The service that served the service to us was very careful and efficient. The rooms are good, but the reception and breakfast service leaves much to desire. The reception staff will not respond to the request.

Me hospedei por motivo de férias. O hotel tem uma vista linda, o estacionamento custa 30 reais por noite, mas se tiver um carro muito grande vai ser difícil entrar. Me deram um quarto no térreo e não consegui dormir pelo barulho: noite em claro. Quanto aos detalhes: blackout rasgado, lençol de baixo pequeno que não forrava o colchão, controle do ar totalmente sujo e grudento. O pessoal da recepção é muito educado e disponível, em quanto o gerente é tudo menos que gerente: deselegante e inconveniente. Eu não voltarei e não recomendo!

Such a wonderful time spent at Hilton Garden inn! After almost 30 years without visiting my hometown I was greeted with a wonderful team! Thank you so much for making sure I was comfortable! You guys did everything to accommodate me ,to make me happy as I went to say my last goodbye to my mother… Thank you for everything you all did for me! In this time of sadness. I left happier than when I arrived! Everything was the way I expected: such a clean rooms! Spacious, slept like a angel! No noises at all! Amazing shower! (Just how I like) Felt like a waterfall! All though our language is português, everyone English spoken! So Awesome! Not to mention the beautiful city view! I consider now my HOME. It’s a good place, comfortable, good place around de city. I think it’s important to improve de TVs, are not smart, and people of the hotel should be speake a little of English, some times it’s very important for foreign people.

Hotel is super well located. Very clean and friendly staff. Great breakfast. Garage leaves a little to desire ... mainly in bigger cars. In general, the hotel is very good.

We were very welcome. We don't have to even present the reservation voucher. Clean room, air conditioning works super well. Excellent breakfast. Super recomendo

The hotel is located in the centre of Belo Horizonte and has very old accommodation. The reception service is a little misguided. The room we were was a spacious, good bed, old air conditioning and noisy. The bathroom was also with good room and a good shower, but the water was passed through the door and flooded the bathroom.

The hotel's highlight is the location, very close to the Mines Centre, Central Market, Shopping City, friendly and careful staff, I liked the cleaning, I loved my stay and I would surely come back. One suggestion: more varieties at breakfast.

I just spent 10 nights in this hotel and I was pleasantly surprised by the rooms: large, modern, comfortable and with an excellent price-quality ratio. I recommend this hotel ideally located in a short walk from the Place de la Liberté, the Central Marche and the Municipal Park with the Feira hippie.

We like our stay quite. nice and well-functional staff. Simply but clean and good size room. Excellent breakfast included in the daily. Excellent location, near to tourist points, bars and restaurants. Free manufacturer. Excellent cost/benefit.

Located in a quiet and safe neighborhood where there are many small shops and restaurants. Nice modern design. Small pool on rooftop. Very good breakfast. The rooms are nicely decorated and have a lot of space. I recommend the junior suite as they are even more spacious. Most staff members are really nice. They do their best to make your stay as comfortable as possible. I had some small hiccups but I really appreciate their efforts to overcome these small issues. Some staff members do not speak English but you still can manage. Thanks to all the staff members and managers (Jessica, Lidia, Daniel etc.) who helped me have a great stay.

Hotel desk, parking, valet attendants were always kind & helpful. Room was comfortable & clean. Work out room & amenities well taken care of. Convenient location. Great breakfast, good food at restaurants - all the above I give 5 stars. However the organization of restaurant in the evening needs major attention, which is sad because the food is excellent, and so I give 2 stars as I’ll describe below. For our evening dinner we - and other guests waited more than an hour for food. It was obvious they were understaffed but no one checked in with us and it was hard to get their attention. When our food arrived, they forgot my elderly mother’s meal. Wait staff continued to not check in with us - and we felt ignored. Finally we spoke with staff and they got my mothers meal…about an additional 45 minutes later, we actually ate together. I complained to the restaurant manager and I was treated disrespectfully. I felt her meal needed to be compensated. His reply was “No - well she ate it didn’t she?” I was stunned by his rudeness and stood my ground that a 5 star hotel should not treat their guests this way. A waiter saw the ridiculous exchange and ended comping her meal. I noticed other hotel guests were frustrated too and had similar issues. At the very least all that needed to be done was for the staff to communicate,”Please be patient with us; were understaffed” etc. -That would’ve made a world of a difference.

Nice hotel, with a regardfull and good staff. An excellent stay in Belo Horizonte ! I recommend it … Alef is a very attentive and helpful employee who’s the only that speaks English perfectly, which made it easier to get anything I need. It has a renowned restaurant, buffet brakfast with a wide variety of food and the famous cheese bread.

