Amazing space in the room, fresh and clean, comfy, luxurious. Staff was very nice and tried to help a lot. The only complaint is that the lady who sold us a cruise trip to Yangshuo did not tell us there are later ships than 8 am, instead she only told us there is 8am one. The transportation guide didnt wait even 1 minute and the front desk had no clue we're going. They should have called us before leaving the hotel without us. We ended up having to pay taxi to the port and very stressful because we thought no nore cruises for that day. So if she told us that we can take later boats that would be our preference, we'd not waste time and money But the hotel is amazing. Attached is view from our room

In my opinion, everything is perfect. At the hotel you will be met by an attentive and kind reception worker who speaks english. They will tell you everything and answer your questions about the hotel and the sights in the area. The hotel is located not far away, within walking distance from the busy and noisy west street, but at the same time it is very quiet and calm near the hotel itself, which is important for a good sleep. The breakfast at the hotel is good and delicious. Also in the afternoon, the hotel offers to enjoy a drink with fruits and cakes on the roof with a charming view. It is possible to rent a bike right in front of the hotel to explore the area. I recommend this hotel to everyone!

Excellent hotel nearby lijiang river and west street. Nice view from rooftop at level 9. Friendly front desk staff assisting for tour and late check out. Delicious breakfast! Definitely will come back again when visiting yangshuo. 😃

I accidentally discovered a treasure hotel when traveling with my family. The lake view on the roof of the hotel is like a long scroll of poetry and painting, with the water and mountains complementing each other, and the green shadows swaying in an endless rhythm. The interior design is ingenious, the space is cleverly constructed, and the design sense is full. The parent-child room is large and the recreational facilities are diverse. Spend a wonderful time with your children! Highly recommended

Room view vs Customer Service. Pros : Credit to the lady who spoke English at the reception. She is a gem to the hotel, she went the extra miles to ensure our plans went well. Perfect, Xiaojie ! Becoz of her, we are willing to give 5 stars ! Cons : Lake view, almost fully blocked by the roof of the restaurant below, which is a total disappointment ! Neverthe less, stunning mountain view. Room tips : Go for a higher floor, the lake view might be slightly better. Do add some fake grass carpet over the roof for a more pleasant sight.

Clean and spacious room. Nice electric bikes to rent, 30¥ per day. 10min on the motor bike to get to the town centre. Surrounded by restaurants, grocery little shops, and street vendors. Guest laundry, with easy access and available. Overall is a very nice place to stay. Beautiful view. Staff doesn't speak English, but they use the translator to communicate.

漓岸璞闲review I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in this hotel. Upon arrival, I was check-in by front staff members Maya, Cathy and Lacey, in a warm and efficient manner. Maya continued to patiently explained the features of the hotel, and various options for exploring Yangshuo. She then led me to my room and showed me its facilities. The room was clean and equipped with all amenities for comfort. Every utilitiy and amenity functioned well, and the balcony had a superb view of the river and distant hills. The hotel is situated along a small road next to the river, so I could hear street noises in the daytime, but the street was quiet with minimal activities in the evening. Close to the hotel were many restaurants offering affordable food, and convenient stores. The touristy West Street 西街，was just 5 minutes’ walk away. What I liked most about this hotel was the viewing gallery and restaurant (also cafe and bar) at the rooftop, where I viewed a magnificent sunrise, and had dinner while gazing at the picturesque scenary. The food was good. I will stay in this hotel again should I re-visit Yangshuo.

River Li Hotel exceeded our expectations with its superb view overlooking the lake and the iconic two pagodas. Our cozy room was the perfect spot to take in the beautiful scenery. We especially loved the afternoon tea experience, which added a lovely touch to our stay. The staff were super helpful and friendly, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. This was our second time staying at the Four Seasons Yunqi Resort in Yangshuo and it did not disappoint. We were in Yangshuo for Chinese language training nearby at Omeida and it was a perfect place to stay. The service was exceptional. The staff were kind and helpful. Our room was beautifully appointed and so comfortable with views of the karst mountains and lily pond streams. The breakfast provided the right amount of choices and the afternoon tea was a nice treat. We had dinner at the hotel and enjoyed every bite. One of our favorite things is the bedtime soup. It helps us sleep after a day of study and site seeing. When staying in Yangshuo, the Four Seasons Yunque Resort is our first choice.

Great experience in Guilin. Rooms are incredible for us. Nice breakfast. Also, the bar has good cocktail with good view. Strongly suggest to have a try. Room service was very warm hearted. Hope they would have more efficient hair-drier.

This hotel was perfect for a weekend stay. It has a private pool and private lawn overlooking mountains and the river. The hotel gave us a free upgrade to a spacious room with a Mountain View and even with the gloomy weather it had amazing views. The complimentary breakfast had quite few options and they hotel even served Tang Yuan sweet dumpling soup in the evenings. The location was convenient to access most major tourist sites and yet secluded enough without crowds. The staff at the front desk was extremely helpful with travel tips and ticket bookings. The house keeping was good too. Would really recommend to others.

