O hotel é bom, mas fico em dúvida se deveria ser classificado como quatro estrelas. Os quartos não são espaçosos, o menu do restaurante (para refeições) é restrito e o atendimento da equipe é BOM, nada de excepcional. A arquitetura do hotel é diferenciada e interessante, mas a condensadora do ar condicionado dos quartos fica suspensa, acima da porta de entrada do quarto, o que ocasiona um ruído desagradável durante todo o tempo de funcionamento do aparelho (você tem que optar entre dormir com temperatura agradável e barulho ou com temperatura ambiente e silêncio). Tivemos problema com o telefone do quarto (não funcionava) e eu pedi manutenção por duas vezes. Nada foi feito. A localização é ótima para quem quer ir a pé ao centro.

Minha experiência neste hotel superou minhas expectativas. A recepção da Flávia foi maravilhosa. Ela conseguiu atender as minhas necessidades através de muito empenho e dedicação. Mas toda a equipe foi muito atenciosa e solicita. Com Certeza votarei.limpeza nota 10.

The hotel is very beautiful, clean, amazing breakfast, the location is excellent, near everything, clean pool, how many organized and clean, perfect clean. It's worth going to that hotel. Super recommended, staff always the disposition.

The hotel is well-equipped, with everything the traveler needs, good room, good bed and good shower, at an affordable price. The team is well trained and we were very well serviced. It has the advantage of being at the shopping. We still have a room with views to the park!

Zagaia On the positive side - Great infrastructure and recreational staff for kids Beautiful grounds Travel agency that books your activities in Bonito for you. Good breakfast. Very nice and attentive staff at the restaurant. Comfortable large beds. Curtains that block the light completely. On the negative side - Be prepared to arrive for a late afternoon check in, with extra slow, untrained front desk service, and no help with your suitcases and finding your room in the dark (no resort maps available). The rooms face each other and don’t have a set of sheer curtains. When you’re in the room you have to close the blackout curtains and no light comes in. No closet in the room. Instead, there’s a bar with three hangers and a shelf in the bathroom. No drawers. The bathroom has no windows. Anything you wash and hang in the bathroom will never dry. Bathrooms have three extremely loud exhaust fans each. Housekeeping routinely cleans empty rooms and leaves the exhaust fans on (together with the lights). Be prepared to hear exhaust motors all night. We realized what the noise was after two difficult nights, and had them turned off in the neighboring room. Terrible room maintenance: Upon arrival, we noticed that the phone in the room wasn’t working and we had that changed. The showers have a rubber ***** on the floor to keep the water from flooding the bathroom. Half of our rubber ***** was missing. Maintenance said it would be replaced the next day, but this never happened because they had to order the piece. The front desk asked us to change rooms, which would have been work for us, but housekeeping found a bandaid solution by wrapping a towel in a plastic bag and using that to dam the water in the shower stall. One leaky sink, and the other stopped up - never fixed despite two calls to the front desk which leads me to: Terrible front desk service (and not just checking in). We once forgot a bikini that was left out to dry on a bench near the front door. We noticed on the road and called the front desk to have someone put it in the room for us, and it was still on the bench when we returned in the afternoon. Be prepared to come back to your room at 5:05pm after a long day of activities, to find that housekeeping didn’t clean your room. Then call the front desk and nothing happens. The solution was to speak to the manager of the front desk, who personally brought the one and only housekeeper on duty that tends to emergencies after 5pm. Had to help her to do the bed in order to speed things up. Such a shame because I was here twenty years ago and it used to be an excellent hotel. Will not return, as there is now a better option available.

Pois bem, vou informar minha percepção do hotel, uma vez que durante os últimos três anos, comparativamente, me hospedei todos os meses em outros hotéis…..no hotel deville premium e/ou no grand Park. Os atendentes da recepção foram simpáticos e bem receptivos. Porém, tivemos um problema com a questão do café da manhã no qual não conseguiram localizar o voucher do café. Meu quarto foi o 180 e percebi ao adentrar que o cuidado com a limpeza no banheiro deixou muito a desejar. Outros viajantes já haviam comentado por aqui e eu não fui exceção. Encontrei cabelo no azulejo do box, e o teto o banheiro havia resquícios de mofo. A Toalha de banho estava rasgada e mal cuidada. A privada não tinha força de água suficiente para funcionar adequadamente. O chuveiro era bom, assim como os amenites …... Tanto o sabonete quanto o shampo eram da phitoervas e de boa qualidade. O quarto, todavia, era extremamente frio, e a roupa de cama disponível era somente um lençol . Não havia edredon, e o cobertor disponível era extremamente pequeno. Havia uma Luz próximo da janela que mesmo apagada ficava parcialmente acesa durante a noite prejudicando o sono. No geral a experiência não foi boa e não recomendaria a estadia.

Ótima opção de hospedagem em Ponta Pora. As instalações são novas, quarto confortável, ótima roupa de cama e banho. Banheiro tem um chuveiro muito bom. Café da manhã bem servido, com variedade de opções de frutas, pães e frios. Tem self service de café disponível na recepção. Atendimento atencioso do pessoal da recepção

The Hotel Deville Prime Campo Grande was a really fantastic place to stay, and I wish we had more time to spend there. It was just superb in every regard. Unfortunately, my friend and I only had enough time to sleep here because we were quickly moving on to the Pantanal part of our adventure. The hotel is adjacent a very large park with big ponds and tons of wildlife. I got to spend about 45 minutes photographing wildlife in the park, and it was a big highlight of my time in Campo Grande.