Summary: Novotel BH provides a comfortable stay, with an excellent on site restaurant, but some service quality issues with the front desk staff take the shine off the experience. The good: Room: room is large compared to other Novotel I have stayed at recently. Big, comfortable bed and a large, hot, high-pressure shower. Excellent black out curtains and in room AC. Nice views of the city as well and surrounding hills. I got to enjoy a spectacular lightning storm on my last night. Restaurant: the on site restaurant is excellent, so much so I left a seperate review for that. Sebastiao and the restaurant team are fantastic and so was the food. Housekeeping: thank you to the team for their excellent service each day. Including leaving me a nice note when they heard my guest was unwell the night before and provided new towels and sheets on request without any issues. The bad: Accor status recognition: there was no recognition of my gold status on check-in and the welcome gift was a strange keychain/bottle opener; rather than the standard water or food item that I would have much preferred. A welcome note was left in the room, but in Portuguese. Front desk: check-in was a rough experience. When I arrived there were four staff, none who were serving customers and they all nudged each other while giggling to gesture for someone else to serve me. This property does share an entrance with the adjacent Ibis Budget - from this experience I thought I may have entered the wrong hotel. There is extremely limited English spoken by the front desk staff as well, my check in was conducted via grunts and nods. Keycard: thankfully not as bad as my recent experience at the Novotel in Rio, but my keycard stopped working twice during my three night stay - forcing me to waste time going to the front desk. Conclusion: with some retraining and enhancements to the service provided by the front desk, this hotel could easily become a four star rating. Right now, it’s just average in my opinion.

Giovanni works at the reception. He helped me a lot to find the places in the city. He is very friendly. Hotel is Nice and clean. Easy to access. Centrally located. I would recommend this hotel for sure.

Infelizmente não gostei da hospedagem. Não voltaria e não recomendo. Notamos que os vidros do box do banheiro não estavam limpos, era possível ver escritos e desenhos feitos por hóspedes anteriores. Às 09h da manhã haviam camareiras conversando em alto e bom tom no corredor. A principal decepção veio no café da manhã: havia pouquíssimas opções disponíveis. Para consumir capuccino e chocolate quente o hóspede deve pagar R$ 8,00 por unidade, o que achei um absurdo para uma diária de quase R$ 1.000,00. Mas o pior ainda estava por vir: bolo de cenoura oferecido estava estragado, dando liga. Sinalizei à garçonete que confirmou o problema e retirou o produto. Resumindo, café da manhã com poucas opções, produto impróprio para consumo e opções de bebida pagas a parte. Outro ponto que observei com a existência de quinas vivas na mesa de vidro existente no quarto, o que gera um potencial risco de acidentes. No banheiro da área da piscina não há estrutura que impeça a saída da água da área do chuveiro, de modo que, se você utiliza o chuveiro, o banheiro todo fica completamente alagado.

É muito longe do Centro de Belo Horizonte e muito próximo do Mineirão e Mineirinho, então a estada é interessante para quem vai num desses últimos durante a estada, embora o barulho desses lugares podem incomodar quem não tinha interesse de estar tão próximo do estádio e do palco de shows. Sem carrinho de bagagem. O ambiente é simples, até porque, não há espaço para invencionices. A cama de casal é ladeada por criados, abajures e tomadas. Não existem excessos de tomadas – além do que foi dito, tem mais uma na bancada e outra no banheiro. A iluminação é por seção e tem um resultado muito positivo. Principalmente na bancada, é possível ler sem esforço. O padrão de luz é 127 V, gosto de deixar registrado, pois possuo equipamentos importados que não são bivolt. Outro objeto de elogios seria a cadeira com rodinhas, mas além de muito desconfortável pela falta de enchimento, não havia como regular permanecendo na posição mais baixa. No 2º dia usei os travesseiros o que ajudou. Apenas uma cortina dividida em 2 partes – o que aumenta a entrada de luz – que não agrada ninguém. Além de não ser Blecaute, permitindo uma claridade acima do desejável mesmo quando fechada – num verão em que o sol nasce por volta das 5:30 (veja as fotos com a cortina fechada e tire suas próprias conclusões) -, também não é suficientemente clara, para proteger a intimidade sem escurecer em demasia o ambiente. A TV continua padrão nesse tipo de hotel – 32” tela plana. O que piorou foram as opções de canais. A verdade é que nunca foram boas, mas agora não existe nenhum canal à cabo, apenas TV aberta. Poderia reclamar que sua posição não favorece quem quer trabalhar no notebook e assistir TV ao mesmo tempo, mas como afirmei, as opções de canais eram tão ruins, que permaneceu desligada. Pelo Windows o sinal do wifi oscilava muito de intensidade, mas na prática não prejudicou muito a navegação. Quando cheguei o minúsculo frigobar estava desligado na tomada, fechado e cheio d’água por conta do degelo – a tendência é que fechado com água no seu interior e não demorará a ter problemas com mofo. O frigobar é desabastecido, o que é de meu agrado. Outro ponto bom é que ficava próximo à bancada que eu trabalhava, bastava estender a mão pra pegar o que tinha lá dentro. O guarda-roupas fica próximo à porta, o que me deixa inseguro, principalmente pela falta de trinco. Também senti falta do olho mágico. O cofre, aquisição sempre bem vinda pela segurança, estava sem pilhas, reclamei e o problema foi resolvido. Era um cofre grande, pois meu notebook, que cabe em pouquíssimos, depois de um contorcionismo, coube. Havia uma boa área para pendurar roupas, com 6 cabides. No banheiro: secador, 2 toalhas de banho e uma de rosto, xampu (com tampa) e 2 sabõezinhos. Na pequena pia, torneira única pra quente/frio. No chuveiro, que parece uma cascata (não decidi se isso é um elogio) uma torneira pra quente e outra pra água fria (chatoooo). Para a lista “Feito por quem não vai usar”, porque se fosse, perceber

