My friend and I split the bill for one night, about 2,500 yen per person, including breakfast, which I thought was a bargain. It was clean. The receptionist was very kind, carrying our suitcases to our room. The square is about a 10-minute walk away. The shower has a quick release, similar to a waterfall bath. Soap, shampoo, and conditioner were provided, and the amenities were plentiful.
We spent three days in Santa Cruz. The hotel was fantastic, one of the best we stayed in on our trip through Bolivia. The bed was very comfortable, the cleanliness was impeccable, and the breakfast was excellent. It's located in the upscale Equipetrol area. There are many good and affordable restaurants nearby, as well as some rather expensive clothing stores.
This hotel is not connected with Trip so I had to pay again on site and I’m still waiting for the refund. Hard to get around the hotel with no Spanish.
Нормальный отель уровня 3*, все достаточно чисто, цена соответствует качеству. В номере было все необходимое, места хватило, все работало. Останавливаюсь не в первый раз, все устраивает.
The breakfast type is single and the amount is not much. It is often a little later and there is nothing. The window of the room is open in a patio. The staff is friendly.
Stayed here for one night during a long layover. The hotel is a great value. The bathroom in the room was spacious and the rain shower head was very nice. The room had everything necessary and the pool and sauna were well-maintained. I also ate at the restaurant. This was a little bit pricey for the serving size, but the food was good. The hotel itself is a bit far from anything to do in Santa Cruz, but for me it was the perfect spot for just one night.
The environment and breakfast are good, but some charges are puzzling. Sometimes purified water is free, sometimes a bottle of water costs 20 bolivars, sometimes printing at the front desk is free, sometimes you have to pay. It feels like the staff charges based on their mood.
When you stay at Casa del Telegrafista in La Higuera, you'll be steps from Fort Samaipata.
Take in the views from a terrace and make use of amenities such as a picnic area and charcoal grills.
Enjoy a meal at the restaurant or snacks in the guesthouse's coffee shop/cafe. Wrap up your day with a drink at the bar/lounge. Continental breakfasts are available daily from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM for a fee.
Free self parking is available onsite.
Make yourself at home in one of the 7 guestrooms.
The location was great, nearby restaurants within walking distance if you choose. The lobby and the rooms are well cleaned and welcoming.
Staff were all very professional and the receptionist spoke English, wish was a major help to me.
I booked the suite Room with a jacuzzi, the first they booked us in was inoperable and had signs showing down for maintenance. We asked reception about it and they were unaware oddly.
They did move us rooms, however the second room the water temp in the jacuzzi wasn't warm and when the air jets were turned on there was an awful smell. We didn't bother to ask again as we assumed no one ever used them.

GGuest UserThis hotel is very close to the airport, very suitable for people on business trips to live here, and the hotel has a large swimming pool, the hotel environment is also very good, eating is more convenient.