Hotel agradável.... funcionários muito simpáticos..... gostei muito da localização... Comércio por perto.... vários lugares dá pra ir a pé. Quarto arejado...amplo.... Gostei muito do fato de ter armários.... quarto limpo...... tudo funcionando bem .... café da manhã gostoso... farto. Eu pesquisei bastante antes de ir ..... tem outros hotéis por perto.... mais ele ficou mais em conta e não me decepcionei.

I have been in contact with the hotel since yesterday because I have a reservation from 24 to 28 April, ask for gentleness if you could anticipate check in because it would arrive at 5 a.m. travel. When I arrived at the hotel, I was very hardly treated with discrimination and jokes by Mr. Lucas q said to Mr. Luciane careful looking at me and high that nothing should take peace from them. I asked from my room since 9 a.m. and he said that he should wait The room was 14 hours and my room was not ready for 3 people. I asked if I could change my room and he said no that the same was already designated for me.In the timetable, they were not ready. 15 minutes later they set up another room for me. But if this is not implication, lack of attention, discrimination I don't know what it is. Several known people were allocated , only me and my two children who are not even respected consumer rights. The phrase for me was: you have to be patient only at 14:00, 14:00 arrived and nothing. The previous client left the room at 12 hours and the hotel team could not arrange him to get in in 2 hours? Is that the Harbor network service? I don't ask for your favor, I asked my rights while I had to wait until 14:00 because it was right at the hotel. Now is it really necessary to put my items on the table and talk about my rights that is not a matter of minimum quality to be taken into account? Why don't you just re-allocate one client to another room as you did at 14:15? Unfortunately, I canceled all my foods that would be made at the hotel because I sincerely hope you will spend that stay right here. Respect them to be respected.

Hotel novo, boa estrutura, café da manhã muito bom, quarto pequeno porém bem cuidado, chuveiro bom, embora o box tenha acessibilidade ruim para pessoas com alguma limitação física. O grande problema que tivemos foi com estacionamento, chegamos para dormir e não havia vaga na garagem dentro do hotel, como meu esposo é amputado e havia uma vaga destinada a PcD na calçada questionamos se o veículo estacionado na vaga possuía cartão para estacionar ali, e não havia nenhum cartão, então pedimos ao funcionário que cuida dos carros que identificasse o dono do veículo para liberar a vaga, o que não foi feito, ele nos instruiu a parar em uma vaga na rua, em guia rebaixada, estacionamento irregular portanto. Pedimos ao atendente da recepção que identificasse o dono do veículo, afinal, no check in tivemos que identificar a placa do nosso carro, porém, segundo ele aquele veículo não teve a placa registrada e não era possível identificar o dono. Chamamos a polícia, que não apareceu, e por fim arrumaram um lugar dentro do estacionamento. De qualquer forma, havendo alguém que cuida dos carros estacionados, essa pessoa deveria cuidar para que respeitem a vaga destinada aos PcDs e idosos, a lei existe para ser cumprida, e o hotel foi extremamente negligente em relação a isso.

Rarely i make comments about my hotel stays, because i usually use timeshare condos...but this hotel deserves all the best remarks! Be sure to enjoy a fantastic, flawless stay in this place. Check about Bonito in other sites: a great outdoors tourist attractions, but believe, this the hotel to stay between activities ! Food, breakfast, facilities and, specially, the staff is really the best in town. Don't hesitate...stay here !

Pousada novinha, e são impecáveis no quesito limpeza. Todos os dias nossas camas eram trocadas, toalhas limpas e cheirosas, banheiro limpinho. Ar condicionado funciona muito bem, as camas são confortáveis. Eu senti falta de uma gaveta, algum móvel para guardar meus pertences. Mas fora isso, tudo ótimo! Funcionários solicitos, e muito educados! O café da manhã é completinho, da pra perceber q tudo é feito com muito cuidado. Ponto negativo: acho q deveria ter um funcionário disponível 24hs na recepção. Infelizmente na pousada só fica um colaborador até as 23:00. Houve um incidente na nossa primeira noite: o alarme de incêndio por algum motivo foi disparado as 4:00 da manhã. Como não tinha quem o desligasse, ele ficou tocando por longos 40 minutos e os próprios hóspedes foram quem tiveram q ligar pra resolver tudo isso. Dentro da pousada possui uma agência de turismo (XP Bonito). Nós optamos por reservar os passeios lá mesmo, a cada dia chegávamos de um passeio e escolhíamos o do dia seguinte, e podemos contar com a ajuda das meninas da agência q por sinal atendem super bem! Eu indico essa pousada e voltaria a me hospedar nela; não tem erro.

Essa pousada fica bem pertinho (5 minutos a pé) do centro turístico de Bonito, perto de restaurantes, lojas, agência de viagens, mercado e farmácia. O quarto triplo que ficamos foi super confortável, boa cama, bom chuveiro, banheiro grande. Limpeza e troca de tolhas diariamente. Café da manhã muito bom com variedade de sucos, bolos, salgados e pães. Funcionários gentis e com boas dicas sobre a cidade e passeios. Uma ótima opção, por um preço justo. Recomendamos e voltaremos com certeza !

It is not so luxurious, but very comfortable and has the necessary comforts with Cortez and gentle breakfast with great breakfast. It is located well in the city center. We love it very much and would be back to stay in it next time. We recommend very much
