Came to Wuhan for a weekend getaway, and after a good deal of comparison, I finally decided on this place. On the morning of check-in, they called to ask for my estimated arrival time, and if there was a room available before 2 PM, I could even check in early. I stayed for two days and had a really pleasant experience. The hotel staff were warm and attentive, always actively helping to solve any issues. The room was comfortable too (it would be even better if there was an extra chair at the desk). When ordering takeout, you can directly enter your room number, and a robot will deliver it right to your door. If I get the chance to visit Wuhan again, I'll definitely prioritize staying here! Energy boost: Guests can grab complimentary snacks/drinks from the lobby. P.S. If you're looking to buy souvenirs for friends in Wuhan, don't rush to buy them at other attractions (you can buy some unique items at the Hubei Provincial Museum's cultural and creative store that you won't find elsewhere). There's a cultural and creative collective store in the pedestrian street near the hotel. If you're not sure which one, just search for [****] – you can get fridge magnets and other goodies there in bulk! ✔

The room is spacious and well-designed, with complete and new facilities. It's clean and tidy, making for a very comfortable stay. The surrounding area has excellent amenities, with convenient options for dining and shopping, perfectly meeting daily needs. The location is superb, very close to famous attractions like Yellow Crane Tower and Guiyuan Temple, making travel incredibly convenient. This saved a lot of time whether sightseeing or taking photos. The staff were enthusiastic and attentive, always ready to help. Check-in and check-out were quick and efficient. Overall, the experience was perfect.

Facilities: Very new, with beautiful marble decor. Hygiene: The rooms are all quite clean. Environment: It's just across the road from T2, you can see planes and there's a small garden. The environment is superb. Service: The service is always great every time I come. There's also room service available at night, which is perfect for those catching a flight. Free shuttle bus between Wuhan Tianhe Airport T2-T3 terminals (not applicable for transit passengers): It's quite convenient to transfer to T3, and the shuttle bus starts running very early.

First, the pros: The natural scenery at this hotel is absolutely breathtaking, making even the West Lake State Guest House seem modest in comparison. The boardwalks throughout the hotel are also beautifully maintained. If you're looking for peace and quiet, there's no need to visit the East Lake Scenic Area nearby – this place *is* the scenic area. While staying at the hotel, you can also visit Mao Zedong's former residence. There's a restaurant next to the residence with an impeccable dining environment, which I unfortunately only discovered upon checking out. The hotel's east gate has a bus terminal where you can catch a bus to the museum, Yellow Crane Tower, and Tanhualin. It’s a great way to enjoy the city views while traveling. There are also many restaurants nearby. Now for the cons: The facilities are a bit dated. The outlets in the room are very loose; I could only charge my devices in the bathroom. Also, there are so many mirrors that it constantly created visual illusions. There's no elevator access to the rooms for breakfast, so I had to climb stairs every time. Despite these points, I still highly recommend this hotel and hope for improvements.

I had an amazing stay at Four Seasons International Hotel (Shiyan Beijing Middle Road University Town). The room was exceptionally clean and the mattress was incredibly comfortable — one of the best I’ve ever slept on. The overall cleanliness and room ambience truly exceeded my expectations. The staff were extremely sweet, helpful, and quick to respond whenever I needed anything. Their hospitality really stood out. The most surprising and heartwarming part of my stay was that the hotel provided me with free breakfast and dinner. On one of the days, I was very hungry and didn’t know where to go for dinner, but the staff kindly arranged a complimentary meal for me. I genuinely appreciated this thoughtful gesture. Overall, this hotel offers excellent service, great comfort, and sincere hospitality. I absolutely loved my stay and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting this area. I will definitely choose this hotel again in the future!

We stayed in room 11xx - arriving late from Beijing, the staff were prompt and the check in experience was very smooth; our room was cozy too. We opted for a late Breakfast buffet and went off on a Wuhan city tour on a Rainy Sunday morning.I would like to mention a few staff who were extremely friendly and helpful, Ms Dora Zhou who offered exemplary service to attend to the numerous occasions where I sought help to resolve the challenges as a non native Chinese tourist.

I booked this Holiday Inn Express along the river in advance on Ctrip, as I was taking my parents back to Yichang to visit family and pay respects at the cemetery. My flight landed a bit late, but the front desk service was excellent when I checked in. The hotel's overall environment is very clean, and the room amenities are complete. Although the room faced the street (with a river view), the soundproofing was good. There's also a laundry room and a gym on the second floor. The restaurant is next to the gym; while the breakfast selection isn't huge, they have hot dry noodles, which taste great. Overall, it was a very good stay.

This time I came to Yichang to stay at Yaluo Hotel. The overall experience exceeded expectations. From the environment, service to the details, people are particularly satisfied. It is highly recommended to friends who come to local business trips or play! The location of the hotel is very convenient, the surrounding facilities are complete, and travel and eating are very worry-free. As soon as I walked into the lobby, I was attracted by the simple and clean decoration. The warm lighting made people particularly relaxing. The overall environment was quiet and elegant, there was no noise, and the atmosphere was very good. The front desk staff is gentle and professional, the check-in speed is very fast, the whole process is efficient and not delayed, any questions will be patiently answered, the service is particularly intimate and thoughtful, and the treatment is very sincere. The internal facilities of the room are brand new, the hygiene is particularly in place, the bedding is clean and soft, the comfort level is very high, the mattress is moderately soft and hard, the sleep is very good, and the business trip can take a good rest for a day. The layout of the room is reasonable, the lighting and ventilation are good, the space is spacious and not depressed, the bathroom separated from dry and wet is clean and odorless, the toiletries are complete, and the details are in place. The whole house is clean and odorless, the sound insulation effect is also online, the rest at night is completely undisturbed, and the quality of sleep is particularly good. The hotel facilities are very practical, the network is stable and smooth, meeting the needs of office and drama, and the price is super high. The overall is a boutique economical positioning, the price is close to the people but has a good living texture, the quality of the customer group is high, the environment is quiet and comfortable, whether it is a short-term business trip or a short-term trip is very suitable. Compared with hotels at the same price, Yaluo is more outstanding in health, service and hardware, management standards, simple process, and comfortable to live. A very pleasant stay experience, I have recommended it to friends around me, and I will give priority to Yaluo Hotel next time I come to Yichang!

The location is super convenient for transportation, getting around, and dining. Choosing to stay near Wanda Plaza was definitely a smart move. There are three 'conveniences' here! The visitor center is right across the street, making it easy for group tour meet-ups. The breakfast was also excellent. You can easily take an evening stroll along the river, which is very pleasant. The room itself was spacious and very comfortable.

The service was excellent! We stayed during the May Day holiday and the service was really attentive. Manager Hans even gave us a complimentary breakfast, which was incredibly rich and easily comparable to popular breakfast spots outside. The afternoon tea at the executive lounge was also exquisite, but we were simply too full to fully enjoy it. It also happened to be my birthday, and although they didn't have chocolate cake, they still brought us some small pastries. I also heard the pool is quite good. I'll definitely stay here again next time, and hopefully, I'll get to try the pool then!
