The Empire Brunei truly exceeded my expectations, highly recommended! The breakfast buffet offered an incredible variety of both Chinese and Western dishes, all made with fresh, delicious ingredients – every meal was incredibly satisfying. The room was spacious and elegantly decorated, clean, and comfortably laid out, making for a truly relaxing stay. The hotel grounds are huge, with lush greenery and stunning ocean views. It's a quiet and therapeutic environment. The outdoor pool has crystal clear water and faces the sea directly, perfect for swimming and photos. Just a few steps away is the beach, ideal for leisurely walks and watching the sunset. My entire stay was flawless, with thoughtful service and excellent facilities. You absolutely must stay here if you visit Brunei!

I chose this hotel because it was the cheapest option with airport transfer, perfect for a rest before my late-night flight and to store my luggage. I didn't have high expectations due to the low price, but when I entered the room, the air conditioning was already on and it was wonderfully cool! I really appreciate that they had the room cooled down before check-in. The bathroom was average. The shower curtain was discolored, so I probably wouldn't have wanted to use the shower, but since I wasn't staying overnight, it didn't matter. The airport transfer times weren't flexible; I had to choose between 7:00 PM and 8:40 PM. I picked 7:00 PM, which was perfect as I got to enjoy the night market a bit and still had time for the airport lounge. The transfer shuttle was also very nice. It was definitely worth it just for the taxi fare alone. I highly recommend this place if you just need it for a short rest!

The hotel offers free airport shuttle service, which is a great perk. The hotel staff member who picked us up, named Boy (haha), was incredibly enthusiastic, talkative, and attentive. He constantly pointed out the scenic spots along the way. The hotel's location is also excellent. You can walk to the Royal Regalia Museum and the Sultan Omar Ali Saifuddin Mosque. There's also a small night market right outside the hotel where you can find local snacks in the evening. Considering the hotel's price point, the breakfast was quite decent, offering coffee, tea, milk, toast, scrambled eggs, local snacks, and fruits. However, the room facilities are a bit dated, and the provided toiletries are quite basic. But the biggest area for improvement is hygiene. I was surprised to find an empty water bottle and a used towel left by the previous guest in my room. The housekeeping department really needs to step up its game.

The hotel provides complimentary airport transfer which is very convenient! Also located near to JP theme park and food court! Food is quite yummy , very affordable price even for room service. Overall, a pleasant stay. My son enjoyed swimming in the pool!

The room itself was great, clean and tidy. I arrived on an early flight and didn't expect to be able to check in early, but was told I could come back at 11 AM to check in. Happy, I stored my luggage and went out to explore. When I returned to the hotel at 10:30 AM, I was told there would be an extra charge for early check-in. I then reminded the front desk that they had agreed to let me check in at 11 AM earlier that morning, and only then was I asked to wait a bit longer for check-in. This little hiccup was the only thing that dampened my mood, but everything else was really good. There are two large supermarkets around the hotel, and on the ground floor, there's a bakery and a Japanese dessert shop, so breakfast was easily sorted. The breakfast and lunch at the bakery were excellent; I ate there twice. The Japanese desserts were also delicious, and two people don't need to order too much. From the hotel room, you can see the mosque, which is truly beautiful.

Imagine waking up in a comfy room overlooking the Brunei river and jungle but still close to Bandar Seri Begawan town. Embuan offers all of this and more with great customer service. The owners go out of their way to help. On the first day, Jimi gave me a ride to town as the roads close on Sunday morning for the flea market so he knew it would be difficult to get a taxi. Download the taxi app, Dart to get around. The rates are very reasonable. There are some interesting museums and the archaeological park near to the hotel. You can walk through the village going to the left off the main road.

The hotel is conveniently located in the city center, yet only about a ten-minute drive from the airport. The receptionists were very polite and even helped with luggage. The facilities are decent, with a gym, spa, pool, and restaurant all available. It's worth noting that bottled water is not provided due to environmental considerations.

I had an excellent stay at Centrepoint Hotel and was very impressed with the overall experience. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth, comfortable, and well managed. The front desk and reception staff were exceptionally helpful, welcoming, and professional. Every member of the team I encountered was friendly, courteous, and always greeted guests with a warm smile, making me feel truly welcome throughout my stay. I was also impressed by the hotel's prompt service. As I was unfamiliar with the air-conditioning controls in my room, I contacted the front desk for assistance. Two maintenance staff members arrived within just a few minutes, helped me to reset the air-conditioning system, and patiently showed me how to adjust the temperature. The quick response and friendly assistance were greatly appreciated. The room and hotel facilities were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, providing a relaxing environment after a full day of exploring Brunei. Thank you to the entire Centrepoint Hotel team for your outstanding hospitality. Your excellent service made my trip even more enjoyable. I loved the comfort of the hotel. It's super well-located, very close to the main attractions on foot. The staff were friendly, and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was very varied, and the Yelo restaurant right next door had lots of food and friendly staff.
