mo Keyuan from August 14th to 15th. When I was choosing a hotel, I was quite surprised to see Mo Keyuan had nothing but glowing reviews. After staying there, I realized that both its facilities and service are indeed exceptional. **Ambiance & Location:** In terms of its location, it's merely 50 meters from Pingjiang Road, and within comfortable walking distance of Humble Administrator's Garden, Lion Grove Garden, and Suzhou Museum. It's also nestled in the same alley as the famous Zhuo Lin Li Tang Zhou (a traditional dessert shop), just 20-30 meters away, and shares an adjacent alley with Couple's Retreat Garden. This geographical positioning is simply superb! The hotel itself is a numbered private garden with five interconnected courtyards, boasting exquisite rockeries, ponds, and bridges. Its design is incredibly intricate, offering distinct scenic views with every turn. Guanhuatang, a key hall, is the central room in the innermost of these five courtyards. The front desk is located in the first courtyard, exuding an antique charm. Upon entering the second courtyard, you're greeted by a misty, ethereal atmosphere, providing a refreshing coolness on hot days and adding a wonderful artistic touch. The third courtyard houses the banquet hall, while the fourth and fifth are dedicated to guest rooms. In reality, this compound is far more complex than it appears, with the unique asymmetrical structure typical of Suzhou gardens revealing many delightful surprises. **Cleanliness:** Everywhere I looked was impeccably clean. Unlike other Chinese courtyards I've stayed in, at Mo Keyuan, all areas (except guest rooms and staff offices) are openly accessible. Furthermore, the furniture inside is exceptionally well-maintained and clean, giving the impression that they are actively used daily. The rooms were subtly pre-scented with incense, and the bathrooms were also spotless. **Facilities:** Mo Keyuan boasts comprehensive facilities, offering both dining options and captivating Pingtan (Suzhou storytelling and ballad singing) performances. Guests can enjoy these performances for free, held in a charming small hall in the second courtyard, which serves as both a restaurant and a performance venue. The performance hall is very well-equipped, featuring background projection and automatic stage curtains, truly showing great attention to detail. Furthermore, before checking in, I was somewhat concerned about security. However, upon arrival, I found that the visitor and guest areas are effectively separated by access control, ensuring both privacy and safety. **Service:** The service was incredibly attentive. The butler was always ready to answer any questions and had an excellent, friendly attitude. Every staff member had a great service attitude and was remarkably patient. Due to a last-minute change in our itinerary, we only decided quite late that we wanted to have lunch at Mo Keyuan the next day. However, the butler arranged it perfectly, and we got to savor the Squirrel-shaped Mandarin Fish and Crab Roe Tofu we had hoped for. The hotel's shuttle service was even more convenient, saving us precious time and effort when visiting the Humble Administrator's Garden, Suzhou Museum, and Lion Grove Garden. We also had the pleasure of meeting the garden owner this time, who was very approachable and clearly poured their heart and soul into managing this exquisite garden. **Daily Pingtan Performance (2 Tickets):** The Pingtan performance was excellent. The young lady sang beautifully and spoke with such gentle grace; experiencing the 'Wu Nong Soft Language' (Suzhou dialect) live was truly delightful. The performance also included complimentary Biluochun tea and homemade mung bean cakes, making it a truly enjoyable experience. I'm extremely glad I chose Mo Keyuan this time. My only regret is not being able to stay an extra night to spend half a day simply wandering around the garden, sipping tea, watching the fish, and relaxing – that would have been utterly tranquil and perfect.

LLSMWMMRMMThe hotel's location is excellent, right within the Confucius Temple Qinhuai Scenic Area. Step outside and you'll find plenty of food, drinks, and entertainment. It's just a 5-minute walk to the boat dock, and at this time of year, there are beautiful lantern displays at night. The hotel has its own parking lot, but spaces are limited, and it's an 8-minute walk from the hotel itself. I have to give a special shout-out to the parking attendant – he was so enthusiastic, helpful, and dedicated, assisting with finding spaces, directing parking, and always had a good sense of humor. Our room was on the 3rd floor, but the elevator only goes to the 2nd, so we had to carry our luggage up a flight of stairs, which was quite inconvenient. In the middle of the night, we could hear a continuous humming sound from machinery outside, and the refrigerator in the room occasionally made noise too, which really disturbed our sleep. My biggest complaint, though, is the bathroom design – absolutely no privacy whatsoever!

