The staff are very friendly and kind. The room was so nice and quiet. There was a cat named Kitty; she was charming and friendly. I would recommend that you guys to book a room there.

Guest UserThe room was spacious, and so was the bathroom. The toiletries were quite basic. The sea view was absolutely beautiful; every night, I drifted off to sleep with the sound of the waves, and it wasn't noisy at all. The building I stayed in didn't have an elevator, but there was staff to help with luggage. Breakfast wasn't great; although there was a lot of fruit, it would be better to just pay for something else. The food in the restaurant tasted pretty good though.

Guest UserReview:
I had an absolutely amazing stay at this resort! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning location, crystal-clear waters, and peaceful atmosphere. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, always going the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect.
Our room was spacious, clean, and beautifully presented, with breathtaking views right outside the door. The food was fresh and delicious, with plenty of options to suit all tastes. We especially loved the easy access to the beach and the chance to explore the surrounding lagoon—it felt like paradise.
This is the perfect place to relax, recharge, and enjoy the natural beauty of the Cook Islands. I couldn’t recommend it more highly. We will definitely be coming back!

Stayed at Qiongya Beach Hotel on Etutaki Island for two nights. There was an airport shuttle service and a wreath. I went to the hotel at 11 o'clock and drank a welcome drink. After listening to the hotel introduction, I could stay directly. This was great. Although the garden bungalow can't directly see the sea view, the room is large and it is good to sit in the porch and see the scenery. The beach is beautiful, there are countless coral cockroaches, which can be taken away but confiscated by New Zealand customs. Breakfast is average, dinner is not bad, 50 knives per capita. The disadvantage is that the facilities in the room are old, the door cannot be locked, and it takes a long time to work hard. The hotel staff came to check and waited for a long time. They also said that we broke it. It doesn’t matter if the hotel is safe and not locked. Later, we finally changed the room. This room is also a little faulty, too lazy to communicate with them, the shower shower is not very easy to use, the water is not big enough.

This resort fitted my purpose well. Love this adults only resort and location just right on the beach. Each villa is stand alone with your own entrance & patio area which is what I like. You are not attached with other rooms or share space. Facilities inside the room just same as the pictures. Good value & room price, includes breakfast.
Overall, a clean & tidy complex, friendly staff, good size swimming pool. I definitely will choose Crown beach resort again.

I am so so glad I stayed here!!
It was amazing to have the beautiful, crystal clear blue ocean right in front of me. Depending on the room, you can be in the ocean just 30 seconds from your room!!
It was my first time staying at a pricey hotel, but it was so worth it!!
It was the best reward ever!!
The staff were so kind and gentle, and I had a very comfortable stay ^_^ You can see the fish in the ocean while snorkeling, and the ocean right in front of you isn't deep, so you can swim safely ^_^
The hotel lent us a snorkel set free of charge.
There is a restaurant and bar on the premises, so you don't have to worry about food. We also had tuna sashimi, which was very tasty and suited Japanese tastes ^_^
The airport transfer was also very helpful.
I would definitely like to go again. Thank you so much!!!

We had two rooms for our family. The beach suite was very spacious and had an amazing view of the lagoon. The beach was so calm and beautiful. We loved the kayaking and paddle boarding. The food was good but after a few days we were sick of the menu. Luckily the location is great and you can walk to other restaurants.

We had a fantastic time - the pool, lagoon, cocktails and food were all excellent - but the staff were hands down the best part of our stay. They were all kind, friendly and considerate, and remembered everyone's name. My pedicure & massage were also wonderful. We are definitely returning for another visit.

This hotel is really convenient for the airport. Rarotonga's scenery isn't nearly as stunning as Aitutaki's; most activities here involve going out on the water rather than just relaxing at the hotel. If you're going to the Cook Islands, Aitutaki is definitely the highlight, so this hotel is perfect for a stopover. You can spend the day taking the bus to explore the beaches on the south side of the island, then grab a meal at one of the hotel's restaurants, and take a taxi back. Since flights to Aitutaki are on a fixed schedule, you'll definitely need to spend at least one day in Rarotonga. The hotel also offers luggage storage. At $12 a bag, I think it's more reliable than the airport lockers. Plus, it's only a two-minute walk away.

The resort is good, the local popular one, 3k a night is still quite expensive, the price is generally the same, although the best beach and the lake on the main island, but it is still completely incomparable with the outlying island, it is OK to stay for one night.
