I spent one night at this hotel. The hotel was located on the fifth floor of a commercial building. When I got there, the large entrance hall was completely empty. It confused me a bit. Then I found out that I have to take the elevator to the hotel. The lower floors of the building housed offices and doctors' surgeries. My room was small but cozy. There was a terrace that was as big as the room. The bathroom was separated from the room by a glass wall. The walls were quite thin, so you could hear all the noise from the corridor and also the TV on in the next room. Fortunately, it was quiet at night here. No one was walking in the hallway or had the TV on loud. The breakfast was excellent. It was possible to sit inside or on the terrace. Check in and check out was quick. The staff were nice and helpful.

Kurztrip mit 2 größeren Kindern für 2 Tage nach Liberec und zum Jeschken. Das Pytloun Liberec ist ein gepflegtes kleines Hotel am Rande von Liberec. Das Haus ist mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln nur schwer zu erreichen, daher nur 3 Punkte für die Lage. Das Zimmer war recht klein aber ausreichend. Durch das Self-Check-in Portal wirkt das Hotel zunächst etwas unpersönlich, spätestens zum Frühstück begegnet man dem freundlichen und aufmerksamen Personal. Hervorzuheben ist das gute und reichhaltige Frühstück, die Kinder haben sich besonders über das Waffeleisen gefreut. Bei Anreise mit dem Auto klare Empfehlung von uns.

To the positive things: - attractively designed and renovated room - as well lobby and breakfast room, as well as the staircase - breakfast with good quality, the choice could be better - cleanness throughout the house - central location, Many restaurants are reachable after a few minutes walk to the critical points: - Check Inn is not occupied at arrival and no point of how to reach anyone. - Payment of the bill for my 3-day reservation at Check Inn - rooms still with tape floor, although this should not be more standard for hygiene reasons, especially since newly built. - Washing basin and toilet are so close to each other that the upper body is inclusion (planning error) - extremely loading and disrupting the noise of traffic, despite closed windows. Here, every day from 4 a.m. to 23 p.m. occupational traffic and commercial vehicles pass through. Not far from the marketplace with headstone patches and no speed limits. - no reasonable parking! And the offered free parking hotel is about € 120m per day, it emerged as a small building gap with limited turning possibility, shotter and grass. The self-checking hotel was self-declaring, enough parking was available and the rooms were clean. Eventually the only disadvantage is the location. Foot is well 4 km to the center of Liberec. The breakfast was good and the small snacks were made in the afternoon.

The price goes in pairs with quality :) Good hotel for cool money and through a nice reception service! Polecam :)

Sauber and amiable, we were late to check in due to traffic and travel plan change, but when we connected with the concierge it's such a pleasure to check in with lovely fresh bier. The room is well-equipped and considerate, leidlich we don't have much time to explore but the slide by the backyard is sweet. The breakfast is delicious and by check-out we are treated with home-made Brownies, beautiful.

The apartment was great, especially in relation to the low price. Large, very comfortable bed, practical kitchen, good location. Really good hotel standard. Near the center, but beneath the top, also here a warning for people with poor condition. The only thing that's tragic is the way to check in. I had to enter 6 digital codes on the device that I didn't get. The service provided some, but it didn't work. It ended up having to go 2-3 kilometers to another hotel to get the card. Fortunately, I was traveling by car... we read about this problem before... and it seems strange that the problem has not been fixed for a long time.

I visited this hotel three times in the year 2023 and always felt like a queen. Starting with welcoming, very friendly, polite and helpful reception staff, through the clean and comfortable room to the rich breakfast everything was perfect. I always tend to try different hotels when coming repeatedly to the same place but after a first stay in Zlaty Lev Liberec became an exception and I always book this hotel and will keep on doing it.

Prior to booking this establishment from Australia I enquired if they are able to cater for my wife’s dietary requirements to which the reply was favourable resulting in me booking for 6 days On completion of business last evening we attended the in house restaurant for dinner but told it was too busy to cater for our needs. Fair enough I did not make a booking so I enquired if I could order a meal and have it in our room given their are no other dining options in the immediate vicinity, but was told no it’s not possible With this I then asked if I could make a reservation for the next evening but told it was not possible as they did not know how busy they were going to be ? How bizarre? I asked for the duty manager and told her of my concerns and was provided with a Uber eats app / phone number If you are planning on staying at this establishment you are not guaranteed you will get a feed as the restaurant last night only had seating capacity for 44 people hence my 2 star rating