GGuest UserI was drawn to this hotel by its infinity pool and proximity to Tai Lake, but I ended up feeling a bit disappointed. Beyond the Ling Shan Grand Buddha, there isn't much to explore or do in the vicinity, and dining options are quite limited. The infinity pool's water quality was abysmal; it was so murky that my son and I only swam once and never returned. On the plus side, the hotel's overall environment was quite nice and very photogenic. Parking was also convenient for those driving. Plus, the front desk staff even helped us upgrade to a larger room.

MM47127****My top choice for business trips! The hotel is conveniently located, very close to my workplace, saving a lot of commute time. The room has excellent office facilities, with comfortable desk and chair, and stable internet, making work incredibly efficient. The soundproofing is great; you can't hear any noise even in the corridor, ensuring a quiet environment for both work and rest. Check-out supports quick invoicing, the process is smooth, and the service is professional and efficient. It offers much better value for money than other hotels in the same price range. I'll definitely prioritize this hotel for future business travel!

GGuest UserThe place is beautiful. The rooms/cottages of the hotel are spread around a nice area. There is a vegetable garden and kids could feed the goats and rabbit. My kids loved the hotel and the room. Front desk gave us kids slippers and toothbrushes and a bag full of treats and snacks for the kids. Beds were very comfortable and the family room was beautiful with a balcony looking to the canal. Black swans swimming in there. The private outside hot bathtub was cool. They gave us some activity tickets (kids cookies baking, two free coffee cups and free entrance to the park beside), sadly we couldn’t use them, because we came noon and went to visit a different area , then left the next day after breakfast. The outside hotel surroundings are nice and peaceful. The food was great! Breakfast buffet is delicious. I would recommend it. There was a staff speaking English, but was not necessary for us. The service is very good and friendly…I’ll return.

HHuanyingfeilong1670Pingjiang Mansion is essentially a classical garden. The lobby and its surroundings exude an antique charm, and a 'half garden' is located within the hotel itself. You can access it with your room key, giving you the feel of strolling through a traditional garden. There are even tea seats inside, perfect for a relaxed gathering and chat. Cangjie and Pingjiang Road are both very close. In the afternoon, I explored Pingjiang Road, returned to the hotel for a short rest, and then went out to the night market. It was a delightful experience of eating and exploring. The hotel restaurant offers Pingtan (storytelling and ballad singing) performances in the evening, with great service and a flexible menu to suit any budget. The service in both the lobby and the guest rooms was excellent. They also offer night boat tours (138 RMB) and Zhouzhuang tours (200 RMB), which are standard market prices and include pick-up and drop-off.

GGuest UserThe hotel is right in the Yangcheng Lake Wetland Park. There is a large area owned by them. You can ride a bicycle, take a walk, and set up a tent by the lake. I also saw someone tying a hammock. It was so comfortable to be under the shade of the trees by the lake, feeling the spring breeze and looking at the lake view. There is also a recreation center where you can go boating and go karts. It is really rich. I feel that one day is not enough. If you want to walk around some of the scenic spots in the surrounding Yangcheng Lake, two days will be enough. As an old five-star hotel, although the decoration is not trendy, it is definitely old money style, with luxurious crystal chandeliers, landscape elevators, and complete facilities. There are plenty of charging piles in the parking lot, and my baby said that this TV can be turned on and watched. The praise is 100 points. 😂, there are many parent-child activities on May 1st, you can make lipstick and lacquer fans, and you can experience it with your children according to your hobbies. The environment is great. I paid the upgrade fee at the front desk and got a lake view room. It is great value for money. The scenery is nothing to say. The room bedding is clean. The lounge manager Sammi is considerate and reminds us to watch the sunset at a certain time. It is really great. I will come again next time
