Enjoyed the Nature and nice amenities in RAC Karri valley resort , paddling experience in lake was great. Had enjoyable coffee within nice lake view restaurant ❤️

Beautiful place to stay, great location, near to the beach, clean and nice environment, amenities. Very nice and friendly staff. Beautiful beaches, parks that you can visit.

Very nice place to stay view is amazing rooms are spacious an clean,only thing we were not to happy with was the fact you pay for parking,and would of loved to been able to use the pool area pretty sad it looks like it could of been a good place to sit an relax to.other than that we enjoyed ourselves there.

Was so nice to arrive early, and be granted check-in 🤩 Deb was very obliging, pleasant and helpful, even organising and extremely generous breakfast delivered to our room the evening before we departed before 6am, WELL DONE

I will never ever stay here again . Firstly we arrived at 3pm (check in is 2pm) they then advised our room wasnt ready . Others were also advised of the same thing and we were all given a drink voucher to go to the cafe . That was fine , but then an hour went by , and the could not tell us how long it would be for our room to be ready . So we took off into town for dinner , we were then called at 5:40 to say that our room was ready . So we waited over 2 and a half hours ! We then got to our room only to find the aircon was leaking and the carpet was absolutely soaking , and there were stains/blotches on the bed covers . So we advised the front desk , went for a swim in the pool whilst they dealt with the issue. We then were told we had to move rooms , and it was a downgrade, they offered us free breakfast for the downgrade as the place was fully booked so there wasn’t really anything else we could do . The new room smelt musty and again the carpets were damp , as I believe the shower/bathroom must leak under the floorboards. I did advise the for desk that it’s a health concern as mold is definitely growing in the rooms . You can tell it’s been like that for a long time as the carpet colour along the wall are black . Such a shame cos the pool facilities are amazing , and the location. But it’s is absolutely run down and dirty .

The place is very clean and cozy! Everyone is so friendly and nice. The motel is not really a fancy type but you can tell people spent efforts maintaining it in a very proper state.

The staff was great, and the room was clean. The rooms need a long overdue refurbish, painting and decorating. Where the air-conditioner is there is bubbling, and it looks like it leaks when used. The shower and the whole bathroom flooded after my shower, and the condensation was pretty bad. The mattress was too hard. There was only one biscuit for 2 people, where the coffee, etc, lucky I shared 😀. The breakfast was great, and there was a variety of choices. The dining room was clean. Overall, it was a great stay, but your rooms need to be upgraded.

We opted for Crown Tower this time, and both my family and I were extremely satisfied. The hotel is renowned for its luxurious amenities, impeccable service, and prime location. Service was ok, would be good if they offered more for the money you are spending exe. room service or a microwave, the room was good size aircon was great pretty good and a nice view. Pool and spa was nice, the location was good for us, food and water was walking distance and lots of things u could do. Would recommend!

No breakfast at the hotel. We live in two rooms at 19 and 20. Seven days in Western Australia this place feels the most expensive and the worst, and did not dare to turn on the air conditioner at night. Especially big taste. The room was quite large, with a double bed and a single bed. Facilities are not new.
