Our experience at this hotel was exceptional. The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The location was also convenient, close to airport and The One (Mall). They also offer FREE airport transfer✈️🧳 We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Stayed here recently and found the overall value to be good, especially if you don't mind being a bit further from the city's main attractions. The room was clean and comfortable, and the price was reasonable compared to similar options in the area. However, getting to interesting places required taking a taxi or bus, so keep in mind that it’s not the most central hotel for sightseeing. Check-in was a little confusing reception gave me the wrong directions for both location and floor, so I had to ask twice to find my room. Other than that, everything else met my expectations. If the location isn’t a major issue for you, this hotel is a solid choice for budget travelers. Would recommend for guests looking for clean rooms and value, but advise double-checking details at reception.

i stayed in Centrepoint Hotel for the last day of my trip as it is the city centre, where there are more restaurant available and the location is close to the airport. In addition, the breakfast comes with good variety of foods.

Early Check In before 12pm, few times stay here but this time doesnt need to put deposit ($200) like before. Staff is a boy (frgt to ask the name) is very friendly. Check in process is easy & fast. This time no outside parking coz many events in the hotel, so I park my car in the basement which is free parking till I checked out. Just gv the receiption our car plate no. Satisfied with dis room (529) clean & big room worth the money with free breakfast for 2pax.

A highly anticipated hotel with an excellent location; major attractions are all within walking distance. The service is thoughtful and meticulous, providing convenient amenities for guests. The hotel rooms are cozy and comfortable, and the pool is exceptionally clean and tidy.

Abdul Razak Hotel Apartments is a very excellent option for the travelers who prefers to stay in a convenient but relatively quiet place. Also, the facility and the staff are superior to make sure your stay will be pleasant while you visit Bandar Seri Begawan :)

Conveniently located, there are many restaurants and supermarkets. It can be reached within 5-10 minutes on foot. There is also a sporting goods store next to the hotel and a bakery diagonally in front. There is a pier not far from the hotel, which is convenient for sightseeing. Friendly service staff, helping to solve problems. Breakfast varies slightly every day, and most special foods can be tasted. The hotel also provides travel itineraries for your convenience.

The service staff is polite and the location is good, very close to the riverside water village.

Try contacting hotel before arrival message, email and call to no avail, for airport pick. Easy walk from airport to hotel(15 mins), though it was midnight. Manage to check in without hick ups. What you pay is what you get (for 20 hr layover its great), breakfast is ok, staff friendly and accommodating. 3-4 malls around to spend time and walk around. Flexible airport drop off.

The hotel is a bit dated but welcoming. The receptionists were friendly and efficient. We received a complimentary upgrade to one-bedroom apartment. The breakfast was provided for free (within BND 3 range) at Sunway Kopitiam. It tasted amazing and was generous in portion. Overall a nice stay.