The hotel has a very good breakfast, a good breakfast, a very nice receptionist, but they have provided good and agile service both in check-in and check-out. Negative points: They do not offer natural juices at breakfast and foods do not have identification plate. The only table available at the time we were going to drink coffee was the ice cream on her, and I asked the official to put the air ”up”, and she said she wouldn't give it, but only when she was finishing offered to turn off. The quality of the shampoo and the bathroom sabuns have been better (it is my second hosting in this hotel). We stay in the last room of the 2nd floor, the Wi-Fi doesn't work in all rooms, just near the door, bad signal! We had to pay for parking (R$20), which is bad, very small and does not make any sense to pay, since it is in the hotel's own environment and it is not tertiary. The car was in a bad vague and rain all over estadia.7⁷8 ⁸

The experience was great. well-humoured officials, their exceptional care too. Great rooms, with comfortable beds, pick-up, safe, fridge ... The official Marcella was very nice at check-in and recommended a restaurant for lunch. The only thing that I had was that I had only one dresser available per guest in the room. In the lobby there is a pizza store with a little salty price, but the pizza is very tasty.

The Ibis Styles Confins is a very good choice for a hotel near CNF airport. No surprises--this is a typical Ibis Styles...functional, reliable, and a good value. The hotel was clean, the room was comfortable and quiet, the breakfast buffet was good (and started at 4 am for those with early flights), and the shuttle was generally reliable to and from the airport. The staff was friendly and efficient. The fitness room was small but useful and is open 24/7. Main pluses: Proximity to the airport; clean and quiet rooms Main drawback: There is not much actually near the hotel and not recommended if your intent is to visit attractions in Belo Horizonte since it is at least 20 km from the city. A bit of a caveat though about the shuttle. One of the drivers who typically works in the afternoon sometimes skips a run (based on the schedule prominently posted in the hotel lobby) and will have you wait at or near the van at the airport while he chats with other van drivers. Thus, a maximum 20 minute wait can become a 40 minute wait. This reflects poorly on the hotel even though I think he is actually a contracted employee, but this individual certainly was the exception and not the rule from the staff at the hotel. Bottom line: I would stay at this hotel again if I have flights into or out of CNF.

The room was clean, the shower was strong enough to have a good bath. The breakfast was good enough too. The facilities seems new and in good conditions. The rooftop provided a good view of the city's lake. The hotel was in front of a bus stop, so if you are relying on public transportation to reach Belo Horizonte, this place is perfect. My only complain was that the gym was very poor in equipments

Great location and very attentive staff from arrival to departure. Our room had a great view of the lake and we enjoyed beautiful sunrises from our balcony. Breakfast was very good and diverse. Unfortunately dinner was disappointed while they have a nice menu and a lot of the items are not available, it also took forever for our meal to arrive one at the time. I will definitely stay there again if I need to.

Bom hotel, bem localizado, café da manhã razoável, o serviço está dentro do valor cobrado. Pata uma hospedagem de negócios é satisfatório. Voltaria a utilizar os serviços do hotel. Deixou a desejar no serviço de quarto.

Good service, room as expected and a breakfast with a good variety! The only problem was the shower in the bathroom which was not working with hot water.

The hotel is well located, for whom you don't care about taking Uber or the car, it is not in the center. The cleaning, clean bed clothes, comfortable bedroom, staffing staff, wonderful shower, a lot of water, and the temperature you like. I found a quite functional hotel, the room I stayed is small, I don't know if it is bigger, but it has served well. The only reserves: the forage of all the pads, I found well overcome, but nothing that disburses the site, was all well clean, and taken are not near the bed (which represents practicality) but on a small bank. Some signs of deterioration, but nothing that makes it impossible to use, the details, I believe they are because the hotel is old.

Confortável e com preço justo. Se for mulher e estiver sozinha, pode ser perigoso ou ao menos desconfortável devido há muitas pessoas em vulnerabilidade social no entorno. O que é um fator importante para pontuar.

Stayed for a night on the top floor suite for newlyweds and it was a great experience! Hotel offers great breakfast, an amazing restaurant/bar on the lobby which offers amazing food, nice pool area with gym, parking garage and other facilities! The ONLY thing left was a power outlet next to the bed! The rest was great!

O hotel e suas acomodações são incríveis! A cama e os travesseiros são super confortáveis. O atendimento é excepcional. Para ser perfeito, faltou tv smart nos quartos. Tive um problema com o ar condicionado e prontamente me trocaram de quarto. O restaurante do hotel é ótimo! O café da manhã é super bem servido, com varias opções doces e salgadas. O cardápio para almoço e jantar conta com pratos deliciosos e com ótimos preços. Gostei também que não cobram um absurdo pelos itens do frigobar, o que é raro. Recomendo o hotel e voltaria novamente!