We had a wonderful stay, the staff provides good service, very responsive, eager to help, and fast response, especially xiaowei and xiaogu. They provide no hidden fee picture service done by cai cai, they just give you all pictures, no need to pay extra. Usually there are hidden fee behind it, but this one is totally free. I didnt bring proper clothing and cai cai suggested we use their traditional clothes which was perfect. The room is very modern, good amenities, good view. We stayed at panorama room at building 8. We like it there as its further away, so its more quiet. We can visit building 2, which is their main hotel and restaurant, and plenty of photo taking spots. Lunch and dinner will be in the restaurant at building 2. But their golf cart shuttle very fast. They have laundry machine which is helpful. For breakfast they serve delicious guilin meefun. There was language issue but we communicate through wechat that can provide translation. Overall its a wonderful stay.

My first impression of Shangri La Guilin is that many staff speak English proficiently or at least the basics that are required for their job. I arrived an hour and a half before the check in time but they promptly checked me into my room without any long wait. My luggage was taken to my room by a bell boy whose English was even better than the front of the house. My initial thoughts of the room was that it was quite old fashioned and the interior design & amenities were dated in comparison to most 5 star hotels. The view however was exceptional. I could clearly see the garden, river and mountains. After my first night I was woken by some loud music. Though the staff tried to tell the dancers that playing the music was disruptive to their guests, they continued to play it which further frustrated me. I informed the guest manager Edward who was very helpful in rectifying this. He upgraded me into a much nicer room that he ensured me should be quieter. They also gave me complimentary fruits in the room which added to the nice gesture. This is exactly the kind of quality of service that earns them a 5 star rating. Carl at the front desk was also very competent and was very helpful when I had to pay for something through wechat. The room I came with was a package deal that included breakfast, spa voucher, photoshoot and club privileges. It was worth the extra cost as the all inclusive club buffet during happy hour was filling and tasty (photo attached). Breakfast was a Chinese buffet with a fusion of western basics such as cereal, toast and bakery items. If you have the time, I would highly recommend seeing Kelly (English name) for a ”signature Asian” massage at the spa. She applied the perfect pressure for me and was very kind. The photoshoot was organised through wechat and included 6 photos. The photographer was lovely and the final photos made special memories of my time in China. Suggestions for improvement: several items in the room are in need of repair or replacement eg. old hair dryer that lightly blows air (useless), flickering lights when you turn it on and the phones. I also think if they were to refurbish the pools outside then the place would appear less worn down. Overall, the service and reputation is what made this stay worth it. I look forward to staying at Shangri La again

Room was modern, very large, and clean. The service is good. Having the laundry room is very convenient. The breakfast is not very good, we went out to get our own breakfast every day after the first day. The rooftop bar and pool aren't fully built yet so that wasn't available. The gym is very musty and all of the equipment is unplugged, so it was pretty much useless.

Booking and Check-In I booked my stay at the Shixi Landscape Hotel in Yangshuo, Guilin, through Trip.com. The check-in process was very smooth and didn’t take long at all. One pleasant surprise was the option to upgrade our room for free, which we accepted. This upgraded room came with a lovely balcony. Although the staff couldn’t speak English, they were very friendly and helpful. Using a translation app made communication easy. Room Details We stayed in a standard double room with an upgrade to a balcony room. The room also featured a bathtub, which was a nice touch. Upon entering, the room was fairly clean, though there were some water stains on the floor and the carpet had a few dirty spots. The amenities were average, including a selection of soft drinks in the minibar and some snacks on the table. Despite these minor cleanliness issues, the bed was very comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep. Facilities and Services The hotel had a restaurant where we received a complimentary breakfast upgrade. Unfortunately, the breakfast did not meet our expectations. While the Chinese food selection seemed okay, the international options were quite disappointing. The sausages were undercooked, the bacon was not good, and the cereal options looked and tasted stale. The only decent international option was toast with butter. It’s a relief we didn’t pay extra for it. Although I noticed the hotel had a spa, gym, and pool, I didn’t get a chance to use them. The pool looked nice but was small and shallow, not suitable for a serious swim. There was no room service available as far as I knew. Location and Accessibility The hotel’s location was fantastic, situated right next to the Li River and only a short 5-minute walk to the main shops and streets in the town. It was very easy to find and access, making it a convenient base for exploring Yangshuo. Customer Service The overall customer service was great. The staff were very friendly and polite, and we encountered no issues during our stay. Overall Experience The best part of our stay was the hotel’s prime location, which made it easy to visit tourist attractions. The hotel staff were also very helpful in arranging scooter rentals for a very reasonable price of ¥30 per day, which allowed us to explore the beautiful scenery around Yangshuo. However, there is room for improvement. The breakfast selection, particularly the international options, needs significant enhancement. Additionally, a thorough deep cleaning of the carpets would greatly improve the room’s cleanliness. In conclusion, while I would recommend the Shixi Landscape Hotel for its location and overall good service, it is on the pricier side for Yangshuo. Given the cost, I expected a bit more in terms of breakfast quality and room cleanliness. Nonetheless, it is a decent option for those looking to stay near the Li River and the town’s main attractions.

This hotel is perfect if you are an influencer because in this hotel everything looks so beautiful. The thing I was most impressed with was one of the drinks （within the afternoon tea service） they provide for free if stay in here. It is called the “after-raining” Yulong River. This drink has three layers which are tea, coffee, and cheezy cream. The way it mixes altogether seems exactly like the river. Beautiful and I loved it. The staff (her name is yuanyuan /xiao wei) was quite helpful. Arranged the baby's crib, and a wall thing under the mattress to prevent the baby fall off from bed as I asked. The hotel has a nice playground which my son loved. As I foreigner though there is not much staff fluent in English so if you cannot speak in Chinese, there are some times you might feel inconvenienced though. They provide us with free transportation service. So I used it to go to one of the sightseeing spots. The driver said he would pick me up at the same spot I got off but a different driver came so it took me a while to find the driver because the car was different. Therefore if you are not good at communicating in Chinese. Sometimes it is a hassle I would say. Also, the baby crib was a bit too small for my 90cm son. It was just the size they had.

Would totally recommend: it’s in the nibble of the beauty! The bamboo raft ending point is just minutes away, nice pools, a smaller one on top, and a big one outside, great views, very caring staff. They gave me a free lift to bamboo raft when I was in a hurry. Spacious room, shower, relaxing bath, and having a balcony with a fantastic view was a blast. Turtle in their restaurant was delicious too!

Perfect location and the views were incredible from the rooms. The hotel is very luxurious and the pedestrian street is just downstairs. Hotel staff were also very friendly and welcoming.

This hotel is really suitable for a vacation. I originally planned to stay for 2 nights, but I added an additional night. It is more suitable for children who are small and don’t like tossing back and forth. The hotel has its own viewing platform for RMB 20, so you can take as many photos as you like. It's quieter here than West Street and has a better rest. The hotel's internal environment is very comfortable, the natural scenery is good, and its own garden planning is also great, integrating well with the natural scenery (it was planted by a colleague's drone panorama). In the pasture across the creek, a group of ponies come out to graze every day, which can be seen during breakfast. The room was very clean and tidy, and the price was even better during the off-season. The service is also very good (several annoying problems have been solved). The breakfast is also rich, with both Chinese and Western food. West Street is lively, closer to the central scenic spots, and suitable for young people.

The buffet breakfast in the hotel's western restaurant is also very special. The environment is very good. There are more than 130 kinds of food to choose from. The hotel is in a very good location. It is right outside the bustling Yangshuo West Street and backed by Yangshuo Park. Excellent place to stay. Location is convenient, staff is very friendly and helpful, room is spacious, clean and comfortable. Very patient in answering all our questions about going to places in Nanning. Hotel also provided drinks, milk and foot soaks daily. Staff in lobby lent us umbrella when there is rain and even helped to receive our online shopping. All our needs were met even unusual requests to store food we wanted to bring back in their fridge. Feels like home, highly recommended.

Zhao Jing at the front desk enthusiastically helped solve the problem. The transportation is convenient, the room is spacious, clean and sanitary, and the bathroom facilities are complete. Mainly the room is well soundproofed. The six elevators are on separate floors and do not affect each other. The breakfast in the restaurant on the first floor is rich in porridge, noodles, hot food and fruits.

Walking distance to wuxu airport and bullet train Wifi barely works, hotel shops were closed T3 airport being built and was some noise 24Hrs First 2 rooms smelt of wet carpet from the floods but hotel staff allowed us to choose another room to our satisfaction

The hotel located next to a big shopping mall and it have plenty of restaurants in it and there is a subway right inside the mall, excellent location. However the room is a bit warm and the central aircon is very weak.

I had a wonderful time at Nanning Hotel! The hotel itself is beautiful, but it is the staff who made my stay. I was fortunate to meet Zhou Yu, the front of house manager, whose excellent English was very helpful. He and the other staff of this hotel went the extra mile to help me enjoy my stay. A really nice hotel to stay in nanning with a beautiful view of nanning, we had the corner room had views of the main road, the size of the rooms are big enough for two people, has all the amentities of what you expect from a four star hotel, iron and ironing boards, coffee machine, large tv, bath tub and shower. there is also an swimming pool and gym you can use.

The front desk Xiaofu was very enthusiastic when checking in, and also upgraded the room type for free. There were small gifts when checking out, which was really great. There were also welcome fruits. The hotel is near the subway station, and the transportation is also very convenient. It's great. The environment and service are quite good.

We had a Business Executive room which was very large with a view of the Yong Jiang river. There was a King bed, 4 waters daily, fridge, 2 sofas, desk, TV, nightstands, good size bathroom with 2 showers and one tub. The TV only had one English station CGTN. The hotel is close to the river walk. The breakfast was excellent, however almost the same every day. Also, it was extremely busy between 7:30 - 9 AM. Housekeeping was excellent. This hotel is not good for English speaking visitors, only chinese speaking. They seem to cater to groups coming for meetings. My wife speaks chinese, otherwise it would be impossible to communicate with the hotel staff. The location is not great, not any good restaurants close. We were there in April and it was 90 degrees and the pool was CLOSED until May, this was very disappointing.
